DESCRIPTION:
→ Short, purple hair is amongst the first thing that you notice about this woman before you. It's most likely dyed, but her hair is in such good condition you can't help but wonder if its natural as strange as that might sound. No, in truth its just dyed. She merely knows how to take care of it. The length is short, a variation of sorts upon the bob-cut hairstyle.

Next is her eyes. Crystalline ruby eyes that stare at you knowingly even as you don't say a word. There is the look of a leader in them, and a strong sense of compassion. The eyes are doorways into the soul they used to say. An alluring glance can draw you in, yet the piercing sharpness of a soldiers stare forces you back. The mischievous twinkle dances about you as it all vanishes back behind a cool stare that leaves you wondering about this attractive, and slightly tan, woman before you.

Her body is slim yet muscular, throwing you off even further considering the hour glass figure. Her clothes always seem to fit close to her skin shifting between light colored clothes and dark. She has a rather distinctive black coat thats reminiscent of a trench coat, or maybe a military jacket. Its not clear which. Sometimes it switches out with a biker type jacket, both a classic black. From there her clothes vary widely. They could be body suits suitable for spying, to black shirts with black pants and boots. Sometimes she has sun glasses, sometimes she doesn't. But she does always have black fingerless gloves that seem to fit her long, slender fingers perfectly. Everything is stylish in its own way, particularly when together, yet sometimes it seems like such things don't matter to her.

PERSONALITY:
→ Freedom. Everyone likes it right? Well, Rebecca loves it. She loves to travel, to stay moving, never settling down for very long unless she must for work. She doesn't see the point in moving into a home and and and just being tied down! It's restricting and it makes her writhe in her mind to even think about. It just doesn't even really click in her mind. Its probably why she does relatively well with the pirates.

Used to being alone, shes been called a loner more than once and it doesn't really bother her in the least. Sometimes it feels like tech makes far more sense than humans do. Besides, humans can be so goddamn petty. However she still loves to hang out and have a good time amongst friends. In moderation of course. She has work that needs to get done after all!

The other big thing that is most noticeable about Rebecca is the company she keeps, and the things she does. She is a tomboy. Through and through. She doesn't like having to get dressed up in a skirt or anything unless its an absolute must. Such things would get in the way of free running to be quite honest, or anything else that she does. A healthy person, she likes to be in shape without being excessive, for example how she'll only occasionally smoke. Just to soothe her nerves mind you.

She hates the idea of being weak. Truly. When you are around guys more often than girls, you can't help but feel like you have to prove you are just as good as they are at everything if not better. Always striving for that extra mile, she is relentless once she has put her mind to it no matter what it is. Whether it was learning to play guitar when she was younger, or writing... doesn't matter. She runs forward head on. Wise-cracks in her cockney accent appearing left and right.

HISTORY:
→ Xingese mother and Aerugese father.... Just how did these two people meet? The magic that caused this to happen is what allowed Rebecca to be born in East City years ago to some rather well off parents. Her father is a software architect for a prominent company in Amestris, and her mother was journalist for one of the newspapers in East City.

Why aren't they in their respective countries? Well, both traveled for work. Plain and simple. They met while her father, Takahashi was on a business trip to Xing and they hit it off. Both had traveling in their blood, and once her mother became pregnant with her, they decided to move one step further. Off to East city for them!! Soon Rebecca was brought into this world, and thus the legacy was born.

Quiet, reserved, and a bit hesitant to interact with people, she was a bit slow to make friends. The friends that she tended to make were either older than her, in books, in computers, or none at all. She was that soft-spoken nerd girl in the corner who knew all the answers to any question asked of her. Her bright red eyes always observant, always watching, always.... a little lonely. But she could see some of the injustices of the world, and she wondered if she could change things from how they were. How people always seemed to judge her so quickly even as she discovered alchemy.

Quick-witted and quite the wise-cracker in high school, she soon found a niche of sorts for herself. The IT department was looking for people to help them with their job and so she found her people. But... she felt this itch as senior year drew to a close. She was in one place for two long. She had to.. to.. to go, to do something go somewhere. She didn't know what, or where, but... something.

So she traveled to Creta for college, attending one of their prominent colleges. She ended up taking various lessons of things due to her friends that were there. And soon she caught the attention of a highly trained group. They observed her for a couple of years, during this time she joined a pirate crew to help pay for herself instead of relying on her parents. By now her alchemy had progressed far, much to her delight, her love of technology continuing to grow with it.

If they needed a hacker, she was their woman. She could now fight, she could shoot, she could do many many things due to those... interesting friends that she made during college. And soon she was approached. Now she wonders what is going to happen, but she is highly honored to have been chosen for this opportunity.

Being a Spectre hiding out as a pirate has left her with her freedom much as she would prefer things to be. Sure she's a recent addition to the crew of the Ol' Miss, but she's one of their Boatswain much to her relief. Information is her specialty after all. Still, she travels for her... "other" work, completing her covert missions perfectly and occasionally enjoying a bar crawl along the way. Thats how she first met her fellow spectre, Deirge after all! She went out clubbing in Creta, and was rather amused at the young girl that she found there. Two others also joined their little party, a woman whom she could tell was a snake, Patience Vinrogue and a boy (for he was just that) named Alex. She didn't get to stay very long seeing as work called her away. Such was her life.

Then... the mission in Drachma came. Flying off in the Normandy with Joker at the helm, and Commander Shepard as her comrade, Rebecca gathered information on the ship before they dove down to the snowy landscape. The two had their separate objectives, and hers was to take out the communications towers for Moscow. It was easy really, just pop in, take command for a moment, tell the computer what to do, and then leave! Easy as pie right? Wrong! She ended up facing a young girl in a giant mecha suit, her name Zinaida Tarasov. A twelve year-old! Of all things! How could she fight her in all seriousness? Although the Normandy did crash into the Kremlin after an air fight in the sky, Joker came out fine in their land rover called the Mako. He and Commander Shepard swung about and picked her up before getting them the hell out of that mess before the shit really hit the fan. Their jobs were done, mission accomplished.

Shortly after the mission, Rebecca was visiting the Jolly Roger Cafe per usual to both get a drink, and see if there was work afoot. Well... she certainly found more than just work that day! A striking man in a white suite was sitting at one of the tables with coffee as black as night, his green hair something that caught her eye. well...and that amber eye too. She couldn't tell you why, but she was struck with the urge to speak with him, and so she did. Turns out his name was Menoitos, and he was formally the homonculus Wrath that was believed to have gone missing. The homonculus with a heart of gold... And he was on a case. She offered her aid, and he ended up accepting. The target he had been waiting for flittered outside, and they rushed outside to give chase. But that would be too obvious of course so.... they posed as drunks and... made..out.. in the alley... The man was quite the kisser! There was a listening device in his hat, recording what the mark was saying to some mysterious figure before vanishing.

Well, they went back to her place (no, nothing happened then!) and he got to meet the AI that she wrote called Edi. They went to work and soon had something to work off of. Once their work was mostly done, they were going to call it a night but... neither one really wanted to leave the others company. So she went with him back to his place, which was ironically across the street, and... you could say fun was had. She went out looking for a drink and work, and instead she now has a lover. Heh, its funny how things can happen hm?

Now she can be found aiding the pirates with their work seeing as a fresh new job has come up for them from Brigadier General Shula Brighton. Just what was going to happen hm?

Well… Things did work out in South, and I still have my main relocation stationed there, however, I am no longer a member of the pirate crew. The Spectre's seem to have been absorbed by the Cretan government on some level, so now I count as a soldier for the crowd. Ironic hm? Oh well, in any case, things with Menoistos didn't really work since he had to go undercover for a case and… I haven't heard from him since. Least I met Zen! Dietrich was having a party for his militants after the affair with Drachma, and I happened to meet him there. Goof of a man, but completely charming in that way. Spent the night at his place, and, well, we began dating. Funny how I keep seeming to date men with greenish hair. and are detectives… Eh, whatever.

There was another war, this one where the King got kidnapped and put into a coma, Fort Briggs fell, aaaand Xing got taken by Aerugo. You could say that it was not a happy day to be a Spectre who failed in her job. *heavy sigh* I just…. I was there. I was about to get the King and… we had to withdraw. I couldn't save him. And, as if that weren't enough, Zen went missing that day too. He was gone for 11 bloody months and has only just reappeared! Quite by happenstance we met really, appropriate for us and how we are. But I'm getting ahead of myself. After the war, I continued with my odd jobs with information, some Spectre clean up work required considering how drastic the events were on those multiple fronts. Did make Edi a new body though which she looks positively smashing in, but it definitely isn't a cyborg. All metal for the moment sadly. But I do swear that I'm going to figure something out!

But… yes. So Edi's got a body and has discovered Xbox live is fun (thank you Tsurita and Aaron for the random game of CoD), I'm working like a mad woman, we got a new Queen, and… Zen is back. It's been all over the place, but it has been life.

→ She's not great at fighting, but she can dirty fight if she needs to in a situation.
→ Due to increased exposure in the field, her combat skills have put her on par with most soldiers, though she's still not like some grizzled veteran. She's got her own way of fighting in a sense.
→ Her best weapons are pistols, knives. She's also excellent at a sniper, crossbow, and general innovation weapons that she might have created. Yes, she's the one who'll take them out for a test run.

1. Alchemic ability: Logic Speak 02 - "She can tell the computer to show her what was previously accessed within the computers memory banks up to three days prior." -- How? Remember that alchemy CREATES something; it's not a magic power that you can do anything with plausibly. You can't tell it anything, you can only create and destroy things from something already preexisting.

Tachikoma - I don't even understand this. Data...drones? What is this? Is it like a virus or something? HOW does she create this, using what? Equivalent exchange remember.

1. Logic Speak 02 - Essentially she's creating a search function within the computer to go through the history logs that it possess'.

2. Tachikoma - I'm saying to think of them as little drones within the code that she's creating via code. She has already written the code within her mind and is thus creating the drones while within the code of the computer. You could say she's is writing the code while within the code of the computer. Like a copy and paste into a word document.

Just curious, but doesn't alchemy just modify things besides create and destroy? Like Edward's arm when he changes its metallic composition while fighting Scar. Or Mustang's ability since he's just modifying the concentration of oxygen in the air?

2. She's changing bits and pieces of spare code inside the computers core in order to create them. For example, if there is a useless video of porn on a computer, she can convert the code that it possess (thus corrupting the file) in order to create these strings of code that aid her when hacking.

Included that. So instead of having it be copied from her mind to the computer, she's just using spare code that it might possess.
