Kean was rather disappointed as Hei stated that there was no ice cream at his house. Kean had really wanted some ice cream! But wait, what was this? There was some mystical, magical, most excellent place of ice cream, of which Hei knew about and Kean did not!? That was insanely wonderous! "Really, there's ANOTHER place with ice cream? Oh boy, oh boy!~" Kean was, obviously, wide-eyed with excitement as he pondered the splendor of the ice cream. To be honest, ice cream wasn't very required in Drachma, because it was so cold anyways; Kean didn't really care though. Back in Amestris, Ice cream was a luxury to him in East City. So as Hei said to follow him and go off to enjoy the deliciousness of the cream that has been iced, Kean hurriedly trailed along behind him, singing as he went, "We're off to get some ice cream!~ Some super-duper-special stuffs!~"

Ah, the men had turned off into the opposite direction of wherever it was they were going. Either way, Hei couldn't take it any more, little Kean was too cute. And besides, the place they were headed to was a little bit far away (and chances are Hei would be able to get through whatever obstacles in the way much more easily than little Kean could).

Come, young Kean, the place is a little far away, so~ with one swift motion, Hei had picked up the little one and placed him atop his shoulders, "We're going to hurry a bit!"

If there was any complaints, well Hei moved too quickly for there to be any. it was all just one fluid motion for him, and now he was taking off at a quick pace, not enough to cause little Kean to fall off, but definitely faster than a normal person can manage for extended periods of time. And he was chuckling all the while.
