• I would also consider this a basic ability as opposed to elemental.
  
• Your briefing could be more descriptive. Is it defensive or offensive? Does it have a drawback? Etc. Also, you should note that this clone should only be a meat dummy, unable at moving, speaking, or anything. Otherwise I would consider it OP at level one. If thats what you had in mind already, awesome!
  
• He should have all the materials on hand in order to make this clone dummy, so that should be noted somewhere. Either in the briefing or special abilities section, or both. Go for both. After all, something can't be made from nothing.
  
• Could you also include more of a description of his special ability than simply "cloning?" Straight to the point is normally safe, but it also doesn't say very much and leaves us wondering the specifics of the ability.

Also if the clone is made out of any kind of human flesh or whatnot, it's alkahestry, not alchemy.
