→ through sa herendous procedure Seamus has had his veins washed cleaned and had his blood replaced with the rare and usful blood type O-. Giving him the ability to donate his blood to anyone. With the ability to control his pulse and the flow of his blood back and forth he can transfuse into into a reciepants muscles to boost them and withdraw thier lactic acid in exchange though this causes alot of pain to Seamus.

PICTURE:
→ There are three key circles on Shay to work this alkhestry. The first is on the sinoatrial node which allows Seamus to control his pulse to either slow it down or speed it up. The second is on a valve on the inside of Seamus's wrist which is a basic open and shut forwards and back valve allowing him to send forward blood and draw it back. The last one is carved onto his hand hidden under a blood ink tattoo which allows him to transfer his blood into another person or take it back.
