→ The tattoo she has looks almost like wings spreaging across her back, scar-like. She needs to know the basics of what the element she is destroying is. Specifically, she needs to know what the item is composed of and uses the second step of transmutation to tear it apart without progressing to the third step. Her basic knowledge covers chemical composition and the analysis of the surveying area. For example if she wants to blow away an entire chunk of ground, she'd need to register exactly how much schemical compound makes up the area and how much energy she needs to exert. For example she can't just destroy a whole building with a touch, instead she'd have to take out it's main supporting beam to make it fall. [I know it's short, but essentially her only technique is blowing things apart ^^; hard to describe]
