→ The appearance is your rather general pentagram if not a bit fancier and interwoven to indicate just what it is that she specializes in. Nerves are a very complex thing, and control our body consciously and unconsciously. When they are broken, severed, or damaged in any way, modern medicine can't really do much about. Karen has studied the neural network that runs through our body, and the nerves themselves so that she can repair these damaged nerves. Its a matter of rebuilding bridges, of fixing the weave of them so that they are strong once more. It requires the utmost concentration considering the delicacy of her task, and could be highly damaging should she fail. She doesn't mess around with these matters and won't attempt anything unless given an express order to, or she knows the odds are in her favor of succeeding.

Anyway, I've kind of messed with Leon's character a little. He's no longer paralysed... or armoured. You might wanna adjust appropriately - but I've tweaked to say that eventually the pair will create artificial limbs for him, and this targets any form of nerve regression, as well as easing the automail attachment process. Up to you whether you redo or not.
