DESCRIPTION:
→ Viktor stands six foot tall. His hair blackish brown styled in dreadlocks. This man has dark brown eyes that seem to just stand out. Viktor is overly muscular, having a twelve pack ab set. His features are well defined which give him away in a crowd. On either side of his face there is a shapely birthmark of lightened skin. Below his chest is the Overly Muscular legs. Being at least twice the size of normal men, these legs are powerful enough to kick like ten mules. For clothes, Viktor wears a white button up shirt which he rarely buttons. Wearing Black Dress pants with black Vietnam Combat styled boots, he hardly matches. A black belt with a silver buckle adds contrast to the pants while the combat boots add character to his clothes. This beast's body is so large that often times he is seen as a monster instead of a man. Being six foot tall as well only adds to the most oddest of his circumstances. Lastly, his contrasted lips are somewhat larger then normal. There are noticeable scars on his back from battles long past.

PERSONALITY:
→ In his youth, Viktor was wrought with the death of his mother, killing of his father, and home life destruction. Though all of these are true, he somewhat kept a stiff upper lip as it were. He felt no ill-will against anyone who was not a fighter. However, every last fighting man on the planet eventually became his target. He is a man of actions indeed. Truth be told he had always been as such. His Father's actions led to his, his Mother's led to his, and his led to more of his. In essence his life was filled with actions that led to yet other actions. So, the passage of horrid time engraved the very essence of his fighting will unto his mind. Because of his father he wanted nothing more than to prove his strength and fight to hold the title of "The Brutal Terra." Because of his Militaristic background, he was dubbed The Earthbound Alchemist. This reputation would follow him as he was self proclaimed the strongest Earth-Based Alchemy user. It was a tell-toll sign that his mind was starting to become one way. The fact that he started out as a bully was one thing, but ended his life's final decision to what he would do with his life as becoming what could be called a Champion Fighter. Though his soul purpose was to in fact search out the strong so that he may devour them and thus become stronger was inevitable for someone of his background. Take for example his father. His father was "Ivan The Terrible Brute." In his day of fame he could take down whole cities with but the cost of an hour. To him, he needed to surpass that, but not exactly the way his father had accomplished the name. No, instead, Viktor felt the need to search out only the strongest fighting man and destroy them so that he himself may proclaim the strongest of the mall.

HISTORY:
→ Viktor's life started out by his father's actions. His father, born on a crisp spring day, was a humble man at his beginnings. Much like a 'hippy' he had love and care for all of the world. This was a major thing for anyone to have at the town he lived. That small town was wrought with pain, anger, corruption, and the stink of despair. Of course his whole life would change a little after the age of eighteen. At that age his parents ceased to exist by a man known as the "The Great Pumpkin." Despite his name, he did not have alchemy of pumpkins. Instead, he was the first general alchemist that he would see. When his whole world came crashing down, that boy, no, that man, clung to the singular act of revenge. It was because of revenge that he would later get his name of "Ivan The Terrible Brute."

Well, to all notions, he started to seek out in the world one who could bend elements to their will. This man tried different styles, different thought processes, and different actual elements. Finally, he settled upon the bending of Earth it self. It was said one who could bend the very Earth to their will was a god. Well, this man was no god. He was in fact a heretic to any church as he promoted the act of vengeance just purely by living. It was this that started his name. He searched out, and obliterated that alchemist known as "The Great Pumpkin." Of course now he had no life to live. His life revolved around revenge against that man. He was greeted with a new prospect. Becoming a Military beast. He reluctantly accepted the offer, but to his surprise he loved it. Oddly enough he loved the killing, the slaughtering, and the destruction. Well, time would pass to grant him the worst possible luck for a solder in arms that loved killing. That's right, his soul fell in love with another. This caused him to shift from the days of killing to the days of home life. Well, his attitude adjusted quite well. Then, finally, along came Viktor. When Viktor was born it was a horrid winter day. The temperature was at an all time low, the wind whipped and thrashed everything, and the world seemed in disarray. His life started out as nothing more than a nice homestead. Until the turn.

When the turn happened Viktor's life changed drastically. It went from the homely feel any household would get to the sudden burden and feel of a butcher's den. This took but months to begin the harboring of neglect, destruction of the family, and death. At the age of ten Viktor's mother ceased to exist. This was, secretly, due to his father. At night Viktor would hear the cries of his father in redemption to the actions taken. It wasn't long before Viktor was offered the right of passage by becoming the next Brutal in the line. He took to this with out fail and learned the ways of his Father's Earth Bending. Eventually, it came to pass that he would need to kill his Father. But that was not until after the schooling he took. He was nice at first, but as his home life changed so too did his life at school. The sour turned more sour as he started to take his anger and frustration out on the other kids. He'd bully them, take their money, and other rotten things bullies did or do. It took time, but after the death of his father he joined the Revolution as an Earth Bound Alchemist. Of course, it was indeed amazing to see the Earth-Shifter Alchemy in motion.

The world seemed as dark as his home to Viktor, and thus he felt the heed of his past to bring forth the new beginning. Eventually the time arrived that he would reflect his natural feelings of disarray upon the world by acts of meaningless and petty crimes. But in the end, he found a higher calling, the Military. After joining for less than a year he was Dishonorably discharged. This sent the boy, or rather man, wandering the world. His new goal in life was to fight the strongest man in the world and beat him to a pulp. From the ending of his career, he found a new light at the end of the tunnel of Despair. He would fight, not to cause harm, but to prove his worth to the world, and his dead-beat Father's soul.

Few things you need to edit as follows.

- Give your personality a more varied demeanor besides that of hatred, a character has more depths than typically but hatred, as it shouldn't be just that to make a character's personality.

- When making your history, explain more why he hates those people, justify it, and also give it as well more depth besides the training to actually beat the friggin' crap out of people. Surely there is a lot more to him besides growing up, exercising, and training his alchemy. It is not the modus operandi counted in the history but the notable events in his life that shaped it so that does.

- We updated our templates yesterday for Alchemists, so best update the style as well to something else.

- Mind choosing a different title from your custom rank and official title?

You still have the hatred aspect in your personality instead of actually giving much of a personality. I'd actually add a personality, perhaps arrogance from the vibe given of him? Should do more about you than about your hates.

Attacking other nations... not sure how he got away with that considering he'd be a wanted fugitive, AND there are always other bigger fishes. Anyways, punt that bit out, and give him more depth in his history than the simplified version where he was just outright going brutal. Surely you can write a deeper story than this.
