NAME:
→ It doesn’t have a title yet. This is something that Imogen created on her own, and since it addresses at least three different functions, it’s very difficult to label. (If you want to create a name for it, feel free.)

TYPE:
→ Alchemy: Elemental; earth, water, and very occasionally, fire.

LEVEL:
→ Level one.

FORM:
→ It isn’t a weapon, but it can create weapons. Her form of alchemy comes from two identical tattoos on her hands.

BRIEFING:
→ Imogen designed her circle herself using her father’s research as well as her own, so it’s a little mixed up sometimes. It’s mostly earth based, but structural elements in the circle also strongly suggest fire and water. These circles allow her to choose which part she wants to use at any given time. The outer circle, of course, represents the flow of power used to fuel the rest of the circle. The square and diamond represent the structure needed to work with earth. Inside the square but outside of the diamond, there are four symbols held within four more circles; two symbols representing earth (it’s her most prevalent talent), one representing salt(this helps her transmute minerals), and one that represents steel (the strongest material she can transmute). There’s one more circle on the inside, as well as a triangle and a sun within it. The circle and sun are part of the same symbol; the alchemic symbol for fire would usually be a circle with a dot in the middle, like a bullseye. However, Imogen has taken the dot in the middle and replaced it with the sun, which serves the same function, but looks better and matches her pocket watch (she IS a girl, after all). Finally, the last symbol underneath the alchemic symbol for fire, is a triangle. This is the symbol for water.
All together, this transmutation circle allows her to use fire, water, and earth. Mostly though, she only uses the water, mineral, and earth part to cultivate healthy plants and delicious fruits and vegetables. There’s almost no offensive purpose to her alchemy.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:

→ Imogen isn’t very good at the fire aspect of her alchemy yet, but as she follows the teachings that Roy Mustang was once taught, she gets better. In a really tight spot, she has the ability to use her fire manipulation to leave a distraction and run away.
To do this, she had to learn to understand the air flow, and while she can’t control the air flow, she can control how the fire burns the oxygen. She can send it in one direction, like a pointed explosion (or one HUGE explosion in one place), and run away while her combatant is trying to run away from a fiery death.
Again, this is a defensive attack. An offensive one might come at levels two or three, depending on the rules of level ups.

1] Your briefing section is fluffy and flowery but you're missing something: an indepth explanation of what the alchemy does. From what I see, you're trying to do too many things and manipulate too many fields. Earth, fire, minerals... and then your special ability draws from one of these. Include details of what she needs to know in order to perform the alchemy from THAT, too.

To specify: as an alchemist you are allowed to manipulate a single process for transmutation. Making plants and whatever grow would be this process. You can't on top of that have the ability to sling fireballs. No earth-water-fire. You gotta specialise.
