-Two forearms/wrist protectors.
-A set of light greaves.
-Light armor that covers back and front of the boddy.
The armor itself doesn't provide great protection, the Alchemic symbols on it however, make it one quite dangerous alchemic weapon.

BRIEFING:
→ The various alchemic circles inscribed in the set of armor, are designed for light, efficient protection. It's symbols are designed to manipulate the air around the Alchemist, and with little effort and a quite simple manipulation, the air is shaped into a deadly slashing armor.
The protection array(on the front) is designed for protection and only, and it's main function is to shape the manipulated air in a more...consistent form, so that most projectiles won't be able to penetrate to the wind pressure.
The second array is on the back, and it probably the largest one. It's literaly and Yin and Yang symbol, and it's inspired on Xing's Alkahestry (where Lyon is from). It's main function is to absorb energy to empower the armor. This energy can come from anything, the heat, the air movement, even from ther absortion of life from plants and small animals. Since it doesn't require much energy, it can also be empowered by the alchemist's energy. This is why I say that this array is based on Xing's alkahestry and knowledge of Life and Death balance, and since Lyon has knowledge about this, he was able to adapt his alchemy to somewhat use Alkahestric principles.
The symbols inscribed on the leg protectors are designed to increase the speed of the mass of air around the user, allowing not only greater protection, but a boost in the attacking part as well. Indeed, the leg inscriptions are the base for the wind armr, as they not only increase the speed of the air, but also direct the way in which it spins.
The final two circles are on the forearms and wrist protectors. These two have mainly symbols that are designed to alter the shape of the spinning air, making it a lot sharper, and more dangerous for anyone who approaches. They also dictate the range of the armor, which varies from 5 to 12 cm.
In order to sucessfully manipulate the armor, the user must be well aware of the air pression around him, and components of the manipulated air (we don't want an ignitable wind armor, do we? xP). All this information is provided and monitored by the Yin and Yang symbol.

Wrist/forearms protectors Cricles(It's form is also quite complicated. The triangle on the limit is turned up, and the smaller arrays inside are supposed to facilitate the quick exchange between the attacking air shape, from hammer attack to a slashing move, these 5 circles are ^"pre-set" basic forms, and by having them included in the arrays, the manipulation becomes a lot quicker):

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
→ The special ability is basically a suit of slashing and incredibly versatile and fast wind. It can pretty much nullify any air resistance, greatly increasing speed and providing great protection against physical attacks (as it cuts anything it touches). Since the wind is especially sharp near the hands and feet, it also increases the potential dangers of physical attacks as well, since a punch may now very well drill through the target. Of course, since it's thickness varies from 5 to 12 cm, it may extend the hands/feet "blades" by weakening the rest of the armor.
So basically, the Wind Armor ability:
-Increases speed.
-Raises defense.
-Raises attack by creating multiples blades of wind that randomly appear around the user (5 to 12 cm range). These blades can be controlled and extended to a maximum of 12 cm near the feet or hands, but the whole armor around the body will decrease it's thickness to 5 cm while the handblades and feetblades are being boosted.
Note on the Blades: As stated above, the Hand/feet blades may take 5 forms (check the wrist/forearm protector array). These are: A solid wind blast (20 cm diameter) that may knock an opponent out of balance. A wind arrow that may drill through stone and is shot (12 meters range). A protective shield (not much to be said here...it doesn't really slash, just greatly increases the air pressure to create a more...efificient? shield.) A kind of "shuriken", more like a small "destructo disk" if you're a DBZ fan, with a lot of cutting power, which may be thrown as well (30 cm diameter, 20 meters range). And finally a small bair of air pressure that may be used as a hand grenade, of air pressure of course, which may cause at most a few bruises...like being shot with an air gun? aybe be dangerous if it hits the eyes, tho (2 meters range).

- Flaws have to do with too many abilities in place beyond the limits, please consult this example to get an idea of alchemy's standard in the site: Example for transmutation equipment, also be sure to actually involve some more science, alchemy may be preternatural, but it does make heavy use of physics, enacting a reaction always based on the alchemist's trigger action. You have too many abilities in one anyways, lessen that bit.
- Wind or pressure does not block projectiles, but it can steer them avert paths if powerful enough.
- Wind does not make someone faster or stronger.
- Here are the cited multiple abilities as it follows: Protection, free omni-energy generation, speed, "attack power" with multiple forms; blades, though winds don't exactly cut like scalpel, blasts - a gust of wind won't have as much effects on a grown person like that, maybe staggering but nothing debilitating, and it doesn't have piercing effects like arrows. Wind can't physically or effectively shield a person against projectiles, shuriken winds are implausible as wind is not condensed enough to do such things, and even were it the case, it would dissipate quickly. Also thrown items that leave your action radius will lose their "focusing pressure" the second you cannot provide them with constant alchemy, ball of pressure is the same deal, and are as harmful as being hit by a soccer ball. Lessen these abilities by A LOT, you aren't meant to have this much by that amount, and make wind alchemy more plausible, it still is dictated by omniscience.
