→ The alchemic weapon is a flute with multiple engravings for amplification, sound change, wave volume, and a circle that allows the flute to return to the wielders hand.

BRIEFING:
→ The circle is a simple circle with wavy lines like sound-waves or music flow going right around the inner edges, symbols that glow in dark red or musical symbols you would find on a music sheet and each symbol allows something different. Volume tones, amplification, control, Sound-waves, pitch, and echo. Veil must first learn the song in which the tune of Alchemy matches such as Beethoven works well for his sleep song which puts people into a deep instant sleep by going into the ears and into the brain with sound waves designed to put people to bed only amplified to a hundred times it's natural strength. The symbol is offensive and as of yet has no defensive qualities nor elemental qualities. It's main drawback is the flute has to be played on the same tune or else it changes, meaning he can't play a tune of sleep then switch to another and keep the same alchemy going.
PICTURE:
→ The circle is normal with three wavy lines going in a circle it inside much like sheet music or sound-waves. The color it glows slightly is blue with a black glow in the center. The symbols that appear or musical symbols you would find on sheet music allowing more sound and volumes.
→ The circle is on a flute about 26 inches in length with and inside diameter of about 3/4", open at one end . The embouchure at which the edgetone is produced is near one end and constitutes a second open end, making the flute an open cylinder in harmonic content. As with other edgetone instruments, the tone production is made more efficient by the coupling of the slit formed by the players lips, the edge, and the air column. The flute has a series of 16 openings in the tube wall, 11 of which can be closed directly by seven fingers and one by the left thumb. The four additional openings can be opened or closed by means of suitably arranged keys.
One advantage of the flute over the recorder is that the player has direct control over the angle at which the air from the lips strikes the embouchure hole. Rolling in or out with the lips relative to the edge gives the player a greater range of volume and expression, and aids the process of overblowing to achieve the higher register. This direct access to the edge also permits the player to make small fine tuning adjustments. These changes allow Veil to use different sounds and amplifications with Alchemy.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
→ Veil creates high frequency sounds that penetrate the brain and drop people into a deep sleep. The sleep will last up to a hour after he stops playing the flute. The sound is able to reach through metal, stone, and even plastic. Anyone who hears the tune falls into a deep sleep. Even ear covers don't help much since it can reverberate via bone by vibrating it into the ears.

Just remember that putting someone to sleep doesn't automatically mean that you can kill them IC, and as the target gets further away from Veil, the effect is lessened.

No. There has to be a dodge or it's OPed especially at level one. Sound CANNOT go through everything especially when you are purposely not focusing on hearing it. Add in weaknesses because all you mention are strengths. MDA isn't about trying to win, it's about losing and looking cool doing it.
