DESCRIPTION:
→ Sebastian is a rather tall man at the height of 6.2 feet. He weighs in at 180 ilbs. His eyes are a dark green color. He has some thick but long black hair coming down slightly past his neck. For his normal clothing he wears a olive green military coat along with a long sleeve white shirt under the coat. He then wears normal jeans. His shoes are black and white converse. His body type is a rather slim type but he is also slightly muscular body though it is not anything big like Armstrong just the average amount. On him for protection for himself and others he carries a Pistol and a Knife but he rarely ever has to use them, well the knife he may use for practical purposes too. His voice is a simply average voice. It is more on the deep side but not to much not like a rapist pedobear but he is not high pitched either.

PERSONALITY:
→ Sebastian is a relativly calm man. He is smart and usually in control of a situation while other people are losing there head. He is a very loyal guy and when it comes down to it in the end he will not betray his friends for anything. Sebastian also sticks to his promises if he promises to do something he will put his all into it. Even though he is calm he may be a mess of emotions on the inside but he won't let them out. Now he may have a breakdown everyonce and awhile but that is it. He is on the side of Justice and in the end he wishes to help create a better world, with the defeat of all the chaos in the world.

He dislikes them horribly but not a hate as there is very little you can do to make him develop a hatred for someone or thing, besides Snakes.Sebastian has a horrible fear of Snakes, it isn't enough to hurt him in a battle if he fought against someone who uses Snakes but enough to make him take a longer route if he sees snakes up ahead while walking.

Sebastian perfers the truth and being kept in the loop, he knows how and when to keep his mouth shut even if he does not like it nor want to. He is good at manipulating a situation to his advantage when it is needed. Sebastian honestly perfers night time better than the day he likes it because the Day time air is so clogged by everyone and almost give a closed in feeling while breathing while night time gives a free almost as if the world is for you kind of feeling. Sebastian honors the code of No Man Left Behind, he will go out of his way to help or save a friend. He accepts death as a part of life, but does not like it nor hopes he will never get used to it, he does not wish to die despite aknowledging that he, and everyone else in life will meet death at one point, after that well no one knows for sure some say there is nothing, some a afterlife, some even say we become energy or are reincartated, only time will tell he does not care but wishes to live as much as possible before he meets his end.

He can be abit over protective at times but always means for the best. He has a good sense of humor but is not one to joke around during a battle, ok mabey one may slip out but it is not very common. When it comes to batlle he plans three moves in advance rather than just run in and hope for the best he uses tactics, even uses the opponent as a weapon against themself at times. He can be rather polite if you are meeting for the first time. He absolutoly hates war, he will follow orders, usually not if they are horrible or just plain dumb but usually he will. He hates death as much as he accepts it, he simply wants peace but the world won't seem to allow that.He will not fight if he does not have to and to define have to is to defend himself or others. One thing he rarely tell anybody is that he is a Secret romantic but to avoid annoying people he doesn't show it, its not hat he cares what people think its people being annoying he cares about.

He secretly too can be abit judgmental even though he tries not to be. If he does not like a person he will distance himself from them. He tends to have more aquaitances than actual friends. This may because he tends to keep to himself. When he meets new people or observes a new place he does just that observe and analyze once you get to know him though he will open up abit but he chooses to tell confide in people due to personal prefrence. His goal is to create a peaceful world through peaceful manners despite all the chaos and evil in the world though.

He also despite being a extremely peaceful man has abit of darkness in him like everyone else. When he gets angry which is a very rare thing you have to either be a monster or insult one of the few people he actually cares alot about. He can go abit crazy while he still wants to help he world he isn't so peaceful this is very rare though for him and he is learning to control it.

HISTORY:
→ Sebastian was born on May 1st 1994. His parents came from East City so that is where he was born. He was a only child to his parents after 5 other failed attempts at having a kid he actually made it out of the womb. As a baby he was quiet not making to much noise even that young only when he actually needed something like a change or to be fed. He was originally sent to pre-school but he only had went to it for a single day. Now he has not told anyone but being curious then he almost killed someone by putting there hair into a eletrical socket but he was stopped by noise. His mom simply figured he did not need pre-school.

The following year he went into Kindergarten. He made friends there, but he was a total clutz he being so big for his age height wise would try to hug people but in turn knock them down causing a Domino effect throughout the class. Besides that he did pretty good with those few years of school. In the summer between his 1st and 2nd grade years his Grandmother had died. They were in West City so he and his mom had to go to west city to look after his grandfather. They lived there for 6 month until his Grandfather was able to move again as he was injured.

After those six months they had moved back to East City along with his Grandfather and returning to his father too.They stayed in East city for about a few more months before they moved out of the city to a unknown small town in the country. He adapted fast but did not like it as well he hates moving. After a year of living there hey guess what They moved AGAIN. Back to east city on a opposite side of town though but oh well. He went through 4th and half of 5th grade there. His granfather also died in that time.

In the middle of 5th grade his parents got a divorce he going with his mother moved yet again but for the last time, hah I bet you didn't see that one coming! His mom and him moved to Central where she had gone to due to meeting a man there. They got married and he became Sebastians Step Father. After that things began to settle down only problems such as your average day to day stuff. Sebastian began to study Alchemy and be taught it too. In School he maintained good grades of A's and B's, except for in Math he was Average in that getting a C usually.

At the age of 15 he had finally worked up the guts after years of waiting and the moment almost passed too, to ask out the girl he was eyeing for years. It went well and they got along great. Eventually he also worked up the guts to tell her he loved her. Now they are great, all he wants in life is to simply make sure she is happy and she has anything and everything she deserves. She simply wants the same for him. After two years of them together now at the age of 17 they got seperated in Central when the bombs went off. He is unsure whether she is alive or not but he will continue to look for her until he does he won't stop. He made her a promise to always protect her and he is a man of his word he will not break his promise.

Anthony's Alchemic ability is that of Crystals. To perform his Alchemy he must draw Carbon in the air to a specific point. In that area it has to be heated to a point. Once that happens the Crystal forms in the direction/Spot that Anthony wants it to. It is his signature ability. The crystals are clear like I diamond or white Topaz would be. It is not a specific Crystal type such as Emerald or Ruby it is just a Clear Crystal.It works well on many diffrent Items but on Elements it works Extremely well on fire , average on Wind and Water and poor on Earth.
