May I remind you that groups are IMPORTANT to the plot, therefore I request that this be filled out, discussed, and debated before it is approved or declined officially by me. The reason for this is, while I completely love new ideas and people trying to start up their own stylistic groups, there can be so many similar ones, causing the populace to be thinned out among a bunch of groups all doing the same thing or something similar. Please understand. Also, I would like to request that if you already have a canon character/run a group not to post this application; however, you can give the idea to another member who does not yet have a canon character/run a group.

Oh yeah I completely agree! This should be more for the unique groups not seen in other places, such as my Red Ribbon Resistance fighters in Drachma =D
