BRIEFING:

→ Wind: With a small wave of his hand, Nero utilizes the air pressure and increases it using his alchemy. Nero condenses the air in front of him in a sphere and projects it forward at a fair speed, roughly as fast as a grey fox (roughly forty miles an hour). When the sphere of wind impacts with someone it will be as if a wall hit them. As well, the sphere is roughly as large as Nero himself, though it doesn't have to be formed directly in front of him, it can be formed within five feet of him. The transmutation circle is located on his right palm.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:

The sphere of wind is created fairly quickly, but it's speed and destructive power aren't all too great, only moving as fast as a grey fox running at top speed (roughly forty miles an hour). When the sphere hits someone it's as if a wall hits them and has a fair chance to disorient them and knock them off balance, possibly doing more damage, depending on their surroundings, which cause more damage or less.
