CASE FILE: Transmutation Equipment
Eclair Antoinette de Sade
...........................................................................
→ La danse de marionnettes (Marionette dance)
TYPE:
→ Elemental
LEVEL:
→ Level 1
FORM:
→ It is engraved, tattooed onto the palms of her hands.
...........................................................................
BRIEFING:
→ The transmutation circle comes in form with two light purple outer circles that is adorned with purple patterns in between. Inside is decorated with intricate white and red patterns. There is also a third purple circle inside, which is decorated with purple patterns similar to the ones on the outer circles.
The red patterns take form of eyes; 2 on the top sides and the 3rd on the bottom of the circle. All of these eyes connect to the third centre circle and extend out of the 1st outer circle. These eye patterns are adorn with arrow markings and held together by white chains.
The white patterns are elaborate patterns, extending from the inner circle to the 2nd outer circle. The middle patterns resemble white skeletal hands that “hold” the 3rd inner circle and the pattern on top takes an appearance of a demonic face with the eyes and mouth glowing red. Surrounding the face is an intricate pattern.
The circle is also adorned with translucent patterns.
Éclair’s main alchemic ability is basically controlling and manipulating the electrical impulses of the human nervous system. The electrical impulses send out messages to the brain to report sensations such as pain or sexual stimulation. How this works is that Éclair has bodily contact to her intended victim, like placing the palm of her hands onto their arms, and sends out electrical impulses that report to the brain that they are feeling excruciating pain. To achieve excruciating pain, Éclair needs to know where the best, most sensitive nerve endings are.
This is a highly offensive attack and the drawbacks to it is that the ability will not work against inanimate objects and will only work on living beings such as humans or animals. If it is used on an inanimate object, like a vase, it’ll simply shatter. The other drawback to this technique that it is very close ranged as she needs to maintain contact with the victim.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
→ La douleur de l'âme (Pain of the Soul) : This ability allows Éclair to send pain to a specific area of the body, for example, the arm. In order to do this, she must touch or hold onto the arm and activate the ability. The victim then feels pain on the arm because the messages sent out to the brain through via electrical impulses, say that they feel pain.
The pain is described as "one thousand white-hot knives, boring into the skin."
After Éclair withdraws her hands from the body part, the pain ceases immediately. How painful it is depends on how long Éclair used the technique on the victim; the longer she tortures them, the longer it’ll take for the pain to go away. If in pain for a prolonged set of time, that body part may become immobile for some time.
