DESCRIPTION:
→ Valentino has very smooth, shiny, black hair. His hair is slightly longer in the front than it is in the back, cut in a sort of spiky fashion. Valentino's face is also has a feminine quality to it, due to its soft lines and his very fair, soft skin. His eyes reflect light really well, causing his eyes to be very sparkly. Valentino's eyes are very interesting, not only are they sparkly, they are also a dull crimson red. His eyes may be a startling color at first glance but upon a closer inspection they are actually quite beautiful. While not very bulky, Valentino's body has a surprising amount of muscle. Valentino's body is very slender yet very toned. He has a six pack. Valentino glides rather than walks, all of his movements are very fluid. Due to his background in dancing he is very light on his feet, and is always graceful. Valentino's voice is quiet yet forceful. He has a slight accent but it's cute. Valentino has two tatoos, one on each hand. The black tatoos on his hands are Transmutation Circles to aid him with his alchemy. Other than the tatoos he has no distinct features, minus the eyes of course. His normal dress consists of a silk suit, black tie with a ruffled white shirt, black dress shoes and white gloves, stylish yet formal.

PERSONALITY:
→ Valentino is slightly snobbish, constantly judging the actions of other people, though not always vocalizing these judgments. If he wants to say something he will just say it, verbal diarrhea in a sense. Valentino values manners and grace very highly, he will surely scrutinize anyone who acts uncivilized. He cannot stand to be ignored. After years in the spotlight as a semi-professional tango dancer he was always in the spotlight, when he is not the center of attention he tends to get testy. Valentino also has a very short fuse, being angered easily over trivial things such as someone spilling water on him by accident or bumping into him. Valentino is actually quite the fun person be around, lightening his friend's spirits with jokes or snide comments about another individual. He is a very loyal friend, as he tends to hold his friends with higher regard than himself due to his self esteem issues. This can get out of hands sometimes, he can become self-sacrificial in dire moments if it will help his friends. As a militant, he has a very good sense of justice, and will act accordingly.

→ At heart Valentino is a kind a caring person, but he will rarely show this side of himself to others other than in the form of flirting, which he is doing constantly. Valentino has never met another person that he truly cares about, other than himself. If rejected, he will often play it off like he does not care or he will lash out, in an attempt to hide the fact that it truly hurts him. Surprisingly, Valentino has rather low self esteem, resulting from years of his dance teachers telling him that he is worthless and will never amount to anything. If his self esteem is in any way harmed, he will lash out.

HISTORY:
→ Valentino Farese was born into a small family of three, to the lovely couple of Giorgio and Nicola Farese. Who were both very famous dancers before wanting to retire and start a family. His family moved to Veniccio from the larger town of Fardona because of this, they bought a huge estate overlooking the small town. Nicola gave birth to Valentino miraculously after years of trying to get pregnant, having gotten the same news from every fertility doctor that she went to, that she would never be able to have children. Both parents were elated when they found out Nicola had successfully conceived.

→ Growing up, Valentino was his parent's everything, he was all of their hopes and dreams rolled into a very adorable child shell. Having been professional dancers, Valentino's parents were able to provide him with everything he wanted and more. Status, money, dance lessons, love. Growing up, when Valentino was not reading books in his parent's expansive library wing of their estate on alchemy, he was dancing. Dancing was his true passion, and wanted nothing more than to follow in his parent's footsteps and become a professional dancer and earn fame and glory, continuing his parent's legacy.

→ Day in and day out, Valentino would be practicing to be a professional dancer. By age 8 he was named regional tango champion, he showed a lot of promise which caused his instructor to go mentally insane and push him to his limits and beyond. At age 15 he was at the Semi-pro level of dance and was about to get an all expense payed trip to the World Dancing Championship. He declined however. He could not take any more of it. Although he loved dancing so much and was afraid of disappointing his parents if he quit, Valentino could not deal with the constant stress and pressure of dancing. His parents took it rather harshly and reprimanded Valentino for "Wanting to crush their hearts", they forced him to continue dancing and after a long fight, Valentino agreed to continue. He had to find a way to get out of dancing, because although he loved to dance, competition was not fun for him.

→ One day, whilst reading in solitude in his parent's vast library, Valentino stumbled across a book full of alchemy. As he was studying the book, Valentino remembered an article that he had read in the local newspaper about becoming and Alchemist. Young Valentino saw this as way to escape the grip his parents had on his future. After two years of studying alchemy in secret, he was quite good at it. He joined the military successfully. Valentino's parents were outraged but there was nothing they could do about it, after about a year of not speaking with their only son they finally patched things up again. The power of love heals all wounds.
