DESCRIPTION:
→ It remains a mystery undisclosed how Shizuka changed her looks and it would be never known since few knew about her existence except her beloved sister, Yuuko. Perhaps, this how really Shizuka looked or may be not. Who knows? No one would. But that how she looked when her visage graced the populace upon the declaration of the Kagura shogunate. The shogun is a bit tanned with a red burning with passion long mane adorning her heart shaped face and covering most of her back until her hip. Her eyes are sharply drawn with luminescent green colored while her eyebrows outline such ferocious determined eyes with matched sharpness. Shizuka’s lips trying to adhere to that code of cherry however the shogun’s tanned features had another say in this. The Seii taishogun nose is prideful as ever, her ears are mid sized neither irritably small nor defiantly large.

Shizuka’s body is modest as best if compared with all girls of her age, if she would dress herself in men’s garment, others would mistake her from being one. Still, her proportions are still there.

People would mistake her more for a male when setting her hair burning with passion as samurai ponytail with bangs resting at the sides of her head while being dressed in her blue Gi and white hakama, her two blades resting through Obi ready for a drawing cut, but soon you would discover she is an ‘Onna’ when her voice reaches your ears. Shizuka walks like a samurai with arm guards protecting her hands till wrist as her feet would be dressed by a white tabi then a black leather waraji. But make no mistake,. Actually, Shizuka in non-official matters is always seen in high collared zipped black vest, black jeans that reaches her ankles to meet up with her dependable trusty boots, there are no high heels here for running convenience. Lastly, her hands are always hidden in a black leathered gloves and her body takes the mantle of a yellow trench coat that reaches her knees.

But Shizuka would only look like that when inspecting her subjects in disguise as a wandering samurai. The Seii Taishogun would be seen in various shogunal attires that would seem and look like Xingese imperial clothes. The Shogun’s finger nails from now on are colorless and always trimmed and she always cover her body well in front of other people out of modesty and chastity. There shall be a lot of other times when she would be seen dressed in a kimono, tabi and geta.

In battle, Shizuka would be clad in an armor specifically made for her. That would be covered in her weapons app.

PERSONALITY:

The current Shizuka is totally different from her older self, she is no more mischievous towards those who around her wither friends or foes. Once taking control of Aerugo as a shogun and her zealous past life kicked in forging a leader who leads by example. An avid student and learner to the art of war thus making her an indirect disciple of Sun Tzu, his pinnacle didn't only teach her how to be a great military tactician and strategist but how to administrate a kingdom as well. The morale of the sovereign effect the fate of the nation in both peace and war thus Shizuka based her rule on justice and the destruction of all corruption, that way her reign as the shogun would never end.

A staunch traditionalist to the core, stern conservative and firm believer of the old ways of Shinto and Buddhist, Shizuka boasts high morale backed up by the sheer force of her charisma. The new shogun abandoned her old ways of the ninja, instead embracing the teachings of the bushido where there is always poetic honor that fits her position as the head of the new bakufu. A true monarch, she cares for her subjects, Shizuka would go undercover to inspect the lands under reign and even those which are not. In battle, you would find her leading the forces rather sitting in the back for safety.

Shizuka could be considered visionary being to able to pull a stunt returning Shogunate rule back, but a visionary would try everything to achieve her goals and attain the reality that she wants. Ruthless and unmerciful, her enemies would see her. Even her allies wouldn't love her that much but they would fear her out of respect. Patient, Shizuka learned the lesson from her grandfather, if she wanted to outlast everyone out there definitely Shizuka to keep her emotions in control.

There are seven emotions: joy, anger, anxiety, adoration, grief, fear, and hate, and if a man does not give way to these he can be called patient. HISTORY:
→ Shizuka belongs to the kagura, an influential clan which have ruled Aerugo shortly after Empress Harumi’s death with Lady Yuuko on the helm controlling all four main islands with iron fist through the means of the Shisu ken widely known for its efficiency of information gathering and assassination. Shizuka on the other was the second daughter to the kagura coming closely next to lady Yuuko, epitome of all kagura creatures. The second one was not her father’s favorite, so he sent her outside the palace of their residence to learn the ways of the ninja while mingling with the Aerugese populace in disguise as a normal student moving from a prefecture to another gaining knowledge about the dead arts of the Kouka-ryu depending on herself after age of fifteen on acquiring his way of living until she passed the chronicles and tests her father prepared.

Once seen fit, that father of hers sent a letter of recommendation to Empress Yuuko whom Shizuka liked to address as Chuguu to assign her the title of Shisu-ken second in command, a position that didn't exist, where the beholder had to work behind the curtains within the shadows and darkness. Thats when she met her older sister within the imperial palace and not after long she was sent to Xing after such brief encounter to prepare for war. Shizuka in current phase of life, she didn't meet many. The most one Shizuka cherishes is her sister, the one who shared with her the same blood, since it was one of her old wishes to meet Yuuko-Gozen. There are that she met as well. Hikaru, a half aerugese sword dancer and a healer. An Amestrian whom his name, she never knew, but Shizuka had a little spar with him that was interrupted by a cell phone call. Other than that, there were others she met on the battlefield and would probably meet again. Tas Akiyama and Ranmaru Akiyama, both brothers though the first, she promised to eat a ramen with once they finished their business in Xing. A promise, the new shogun didn’t forget. But as things stood, she wondered how such meeting would begin and end and most importantly how that Tas would act while sharing a Ramen bowl with the shogun herself.

But how Shizuka became the shogun? Upon her arrival from Xing, a plot was woven from mostly imperialists who were dissatisfied by the rule of a non-amaterasu-empress mounting a rebellion against the kagura rule as a the latter lost most of it's lands. Shizuka called for the father clan aid that out of honor obliged and stood beside its branch. The Tokugawa and the Matsudaira came to the kagura’s aid therefore in all confidence, Shizuka declared the Kagura shogunate from Edo which by then only reigned along the southern coast of Aerugo from Nagoya under the house of the old well-known Tokugawa for their cunning passing to Edo, east of Nagoya under the new dauntless shogun Shizuka’s firm hold then fukushima at the north under the faithful Matsudaira Aizu control who keep their always peeled over the northern borders.

Simply, Shizuka became the first female shogun in all Aerugese history seeking to gain dominance over all of its lands. But first, the new Seii Taishogun needed to gain control over the old and symbolic capital of Aeruygo, Kyoto. A battle campaign was in order and it was time to gain allies and to eliminate foes.

TRIVIA:
→ Wandering Samurai: Shizuka is no longer a ninja however she can still disguise as a wandering Samurai or a Ronin to inspect personally lands under reign and other which are not.

-Miko Kagura: Dancing is one of my professions, my specialty is that of traditional like geisha, shirabyoshi and most important of them all the Miko Kagura dance.

-Athletic: Speed, Agility and stamina. Shizuka if compared with others, she is to be considered superior. She uses her talents wisely when coming to swordsmanship. Shizuka enjoys falconry which always keep her body fit.

-Light sleeper: Two to four hours is all what my body usually needs to rest, in emergencies one hour will do. Naturally, the lightest of sounds will wake her up.

-Koko-ryu: is a historical school of ninjutsu. It originated from the region of Kōka (modern Kōka City in Shiga Prefecture). Members of the Koka school of shinobi (ninja) were trained in disguise, escape, concealment, explosives, medicines and poison; moreover, they were expert in techniques of unarmed combat and in the use of various weapons. It must be known that Shizuka is now able to fend herself from assassination attempts thanks to her knowledge in that field however due to the change of positions she focuses her attention now in the ways of the Bushido. Still, her expertise in the Koka-ryu would come useful especially when it is combined with her sword skills.

With all all the years of training, Shizuka learned the basics of the following arts and with time my skills will be honed through real experience:

-Seishinteki kyōyō: Spiritual refinement.
-Boryaku: Military strategy.
-Hensōjutsu: Camouflage art. Enhanced to cope with current living style.
-Intonjutsu: Escaping and concealment art.
-Taijutsu: Body fighting art.
-Kyushojutsu: Vital points art.
-Bajutsu: Horsemanship art, she rides rides horses indeed but this art was enhanced to suit our new life needs. She can professionally drive any vehicle and most importantly my motorbike.
-Tanto-jutsu: The art of using knives.

However there are things that she manages to be better at than the basics, the skills which she considers herself a beginner at, are:

-Iaijutsu: Sword drawing art.
-Choho: Espionage.
-Jouhou kaishuu: Information gathering.


Shizuka is refined at those skills. Intermediate is the magic word:

-Hojutsu: Gunpowder and fire art, precision using all varaity guns.
-Hichojutsu: Jumping art. She can jump higher than others, jump between close walls to reach higher heights.
-Shinobi-irijutsu: Stealth and entering, Shizuka moves faster and quieter.
-Kenjutsu: Sword art, The school that she is following, is the same school Miyamoto musashi founded centuries ago the niten ich-ryu her choice of blades is a Daisho and she finds honor in the Dokkodo

Shizuka is an expert at the following:

-Karumijutsu: Body lightening art, here three arts combines. Miko Kagura, Hichojutsu and shinobi-iri add to them spirituality and Karuni jutsu was born. Karumijutsu, body lightening art, is a method of mentally focusing a person's Ki to any area. Thus a person can make their body light, by raising the center of their Ki. They can also make their body heavy by lowering it. Three of the most important aspects of Nin, from the stealth point of view, are speed, deception, and blinding. The idea is for the antagonist to see what you want him to see, rather than what is actually happening. It is a very tricky and versatile art, Shiuzka's opponents will have really hard time following up on her.

Due to her being an expert in that art, she was able to train myself to use the following techniques.

Rhythm Echo: It is an assassination art. The Rhythm Echo is a motion that creates an afterimage of the body through a varying cadence of steps. There is a total absence of noise during the movement and multiple phantoms.



The shogun achieved total mastery in:

-Shurikenjutsu: Throwing weapon art, she doesn’t miss.

-Zanshin: Clear mental awareness, Shizuka can fully use all my senses to detect any danger around me add to that my ability to see the dragon pulse. Again another scroll was given to learn and thanks to to her previous knowledge of Ki - which maybe assumed at first as medical interest - and the presence of alkahestric lines across my body giving life to an auxiliary circulatory system where life energy coursing through typical to the one within the dragon pulse eventually her range of perception is to be considered supernatural aiding her to effectively collect information and assassinate from a extremely long distance.

Cooker: Rice and fish only and I forget to mention making about thirty different poisons, don’t let me cook your food. She cooks no longer.

-Hobbies: Currently learning and practicing more.

-Igo: A game full of strategies and tactics. Shizuka is beginning to understand her opponents but that is just the start.
-Karuta Shizuka's physical reflexes and mental reactions are being enhanced thanks to this game.

→The shogun speaks fluent Aerugese and Xingese and trained herself to accent both her broken Amesterian and Cretan in Xingese. Seii Taishogun has learned and became fluent in Aerugese kansaiban-dialect and broken Drachmanaccented in xingese.

1. Name: Note that Kagura and Shizuka are both first names. Also, if you're using Terei no hanashikata (desu-masu) then you wouldn't use hajimemashite (that's informal). Douzo yoroshiku means nice to meet you. You would choose what kanji you want for her name.
2. Like: You usually bathe before you go in an onsen. ;D
3. WATCH using Japanese in posts. AND your spellings >.<... I can't correct all of them. But an example is 'okaasan' is spelled as such. Use http://jisho.org/ or something. -I- even had trouble reading through it. I'll suggest maybe using parenthesis after every usage of it to say what it means. Also, if you are writing in English, any foreign word is usually italicized.

5. Trivia: WOAH. Way too many things to be a master of. I'm 21 and been doing Iaido my whole life practically and I'm nowhere near good at it. Pick five. The simple ones like cooking and stuff you can keep aside from the five. Can you also like bullet them or something? The beauty of Japanese culture is they say it takes a lifetime to achieve the ability of tea ceremony. Think about it. Being talented in so many things takes away from the wonderment of accomplishing them.

2- Ok, bath then onsen.
3- I do really apologize, I really wanted to make some sort of dictionary for the words used but I was really tired and couldn't motivate myself to do. However from now on I will be more cautious when using Japanese. And the site is bookmarked and will be used often.
4-A pentagram added, replaced Chakra with Ki and removed the invisible part. I wanted it invisible because any tattoos are considered some sort of criminality in japan and she wouldn't be able to go to the onsen *Hot spring* but this MDA, so sure she will be able to.
5- You are totally right, I organized the trivia and damped her down regarding her skills. I divided her proficiency to: Basic, beginner, intermediate, expert and master. I hope the changes made are satisfactory, I will enjoy seeing her grow.

Alright, I can specifically see where your new history section is, but I'm relatively iffy on the Alkahestry. I can see exactly what you're trying to do, but I'm just not 100% sure if it's going to work. Can you be a little more specific? All I can see from you right now is that she'll be able to send messages through the Dragon's Pulse into the bodies and therefore minds of people nearby. Is there a specific way she does this? Electrical impulses, what?

My only problem is the Karumijutsu and Zanshin skills. They both mention Ki, which I'm presuming is another way of saying Qi, which is alkahestry's territory - see the Qi Manipulation and Qi Assault schools. If you could remove those, please.

You do have a LOT of skills, and I'm considering asking you to remove a few, but it's mainly just mass expansion on a few actual baseline skills which are befitting considering her new position as leader.

Actually, They were approved before, the zanshin skill is dependent on her alkahestry skill while the Karumijutsu is actually a real art regardless of alkahestry.

By the way, Ki is the Japanese pronunciation of Chinese Qi. So it works, I guess.

Indeed, Shizuka is a leader, but she is going to fight really a lot and I am not keeping behind the front lines instead she would be leading the charge.

So may I ask for this to pass.

The Zanshin I'll let fly, but the Karumijutsu needs to be edited out, even if it is a real art. I've read over the description briefly and it talks about tampering with one's centre of Qi, which is in real life an "art", but a very... wishy-washy one. So, no, I'm not going to let that pass, and I'd ask that it's edited out.

You cannot make someone see what you want them to see using Ki.

Zanshin: "her range of perception is to be considered supernatural aiding her to effectively collect information and assassinate from a extremely long distance." -- What does this even mean? Your awareness should already be supernatural with the Dragon's pulse, being able to deduct the layout of alkahestric lines in people's body is just the same as being able to read the flow of Ki. If you're going to use this as one of your six, I'd just remove the white.
