DESCRIPTION:
→ Waseria basically wears anything and everything. she has no set or defined style. but she does love Lolita gothic style clothing, and anything else that is either dark and elegant or bright and colorful. She doesn’t really care what else she wears. It can be an all leather s and m hardcore suit, to just a bikini and some short shorts with flip flops or boots. But more often than that, she is either wearing her blue robes regalia, complete with cloth undershirt and pants, Her hair is silky smooth, and goes down to her waist when not in a bun.

The color of her silken, smooth hair is ebony, black as such. There is almost a natural shine about her hair, making it seem to glimmer. Within her eyes, there is a calm serenity. The deep pools of her almost star-like almond eyes, seem to contain an unending sea of gentle caring. Though she stands at 5 feet, 6 and 6/16 inches, towering over most normal women, she has an exact total bust of 78 cm. which, to her mind, is the perfect ratio of height to age to breast size.

Her skin. The soft suppleness of her moon pale skin, is unrivaled. in fact, it is a trait of most women in her family for the skin to be very soft, and very pale. Her face, is tear drop shaped. And lively. The expressions she makes, are often softened by the gentleness that is in her eyes.

Her legs and arms are auto mail. Her arm’s auto mail is very finely crafted and weaponized. It is made from a carbon fiber material, and is built for maximum durability. Within the arm itself there is an upgrade-able system for firing small arms ammunition. The system is comprised of the arms themselves; a double reinforced inner sub structure, and the firing and reloading mechanism.

Her arm is designed to seem feminine, even though it is automail. Thanks to the material it is made from, her automail appears black. This has led her to have it painted with silver inlays, which she thinks makes it look cool.

She also has long scar from her right temple down her face ending at her chin. She has scars on her shoulders and where her auto mail legs connect from the installation of such and the operations to amputate said limbs.

PERSONALITY:
→ Though it may seem contrary to her life’s experience and the way people would like to think she would be after the unfortunate events that befell her, Waseria is a calm, soft, gentle, forgiving soul. Then men whom kidnapped her which were put on trial, feared that she would request the death penalty for them, since they had been the reason for her muteness and the loss of her limbs. However, she forgave them. She only merely asked them why. When the truth was told that they needed the money for their own families, and it was confirmed to be truth, she whole heartedly forgave them, and gave each man nearly $3,000 to help their families. This is situation speaks to her kindness, and grace, which permeate her personality. Very slow to persecute and judge, Waseria is the most open and accepting person probably in existence. Her own personal belief that all are the same within their hearts may be naïve, and may get her mocked in the military, but it is her hardcore resolve in these beliefs that make her an ardent fighter. She is a very caring person, and will go out of her way to help anyone she can, even if the situation becomes dangerous. A selfless protector whom all can count on, that is kind and full of humility is the type of person Waseria is.

However, she does have several flaws as well. The main of these is her very short fused temper. Though she doesn’t often find a situation that angers her, when she does, it can become explosive within minutes. Also, she carries within her heart a strong self-loathing, because she can no longer speak, and because she believes her scars and auto mail make her appear unworthy of love and affection, for they in her mind make her ugly and undesirable. The inability to speak as she once did hurt her psyche as well. She wants so badly to speak, but she cannot. This gives her an intense depression. With so many voices speaking around her, with the laughter of children and adults always constantly within earshot of her, she sometimes wishes she was deaf, so that she wasn’t forced to remember what she once had.

HISTORY:
→ Waseria was born to an upper class family of traders and merchants. Her father iwas the owner of a major motor vehicle production company. Her mother too came from a similar background, owning a top line of fashion design clothing lines for both men and women. The two met while on opposite trips to Xing for relaxation, when they met, it was true love at first sight.

Six months later, they were engaged. It was 3 years after they married that Waseria came into the picture. Born in the middle of December in 1990, Waseria was referred to as “The Miracle Child”, because there were complications when her twin sister, who was named Fraezsa after her death, died, and she survived. She was very frail for the first few days of her life. However, she grew strong, and outgoing .

As she grew up, her parents taught her of the business world, and how to manage money. They prepared her to take over their empires, and help them expand and grow to new heights. At the tender age of 7, she saw a parade while her family was visiting central. The uniforms of the officers and soldiers caught her eye. As she watched, her hat was blown into the street by a strong wind, and she chased after it. She was nearly crushed by the tank, before an unknown female officer snatched her up and moved her out of the way.

Hours later, her parents searched for the officer, and found her, Waseria at her side. The girl had ran off after the officer when the parade had ended.
“I want to join the military, and be an officer like you! Because, it looks like there aren’t that many women in the military.”

This statement horrified her parents, and interested the woman officer. She merely removed her officer’s cap, and gave it to the girl. She told her to come back in a few years, and then she could join the military. After this was event was when she began to study alchemy in secret. She didn’t want her parents to know of her hobby, because to them her life was in the trades they had taken up.

On a trip to Xing, when Waseria was 16, she watched street fights and training sessions of xingese martial artists. These fascinated her, and she soon aspired to learn what she could. Using the money her parents had, she purchased several books of information on the martial arts of Xing, their alkahestry, their culture, and she also bought training weapons to use in her learning. When they returned to their home in Dublith, she made a trip to central so she could study the different schools of alchemy. The main school that caught her fancy was metallurgic alchemy. After learning all she could from the selection of books she had found, she left the library at central.

This, was when she was kidnapped. The men were desperate for money to support their families. Seeing her clothes, they knew she was rich, or at least well off. They used chloroform on her, to knock her unconscious, and put her in the trunk of their car. As they sped off, they were hit on the back passenger side head on by a speeding truck that as late for a delivery. Waseria was crushed in the accident, her arms and legs smashed, while chloroform jugs spilt around her. By the time the men had opened the trunk, the authorities had arrived. As they tried to remove her from the truck, a piece of hanging metal from the trunk door sliced her face from her temple to her chin.

She was rushed to the hospital, and major surgery had to be performed to save her life. The chloroform had completely destroyed her vocal chords. Her arms and legs were not repairable. So, her limbs were amputated, and she was given automail in place of her limbs. Her parents brought a medical alchemist to fix her vocal chords, as he said he could, but she vehemently refused. Waseria was ready to accept this situation at face value.

Her parents thought it would stop her from aspiring to join the military. However, it just further strengthened her resolve, and made her more persistent. After she recovered, she left her family to train under a master of metallurgic alchemy. When she returned home, she was twenty, and had signed up to be a state alchemist.
She passed the examinations and tests and such, and was accepted, and deemed the “Iron Age Alchemist”. She was later assigned to the southern region. Under the command of an officer whom she nicknamed "The Butcher".

This commanding officer was in charge of the particular cell of intelligence gatherers and state alchemists she was assigned to in the southern region. their assignments were to infiltrate the nearest bordering country's border towns and cities and gather intelligence on anything they could. though that was not their official set of orders, which were to gather information on mass events of grand-theft and Amestrian citizens being robbed by the Aerugese-Amestrian border. But "the butcher" thought the missions he was sending them on were more important, and would solve the mystery. it was eventually found out by Waseria and her cell that he himself was raiding the travelers, and framing the bordering country's merchants. he then had the majority of her cell executed for treason without a court martial. before he could have her executed though, Waseria fled east, to Xing.

She later joined the xingese military. And that is where she is today.

TIME LINE born 1990. Aspired to join military in 1997. in 2007, martial arts training began. same year, she was in the life altering accident. 2008, she fully recovered, and went to study under master metallurgic alchemist who remains unnamed. 2010, she joined the military as state alchemist. she was assigned to southern region. she was forced to flee from her commanding officer for fear of unlawful execution autumn of that year. winter of 2010: she defects to Xing. spring of 2011:she joins xingese military.

→ she doesnt speak a language, as she cannot speak. she uses a form of sign language that is universally understood in Xing and in Amestrius. her interpreter is fluent in these two languages though.

History:
I'm assuming she had joined the Amestrian military at 20? Normally you can't be a State Alchemist without gaining points, but since I'm the leader of Amestris, I will allow it. However, I do need to know some more details regarding her assignments in the "southern" region. If this defines South City, then that story just isn't plausible as South was a crater and is led by Shula Brighton at the moment. I'll need a better time line, like when she was in the Amestrian military exactly and when she went to the Xingese military. Then we can talk about the approval of all that.

Trivia:
-Don't be afraid to add a little more about her, like foods she likes or anything like that.
-I've confirmed with our resident mute, Gavin (king of Carraig). Sign language on MDA is universal and is known across all countries. So that's not a problem. For your interpreter, if she'll be with Waseria at all times, you should give her colors for the respective languages she knows.
-Despite your character being a mute, she obviously understands certain languages. Please put the languages she can read, write, and understand in your app and in your signature. It will make things easier for people to interact with your character.

All in all, I really like the sound of Waseria! There are some grammar things here and there, and the format of paragraphs is a little odd. But that's not a problem and it'll develop over time as you write. For now, just make the changes above and you PM me about her military situation. Once everything is resolved, let me know and I'll take another look!
