→ Nero's personally designed long ranged weapon. The Blue Rose is a unique revolver with an over and under barrel style, this design allows it to fire two magnum rounds with each pull of the trigger.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
→ This gun not only uses normal bullets, but it is able to use only a certain amount of wind bullets due to the transmutation circle under the barrels with a blue rose in it. The bullets wouldn't do the same damage as normal bullets, they would do blunt force trauma. The alchemy bullets can only be used once every other thread.

I'm sorry, but that restriction doesn't work for me. You could simply wait two days to your next post, and automatically be able to use the ability again. Change it, please... I'd rather it be an IC time limit.

Again, your measure of time is skewed, I'm afraid. It's difficult to gauge days, especially on a 'liquid time' style RP such as this one. Therefore, it isn't really logical, nor is it useful for you to have a time restriction like this.

If I may, why not something like "once per thread" - measure your time in posts, not actual time, please.
