BRIEFING:
→ The transmutation circle used for this Alchemy is almost the exact same as the Human Transmutation circle due to the fact that it's amplifying a natural part of the human body. The only difference in it is the bottom corner, which marks the symbol of movement, in which the electrical impulses in the body is required. The electricity also works well with Water, even though it would be deemed useless when involved in distalled water. In order to control and heighten the electrical current to a high degree as well as protect Jay's hands should he put too much current into it, all four gloves has two layers of extremely thin sheeted plate inside of them in all directions.

Protons have a positive charge, neutrons have a neutral charge, and electrons have a negative charge. When these charges are out of balance, an atom becomes either positively or negatively charged. The switch between one type of charge and the other allows electrons to flow from one atom to another. This flow of electrons, or a negative charge, is what we call electricity. Since our bodies are huge masses of atoms, we can generate electricity. Once this small form of electricity is gained, Jay will transfer this discharge from his body to the required transmutation circle, in which it will become incredibly amplified. The use of this Alchemy is mainly based on the knowledge of basic chemistry and physics due to the fact that everything is made up of atoms, and atoms are made up of protons, neutrons and electrons.

The all four of his gloves has transmutation circles in the back part of them, right underneath the knuckles engraved into it and then outlined with ink. Jay normally wears the ones that reach up to his elbows first so that the discharge won't burn or cut him should he put enough discharge into it to do so.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
→ Jay can utilize the metallic ions surrounding the air in order to manipulate the condensed electricity anywhere he desires, which includes the palm of his hands. Due to the low level of the technique however, Jay has a limit onto how far he can manipulate the electricity. His limit reached approximately 10 meters from the closest "Human Electro" Transmutation Circle. Electro Alchemy is fast-moving and causes not only electrical/paralyzing but piercing/cutting damage as well.

Though Jay has a high resistance towards electricity, he can't really stand the effects of the highly condensed discharge without the use of his Electro Gloves for more than about 10 seconds before his hand starts to get burned.
