DESCRIPTION:
→ Jericho is a very tall individual man standing at 194 centimeters tall. He weighs about 114 kilograms, with a slim but very muscular build. His hair is dark red in color. The length of his hair changes a lot, it can either be shortish or about shoulder length at any given time. His eye green in color and gives him a rather calming appearance of an almost peaceful sense, along with the whites of his eye constantly being pure white no matter how much it is irritated. His skin is fairly tan but not to the point were a little more sun might hurt him. He retains a flaw in his face. He is missing his right eye. Well, at least his real right eye. Instead he has a specially made automail eye in its place. This eyes retina is actually red in color and the scelera instead of being white is pure black. The black actually seems to increase the presence of the red. Overall it gives off a rather haunting look. As he is ashamed of this flaw in his otherwise perfect body, he wears a specially made eye patch to conceal it.

The eye is actually a little clever device. It was actually made to track down targets. It has a few functions such as a targeting system, infrared, and even x-ray. The eye patch he wears over actually stops any of the functions from working. This is so he doesn't fight at his full potential as he likes a challenge. Also for the fact that using the eye for too long tends to give him a splitting head ache.

As a spy his clothes can differentiate at different times. Such as wearing a Cretan uniform or maybe a different disguise. Though his regular military uniform is that of Amestris his home country that he serves. His casual clothes are a different story. He tends to dress to impress not so much for comfort. He can for the sexy biker look to even black tie. It is all dependent on the situation. But it is pretty obvious he does it for attention. He also carries around 3 weapons. One being a Nodachi that lays across his back. Another is a katana that resides on the side of his hip. The final part of his weaponry is a small wrist fire ball launcher.

PERSONALITY:
→ Jericho is a very prideful person. He looks upon himself in high regard to a point where its almost like he has a god complex. He honestly believes he is the best thing to ever happen to this world. He looks upon those lesser than him with utter disgust and contempt. He only respects strength in people. Seeing utter cowards as nothing but canon fodder. He thinks so highly of his abilities he runs into situations with not fear what so ever. Failing a job is not an acceptable result for him and he will take it rather personally honestly blaming other people involved as he believes he couldn't have failed at all.

As if he didn't think high enough about himself, he believes he is the best looking man alive. He sees himself as flawless excepted for the loss of his eye. That to him is his only imperfection and even got it replaced with something better than his old eye in an attempt to redeem himself. He takes shots to his face really personally wanting to kill whoever does it. He also takes rather good care of his body to keep his imagined perfection.

Perhaps the only ones that he thinks more highly of are those appointed over himself. So personal shots to him when hes on a mission may piss him off but he will hold himself back until he no longer needs his persona he needed for that spy job. Though he won't act on it quite yet he does make a note of it so that he may return the favor later. By death.

Jericho is also very combat oriented individual preferring fighting to talking in most cases unless talking is completely necessary. Most of the time when he is talking to someone they are usually someone he respects. Jericho respects those who are stronger than him no matter what the race. The ones who have earned the most of admiration are the Generals and Fuhrer. They have earned it so much that he hopes to one day become one of them himself. He prefers the company of other people stronger than himself seeing them as ones that deserve great respect.

Jericho has an overly zealous look at weakness. He despises it with an extreme hatred because at one time he thought of himself as weak and he will personally go out of his way to crush it. Since this is true he tends to ignore those who are weaker believing that they have little use in the world. The way he underestimates weakness may be the reason for his downfall one day.

In combat he tends to fight alone. Now this isn't to say that he can't fight with a team its just he prefers to prove himself not only to those stronger than him but himself also. While in combat Jericho prefers the up front and brutally violent approach. He will not leave the opponent a break unless it is to mock them or to stroke his own ego. The only thing that Jericho likes even close to fighting is metal music and he can usually be found in his room playing along with it when theres no fighting or spying to do.

LOVE:
→ The thrill of a fight, himself, those appointed over him or in a position of power in general, women, Alchemy, swordsmanship, martial arts, Briggs, power, bravery, and the quote "survival of the fittest."

HATE:
→ Weakness, most people, being underestimated, Those appointed under him or in a lower standing than himself(Unless they have done something to impress him enough), guns(he sees them as cheap and cowardly), those who would betray him or his leaders, idiots, cowards, those on his shit list, and weaklings who don't know their place.

DEEPEST SECRET:
→ He is a spy for Briggs and the number one spy against Creta. (In his eyes at least XD)

IDOL:
→ Anyone who is appointed above him earns his respect in this regard except the very few he sees as unfit to lead. Also he is conceded enough to see himself as an idol.

HISTORY:
→ The one eyed Maverick, Jericho Cross. He was not always one eyed, and wasn't this devious but rather was born innocent and bubbly in his youth, if not naive. Thinking himself able to take on the world. Pompous and catered to as he was born of a noble family. He had spent his youth in affluence and carefree days. Seeing himself above those at the private school as arrogance filled his head.

Having become something of a head honcho in the school due to how meticulously he planned things out for himself to be important. A Machiavellian schemer even at a young age which he has gotten an inspiration from his old man, his father. Whom had always encouraged him or more specifically, scolded him whenever he displays any unseemly traits.

"Adversity compels strength" was the motto his father kept repeating, to a point that Jericho became more in tune with the idea he just has to seek the strongest. To seek some challenge. It tickles him so that he will be active and tackle it head on, and the teachings worked. He had improved thanks to cruel and tough parenting. Being groomed by his father personally, a General in the state military who wanted a worthy son.

Going from duels to teachings about alchemy for a heads up, as it is better to know than not to. It was by his father's hand that he had lost his eye, being thrown into a pin with a bull of a man known as Alcardo who wielded a claymore whilst Jericho wielded a rapier but only dressed up in his red pajamas since he was forced awake at such an early morning for exercise.

Yep, his father was extreme like that. Now Alcardo was a monster of a man who struck with lightning speed, which made Jericho almost die a couple of times, which the match had ended when Jericho got stuck with the claymore's pommel to his face, his eye messed up and gouged. Horrible to behold as he despaired at the fact his perfection was tainted, ruined. He took the opportunity to plot his revenge at Alcardo even though he was doing his job.

For some years, he practiced using a Nodachi, and got accustomed to wearing an eyepatch as he beat the crap out of anyone who made fun of him for that in school, for being a pirate. And one day, he used said Nodachi off to slice through Alcardo's neck, a shriveled old man by this time.

He sliced his head clean off and was proud of that fact but... knowing that he'd end up in jail at the time since he is no longer a minor, Jericho gave the sword to his best friend, to see his worth. To see if he would stupidly accept it or not. UNACCEPTABLE. He accepted it and he took the blame for the murder, ended up in jail instead of pinning the blame on someone else.

To which Jericho just felt he was pathetic, but by that time joining in after his father in his footsteps by becoming a member of the state. His father having retired long ago by this point. Joining the secretive and reclusive spy agency in the intelligence bureau as he would go into Creta for deep undercover spying.

After entering the military however right before joining the spy agency, he got a surgery for an automail eye. This was so he could try to reclaim his once great perfection. But.. it was for not and instead he tried to make as good as it could be while still unfortunately being flawed.

Using heritage and lies as an excuse as he pretends himself to be Cretarian, even forging several documents, and going as far as to convince a town that he is a long lost orphan now all grown up. Joining the Cretarian circle, the spy circle, to act as a double agent of sorts.

Growing up there as he felt no attachments to people so easily fooled, knowing his true loyalty is to Amestris, and is to get his father's approval while he ruthlessly makes sure to get information through about the happenings in Creta. Blending in for years over there as he was acknowledged as one of them. Often called a pirate there. He holds down an urge to beat whoever calls him that because there might be an investigation which COULD blow his cover by chance, so he has to be calm... be a Machiavellian.

Plot things out as he tries to build a base of loyal but not stupid subordinates, worthy people just as he had learnt from his father who will not hesitate to be brutal when necessary. That is Jericho Cross, a brutal spy bent on protecting Amestris, whatever the costs, and whatever the glory he gains. The ends justify the means. And damn would he look cool foiling an entire nation's plot singlehandedly as a spy master of sorts.
