BRIEFING:
→ The circle is a relatively simple one involving four prongs in the form of outward-pointing arrows in a cross meeting at the center in a circle, surrounding the picture of an eight-pointed snowflake; the center of each of the four prongs is attached to the prong clockwise and counterclockwise from itself via a straight line, forming a diamond around the circle. The circle represents cooling, shape, and release, and through focus, allows Kor to form, shape, and either use ice as a projectile or a shield, the prongs equivalently representing expansion or outward force.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
→ Ice Alchemy, involving the freezing, shaping, and propulsion of water or other fluids with low freezing points. To perform this alchemy, heat is drawn away from the object and dispelled throughout Kor's body, dispelled relatively harmless over the wide surface area of his back, providing the basis for equivalent exchange. Truly, the reaction is merely the simple movement from liquid to solid.

This can be used on offense or defense, and its use is dependent on the amount of water available. Obviously, only so much water can be transmuted at once, and there is a cool-down between maximum uses as Kor would need to dispel the heat from his body.
