The transmutation circle is engraved on the nape of Loki's neck, it was carved in his flesh and covered with permanent paint and will never come off.

BRIEFING:
Loki's sound manipulation serves mostly all purposes - offensive and passive, but does not have any defensive abilities. This ability also enables Loki to have excellent hearing, controlling sounds he can hear almost anything and a simple whisper can turn into a well pronounced speech to his ears.
But Sound Manipulation is not all that good. Sometime ago, in distant times this type of Alchemy was banned and hunted, for it was considered one of the most sinister alchemical powers in the world. It's power frightened most people, and alas many who had these abilities used them for their own selfish purposes.
Sound Manipulation did not require "rituals" or preparation nor does it need components and does not transmute anything but soundwaves themselves, but few knew why, for there's a huge drawback - it slowly makes the eyes of it's wielder blind. Also few could fully control it's power once sound alchemy began to evolve and brought great harm or death to it's practitioners. Finally 150 years back it was abandoned... or so everyone thought - few practitioners were left, studying sound manipulation in secret.


The red-colored pentagram is located on the nape of Loki's neck, and is hidden by his clothing and hair most of the time, but it can be noticed, if Loki has no clothes on, for the circle tends to periodically glow in red.
There are two circles - the outer circle and the inner circle. Just beyond the outer circle, mystical ancient runes are carved in 6 groups, separate from each other, there is also a big rune at the top, that resembles a cage. In the inner circle there is a 5 pointed star surrounded by 5 glyphs. The pentagram gives off a sinister feeling to whoever sees it.

There's also two strange marks on the edges of Loki's lips, these marks stretch to his cheeks. These are actually wounds and they are tightly sewed so that they cannot be seen. This is because the first time Loki used his powers when he screamed - his mouth ripped to his cheeks. Whenever he uses his sound manipulation as a loud scream his the wounds tend to show themselves, they open up for a few millimeters, and others can see a line of vertical threads that keep his mouth and cheeks together.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
Loki's special power is - Sound Manipulation. He can control sound in almost any manner - volume, intensity, frequency etc. Loki can control the sound's direction, so that in a group of 5 people only 1 may hear him, while others would have no idea what Loki said, he can also control the sound's density and speed, turning soundwaves into a weapon. He can also increase or decrease the volume and intensity of the sound to an extent when human eardrums can break.

Make sure you can only control the sound that is directed at 1-3 people. Like you can only break 1-3 people's eardrums at a time. That kind of thing. Just because if you could kill an entire army by exploding all their ear drums, that's way too strong for level one. Plus, you need a range for your power to work. Sound waves can only travel so far remember.
