CASE FILE: Custom Weapon

→ They were made together, so they're a set.
→ Snow Lion Pistol
→ Snow Lion Rifle.
TYPE:
→ One (1) sniper rifle
→ One (1) silenced pistol.
FORM:
→ TAC-308 Sniper Rifle
→ PSS Silent Pistol
...........................................................................
BRIEFING:
→ First up is Akito's handgun. This little thing is a PSS Silent Pistol. As such, it is much more silent than conventional silenced guns like the PB. It achieves this due to it's two part barrel, with the separate rifled par, which is fixed to the frame, and the breech part with the chamber inside, which is allowed to recoil inside the frame for a short length against its own return spring. This recoil slows the slide, dampening the sound of it hitting the stop. The gun uses a specially developed 7.62x42mm necked round. The cartridge contains an internal piston and a propelling charge, with the stem of the piston against the base of the bullet. On firing, the piston delivers enough impulse to project the bullet from the barrel to an effective range of 25 meters. The piston then seals the cartridge neck, preventing noise, smoke, or blast from escaping the barrel.
→ Next on the list is the rifle. This is a TAC-308, designed for urban scenarios, but it performs well in other areas as well. It is chambered for .308 Winchester rounds, and has a five round magazine with bolt-action. The trigger pulls at three pounds, and the rifle itself, in the hands of a professional, can easily nail the center of a standard target at 1000 yards, though Akito's skills are limited to simply hitting something relatively near his target at that range. He is most comfortable and accurate at a range of 600 yards, but he can only take one or two shots in the span of a minute, depending on the wind and other factors, if he actually wants to hit anything. The closer he gets, the more accurate he is, but at the same time, he dislikes nearing his target when he's not trying to be noticed. He'll get nervous and be more likely to miss unless he has a high vantage point when actually shooting in an urban envionment.
→ Akito will hardly ever refer to his guns by name, even though both of them have the Leo symbol and the words "Snow Lion" on the back. The words and symbol are just there for looks, plus to make sure Akito picks up the right rifle and handgun if he has to set either down. A PSS is rather hard to come by, and the TAC is sighted specifically for Akito, and that's not a process he likes to repeat often. He almost always has his pistol in a black holster under his jacket, and will either hide the rifle in a hotel room or other residence where he's sleeping, or carry it in a special case, modified to look like a hard guitar case.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
→ Razor Reflexes: Akito may not be the best sniper, but he has amazing reflexes. Most people write it off as beginner's luck, but hey, a bullet is a bullet. If someone sneaks up on him, or if someone he's covering gets jumped with no indication, and Akito takes a shot on instinct or reaction, his accuracy doesn't suffer.

ADVISORY
I notice you refer to that suppressor on your gun as a "silencer". Which would be true had you truly silent guns like the Russian PSS, or the DeLisle carbine, but that gun has a suppressor in place. For misc, best not put that information in Special Abilities, but in the gun description.
But anyways, more important point is, do you want help looking for a truly silent weapon? Rather than one with a suppressor, which by the way, just makes tracing the gun harder, rather than actually silent.
Oh, on an extra note, put Sniper Rifle entry different from the pistol entry. Just so we can clear up the clatter and make it easier to distinguish between either. Also best throw in a description for all weapons, and I'll take another gander at your weapon's application. You can feel free to copy off the wikipedia on those guns, based on caliber, bullet types, and the specific specs since it is required, than dwelling on the benefit of the doubt.
If you need further assistance, PM me.

REVISE
Almost getting there, I meant that you'll have to separate both your weapons in paragraphs in the form of arrows. Separate them into two visible entries instead of clumping them up in one entry if you get my gist.

Also for the names, types and forms. Not just the description. You're almost getting towards being golden now. Don't stop.

Re: Akito's Guns
Hope this is enough arrows. Can you give me the ALT code for that thing? It looks like it's gonna be coming up a LOT.
