Broken wings can fly...(open)
Silvac ducked under a bridge and felt a sneeze blast out of his nose from something that his enhanced smell picked up. He had been in this city for a few weeks thanks to a hitched ride on some crazy plane. He was able to sneak off of it when it landed here since he was fairly certain it had taken him back to his homestead; however after a few hours he had learned that his error probably would cost him dearly if he wasn't careful. The chimerae's ears twitched backwards as he heard a cough, it sounded like whoever produced it was sick. The large creature whirled and he spotted a young child, no older than the age of eight huddled up against a wall. They were staring at the chimerae with a fearful expression; Silvac probably was a creature that would scare children just like a nightmare or war in a lot of cases. His instinct caused him to take a step forward... however this caused the child to let out a small fearful sob. Silvac stopped mid-step and returned to where he was standing a few moments ago; his hand danced down to under his rather worn cloak to one of the five canteens he had. Each contained water and were precious to silvac because of that but this child probably needed one of these just as much as the large creature did. The chimerae gently undid the strap holding it to his chest and offered the canteen to the child from where he was. The child blinked a few times in surprise and stared at silvac refusing to budge. The chimerae sighed gently and opened the canteen before pouring a bit into his hand and wiping it across his brow. The smell of fresh water probably was rare in this area and he could tell the child lit up seeing it. Returning the cap to it's mooring the chimerae tossed the canteen to the child's curled feet.
With a small gasp of breath the child quickly grabbed the canteen and started to drink from it like silvac was going to try to take it from him. Gulping down a few large bursts the child stopped and caught their breath before taking another swig. The young-in re screwed the cap and offered the canteen back to silvac. The large chimerae shook his head and waved his hand a little over the bandoleer of canteens that he had. The child put the canteen around their shoulder and slowly tottered to their feet. They looked like they hadn't eaten in a long while... Silvac took a step when the child fell backwards, they had a burning forehead and silvac could smell the heat washing out of this child. They were sick, their feet were cut up and it wasn't helping that one of their arms looked twisted either. silvac stood up slowly with the child and held them against his chest trying to comfort them; he slowly started walking towards the main street his eyes daring some of the more thuggish types to try anything.
A large group of them stared at silvac his shape obviously not what they were expecting and he noticed that some cars swerved into alleys and then quickly shifted back into reverse before speeding away. The chimerae sighed and looked at the frail child in his arms, if he didn't help this youngin they were finished since he knew no one would probably help them. A bouncer was standing outside of a club and did a double take as silvac came up to him. The man was shaking in his boots before silvac spoke; he wasn't sure how many people spoke cretan in this town but he was fairly certain this one may since bouncers tended to be well versed some times just so they could handle multiple different backgrounds.
Hospital...
The man glanced at the kid and pointed off in the distance, they understood him but the chance that they actually spoke it probably was low. The chimerae pulled some money out of his pocket and tossed it at the bouncer who caught it with a surprised look on his face. With a small sigh he started to walk down the street towards the direction the bouncer indicated. After a few hours of walking it started to rain; the child stirred in silvac's arms and after a few more minutes opened their eyes in shock to find that they were being carried. They didn't struggle instead they clutched at silvac shivering and hoping for warmth. A couple people glanced at the large creature and gave him a wide wide birth as silvac walked solemnly down the road. Silvac had almost given up hope when he spotted the sign to the hospital. The issue being he had very little money and most doctors probably wouldn't see him or the child without a lot of money...
Silvac glanced behind him and noted their was a police cruiser sitting on the corner, the two cops were gawking at the large chimerae just standing in front of him. Apparently they didn't believe their eyes. When silvac started to walk towards them one cop made the sirens go bwoop! so silvac stopped and sighed before starting off towards the hospital again. The police cruiser started to roll, silvac could tell that they were now following him because he probably had approached them. The chimerae ignored them and he felt the child shake a bit before coughing towards the ground causing Silvac to shift his hold so they could lie in his arms easier. He was about to the door of the hospital when the cruiser pulled in front of him and the police officers stepped out their hands on their batons. Silvac glanced at the child; he wouldn't last long if he didn't get him some sort of help. With a small sigh he looked up at the two police officers...
He let loose a roar that sent the two reeling and running away from the now huge seeming chimerae. The chimerae walked around the police cruiser and into the shelter of the hospital; it was bustling for a few moments before everyone stopped and stared at the large creature. No one seemed to notice the small child in his arms, they just stared at the creature in growing horror. If silvac didn't say something... he was sure that they might do something rash. Gulping down his shyness and his genneral distaste for talking silvac walked up to the help desk who in response almost fell out of their chair when silvac spoke.
Help....

Re: Broken wings can fly...(open)
Ah, Saturdays... Not quite the Drive-In Saturdays he enjoyed while listening to his favorite David Bowie album, but far more accurately, a Drive-By Saturday. These were the days Red found time to pull off many fun jobs! For this one, he was taking a little visit to a hospital! FUN! So he packed with him his favorite scalpel, as always, and his bonesaw, Alice being simply too large to carry on his person, for this type of pleasure trip. Funny thing about hospitals... He could have been a doctor if he'd wanted to. He had the knowledge, the practice, the experience, the skills, and the tools; the human anatomy was to him, as the kill was to the hunter, as to rule was to the King, and as to the human life's ability to end abruptly and suddenly.
But why save people? That was just plain dumb, especially when you factored in the fact Cthulhu was hungry for the souls of human life. Red was his waiter, not a doctor. And as such, he walked into that hospital with goals to deliver. And lo and behold, as he stepped through the doors, he found what he sought; right behind that big brutish fish-man was a small ball of delight to his eyes, as cold and wicked as ever, in their unblinking stare of utter malice. Scarlet balls of fire danced over the small human... Delightful.
As the chimera occupied himself with requesting help for the boy, Red put on his most inconspicuous face and smiled at the child, gesturing for him to come nearer. "Hey there, little fella. Come over here, you left a toy back home; I brought it for you. It's in my pocket, come here..." Sweet words in Cretan, dancing into the boy's ears as he had indeed been Cretan, which Red could tell by his appearance. He just looked Cretan, it seemed; that, or Red had gotten good at ethnic profiling by sight.
At any rate, the boy wandered closer... Closer... Ever closer, it seemed, as Red kept up his fallacy, his wicked lie. Mentally, he offered a simple prayer to Cthulhu; Take this child into your wide open tentacles of never-ending death, oh Great One, and accept my offering for you! And as the kid came just close enough, Red fished into his pocket, as he wasn't lying.
It had to have been slow-motion for the chimera, had to have been, as he turned to see the child, his face changing to a new expression, which Red mostly ignored. The scalpel was brought out, as the boy's weak, sickly, smile shone just as bright as if it really were a toy that Red was trying to find in his pocket. It happened so fast that the smile barely faded as cold steel met with hot flesh, shearing through his neck in the most gruesome way, as Red committed one of the vilest acts imaginable. There were few people present, mostly just the receptionist, in this room, and a few others. They were all in horror, and someone fainted, a few throwing up. Red grinned demonically, his mission successful, as he scraped a bit of blood from his face, those cursed vermillion eyes having returned to their same wickedness.
"Glorious, would you not say, chimera?"

The receptionist was shaking in their boots as silvac tried once again to get them to answer him. He heard someone speak in cretan and he slowly turned his eyes gazing to the child that he was trying to assist. The chimera's expression immediately shifted when he saw what the person was holding in their hand; time slowed down and the flash of red as the child was killed right under silvac's nose. He felt... cold, twisted and a burst of a feeling so powerful he could only feel the numbness that followed his actions. The chimera felt his jaw go slack and his entire body seemed to just ignore what his sane mind was telling him to do. Without pause or thinking the chimera's hands embedded themselves into the wall that was attached to the desk. With a roar the chimera pulled almost the entire wall off of it's moorings.... and then with strength that should not be possible... threw it towards the man that was responsible for it. It was a wide shot and easily was avoided, hell he had aimed too high for sure. It seemed so as the wall crashed through the waiting area causing most of the patrons to panic and flee... those that were still alive that is. The chimera advanced his hands open and his arms held aggressively outwards. A word filled with malice and hate towards this single person broke out of silvac's raging jaws.
You.....
The chimera sprung foreward a chair quickly swept up in his grasp and used as an impromtue club swept not once, not twice, but three times as the chimera tried to hit this damnable person who had slain the child that he had tried to assist. He has spent a few hours only with them but he wanted to help them as best as he could even if it wasn't possible for the child to survive... but now there was no possibilities for him to do anything. Breaking the chair in half the chimera started swinging faster not caring if he hit or not. One strike missed by a huge margin and took out one of the pillars that were next to the fight area; it damaged the chair and warped it into a brutal fist around the chimera's hand. The other piece of the chair was the lower half and now possessed multiple spikes. He kept swinging until his two weapons broke in his hands and he was reduced to throwing punches, kicks... and a huge sweep of his tail followed by a grapple attempt.
There was a small group of officers staring in awe at this raging beast swiping at Red. They didn't see the crime that was committed they just saw a wall blast another wall out of the hospital. They stood far off from the chimera and red not wanting to even get close to the fight. Silvac let out a roar of anger and started to pick up debris to try to hit red with anything and everything he could... He just... felt the coldness increase as time passed. He wasn't sure if any of his strikes were even hitting nor did he really care...
