FORM: The circle is transcribed on both of the user's palms, tattooed onto them.

BRIEFING: The transmutation circle is a basic shape, with a triangle, square and then a circle within the square, in that order. In the center of the middle circle, there is an upside-down cross that forks off at the top, seemingly holding a small circle. There are also symbols around the outside of the triangle that help gather energy from around the circle into itself. There is also a complex triangular design running through the vertical middle of the circle that acts as a way to transfer the energy that is collected into other things.

Knowledge of energy, specifically potential energy, how it is formed, and it's effects on objects as well as organic matter is needed.

Level 1 - This allows each of the circles on the user's palms to gather energy from inanimate objects in a ten foot radius around him. Any non living matter, and even most plants, that are moving, or even creating energy of their own, like batteries or lamps, can have their energy "eaten." The second part of this is that the circles can then turn the energy into a shock wave. The energy is expelled from the circles as kinetic energy, acting as a wall of energy that can knock things over and cause potential physical damage to things, based on the amount of energy absorbed. It is up to the user to determine the size and power of the shock wave, but this takes common sense. The energy absorbed from a small watch battery would only amount to a shock wave about the size of a finger, that couldn't go very far. The bigger the object that is moving, the more energy it is exerting, and the more energy that can be absorbed. Once the energy is absorbed, whatever the object was doing stops, as it has no more energy.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
Elastic Energy Manipulation - Æthan has learned how to use alchemy circles to gather energy, and then expel the energy into shockwaves. This energy is placed into an object or the air to give a large "push" in lamen's terms. It takes time for the circles to gather this energy, thus alchemy like this always has a wait time before it can be activated, along with a cool down before it can be activated again.

I don't see how you can crystalize a person's arm...at all. I need WAY more detail. Also, are emeralds even crystals? I thought they were stones. How does emerald form?? How do you create it, using what?

Sorry, but how does he store energy in some tattoo? Sure it is alchemy, but it is not some magical seal that stores things into the very ink make up of the insignia. You may need to rework the whole mystical angle, as it is not magic where science is not needed. Unless of course you can explain how it stores shockwaves Sebastian Shaw style, bordering on plain old X-Men First class within some tattoos. Making use of science magically does not make it scientific necessarily.
