Re: Cleaning aboard the Ole Miss
Sal and Sec had returned to the ship rather swiftly after receiving their food (and Marcie's), but Sal's meal didn't quite make it that far. He had ordered three rare steaks with a side of mashed potatoes and made sure to stop for some doughnuts and apple cider before returning. Despite the fact that the drive back to the ship certainly wasn't that long at all, not a single crumb was left of the small Ishvallan's meal. Then again, Sal was Gluttony, and usually edible, tasty things didn't last but a split second near him. If it wasn't for the fact that he ate people bit by bit, those past victims would be able to enjoy the very same meals. It was a strange idea, but it was a very plausible one.
They sat at the kitchen table, and as Marcie and Sec ate, Sal just thought about how awesome it would be once the kitchen as clean. Giving Marcelina an acknowledging nod in response to her thanks, the homunculus dashed to the bathroom to see what it looked like now. It had previously been in a "usable enough" condition, but the dust in the corners and on some of the surfaces along with other unsanitary things were still too frequent in order for the bathroom to be a pleasant (or clean) place.
Opening the bathroom door, Sal was greeted by the strong smell of the chemicals that were employed in the cleaning process, causing him to sneeze.
"It's so clean in here!" he chirped excitedly, rubbing his irritated nose.

Sec walked through the doorway, behind Sal, who had finished his meal before they even reached the end of the road. NOT the end of the road, where the Ship was, but in fact, it was gone before pulling onto a main road from the restaurant. Of course, Sec didn't mind, so long as his Captain was okay and happy. He, himself, stepped into the kitchen and greeted Marcie, before sitting down to enjoy his meal. And a wonderful meal it was, too! Considering Sec had a small appetite, contraire to his massive size, he took the other half of his pork chop to Sal. "Your after-lunch dessert, eh?" Sec grinned and even gave a slight chuckle, before Sal raced off to see how clean everything was. Sec then studied the kitchen, and noticed a lot of dust! IT WAS SOMETHING HE COULD DO! For once. So Sec walked over to get his dusting utensil and dust collection mechanism, often called a featherduster and a bucket. "Let's do this thing..." Cue 'Eye of the Tiger' montage.

Re: Cleaning aboard the Ole Miss
Marcelina finished off her tamales and disposed of the husks and wrappers in the trash. She noticed Sec had picked up his dusting equipment and had begun dusting the kitchen. “Cap'n, can you come sweep?” Sal bounded back in after a few moments, and between the three of them, everything was dusted and swept. Marcelina then directed them to go through all the cabinets, disposing of any and all food that was expired. She noticed that some went into the trash and some into Sal's mouth. She didn't mind either way, as long as it was out of the cabinets. By the time they were finished, the staple foods in the cabinets were scarce. She resolved to go grocery shopping the next day and after shooing Sec and Sal from the kitchen, she mopped. She mopped from the back of the kitchen, back and forth in smooth movements until she reached the door. Stepping over she smiled.
She went outside the ship, thoroughly wringing out the mop. She then made sure the broom was clean of particles as well as the duster and dust bucket. She then returned the supplies back to the cleaning closet. She found Sec and Sal and smiled at them. “Well done, mates. The Ole Miss is like new again!” She touched her hand to her forehead, bowing it down as if she were tipping her hat. “Now if you'll excuse me...” She smiled and went off to her room. She unceremoniously threw herself onto her bed, reaching for her flask. It had been a long tiring day. It was time for a good book and a glass of rum.
[I figured that we couldn't get much more out of cleaning the Ole Miss. If you two want to write exit posts, go ahead! <3]
