BRIEFING:
→ Sonai has to know what the item is comprised of, be it solid iron or what not, also he has to know what the item he is transmuting from's composition. If it's a spear he has to know what the composition is in order to make the ground give him the necessary items in order to make a spear. If it's a gun he has to know what the gun is comprised of as well as how it works so that he can take from the ground what he needs to make it.

→ The circle is intricate tattoos all over his body. The tattoos are all black with a light cyan tint to it. The tattoos seem as though they were tattooed on by an Indian artist.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
→ First and foremost, the Ancient book told of an art not directly called Alchemy. It was instead called the Ancient art of Lebis, The Grand Arcanum. In his studies he learned the process of modern alchemy by the roots. He had to learn all three steps one by one.

3. Reconstruction

For Sonai, he has mastered the first two of the three steps.This allows him to do things not normally done by Alchemists. His alchemy is not based in any one direction. However, it is based in multiple directions. A little of this and that, simple of everything to be more broad. His alchemy circle is in fact his whole body it's self. During the stages of his power he gains several things..

To start, he has only control over the first two steps at least. And limited of the third. He can't create anything big. To the biggest he can create are small arms such as a Nail gun, spears, Katana, and anything up to the biggest hand held item, something a little bit bigger than a spear. Sonai has to know what the item is comprised of, be it solid iron or what not, also he has to know what the item he is transmuting from's composition.

Your alchemy isn't the same as it is on your app. I think you forgot to copy it over. Also, him having knowledge of basic alchemy as such:

is a bit far-fetched. =/ I say this because Tsune's father spent his whole life researching lightning alchemy and then Tsune only perfected it because he saw 'the gate'. So I'd refrain from trying to conquer all basic aspects of alchemy and, instead, focus deeper on what is actually going to assist with his own, thus making him more efficient and less stretched out in the long-run. Also, leading to more strength.

XD Why did you say the same thing twice...? The briefing is supposed to be what you need to know in order to use your alchemy. If you're making a weapon, what do you need to know in order to construct it?
Also, where's your circle? I don't see a picture or a description of it...

Fixed, and as for the circle O.o; do you read the apps? o.o; it's right there in..er..blue and...blue? or is that black? No that's blue ^^

-blink- of course I read it; I read all of them. I see you added the picture part, but you didn't do anything to the briefing... o.o You just repeated the same thing twice. -points at above post- You need to tell me what EXACTLY you need to know in order to create the weapons and shit. Like...you can't touch the ground and construct a steel spear unless you know how to draw the materials from whatever you're touching, etc.

Again. You cannot repeat the same thing for briefing that you have for special ability. That's also a sentence not a paragraph.
Just please write something new for briefing like everyone else... Then I can finally approve you. I feel like I'm pulling teeth.
