BRIEFING:
Otto’s carries a Beretta Model 93R a selective-fire machine pistol, The "R" stands for Raffica, which means "burst fire" in Italian. The gun is generally loaded with hollow point rounds. Otto is an above average shooter able to hit his opponents square in the head at 18 ft.

Otto also carries a Kusari-gama (A small scythe on a chain). It is made of folded steal with an oak handle. The chain is able to attach to his fan, with a small clip(similar to the ones used in mountain climbing. allowing him to double the effectiveness of both weapons.

His alchemy charm and knives are both made of beautifully forged silver. The shine brightly on his black armor, so brightly in fact that before missions he covers them in black paint to hide the shine.

Otto’s doom fan and Wind god armor both belonged to his late teacher Pomme. The outside layers of both are thin woven wood. The next layer is about a fourth of an inch thick sheet of Titanium. The inner most layer is is Kevlar KM2(a light weight Kevlar that is used in police armor to block bullets). Finally on the edges of his fan Otto has a titanium razor edge that allows him to cut his enemies down to size.
