BRIEFING:
→ The transmutation cirlce is large and circular, obviously. It has a line going down the middle with a smaller circle in the middle of the circle and two smaller ones near the edge. It basically uses liquid from the air to make ice, which can be formed as shards or any other form. It can also be used to freeze the water on the ground, or to freeze any liquid, to an extent. It can only freeze a small amount of liquid from the air, because taking all the liquid from the air would be dangerous. It can freeze small and medium bodies of water, but it can't freeze large ones. It can freeze moving water, but the ice will break much easier and it won't be as effective. Ice obviously melts when introduced to fire, but it also turns into water, which weakens the fire. Earth and metal can be used to break ice, and water can be frozen into ice. In order to use the transmutation circle, you must know the amount of liquid you're trying to freeze and it's percentage compared to the rest of the air around it. For example, if it has rained recently, there will obviously be more liquid in the air and on the ground than if you're in a dessert or a severe drought.

→ Spencer's transmutation circles are tatooed on the palms of his hands. On his left hand is the basic transmutation circle for freezing water and on his right, the circle for freezing more complicated liquids. To transmute, he has to touch the liquid, unless he is freezing some of the liquid in the air, in which case he has to raise his right hand into the air and transmute it.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
→ One of Spencer's more famous attacks is actually freezing his opponants blood. Since blood is a liquid of more complexity than water, he uses his left hand. This attack can be done by touching the person anywhere on their body or by freezing the liquid on the ground until it reaches that person, and then switching hands to go on up their legs. The latter can only be done if there are puddles on the ground, however.
