Death or Salvation..for who? {Hild}
Murazar was wearing his normal pure white suit long with his standard firearms and bags of dirt hidden from view. He had just finished a surveillance job on a couple of new mob members. His knowledge of the underworld had grown just a bit more in terms of the newer folk that had entered the horrid business. He figured if you knew about or of or had met everyone you were well enough of a player that most didn't mess with you or conducted business.
It went both ways of course and oculd prove to be a great daner, but he didn't care abotu danger to himself. He had his lieutenant colonel cloak thrown over his shoulders uncaringly. Right now he was advertising himself as high up military, so most people just glanced at him and his serious demeanor. Along with the odd wearing of a regular high-quality suit it made little sense unless you thought long and hard about it. He was a high class mercenary that was well-known in the military and the underworld now.
He was also known for vanishing however and having great loyalty to those who hired him. He rarely betrayed those for greater profit. As he was walking along he rounded a corner and bumped into a young lady, he smiled softly and spoke carefully. " My apologizes, I didn't mean to bump into you lady." He gave a slight nod before trying to move on.

{OOC - GOD I'M SO SORRY DX}
"Haah!" The man was pretty solid, and she fell backwards quickly, landing on her ass. She whimpered softly, and looked up at the man she'd walked into.
"My apologizes, I didn't mean to bump into you lady." She blinked... He was already trying to move on? Nu-uh. Not on her watch! Hild stood up quickly, and spoke rapidly.
"Generally, you don't call your Fuhrer lady." Wait...what? Had she said that already? Oh shit. Ohshitohshitohshit!!! She blushed lightly, and turned her head away slightly.
"Sorry... I normally wait before springing that on people. That way, they have time to get to know who I am before they find out WHO I am..." She shrugged, and turned back, her single blue eye blinking rapidly, in a form of nervousness. Why had she already revealed her position to this man? Seriously, that was some stupid shit for her to do... She slapped herself mentally, and then smiled brightly, suddenly recognizing him.
"I can't remember your name... but you were with Briggs, when it came to your fight with Father, right? Aurel wanted me to thank all of them, but I couldn't find them all." She laughed again, and smiled - a carefree look on the face of someone who was supposed to be the serious leader of her country.

Murazar nodded and paused as he took a step back into his orginal position. He cocked his head to the side when she said she was the fuhrer. Ah, now I recognize her. She's one of the two fuhrers. Not that it matters too much to me. He smiled politely at all her blushing and nervousness.Afterwards he spoke politely and friendly," Ah yes, I did come down here to fight the previous fuhrer with General Tsukino and the others. I'm however just a mercenary, so you dont have to worry too much about me. Since i'm not in your employment I dont follow your orders, so please be normal and stop being so flustered as if this was a first date of yours."
He put it out that he was obviously not under her command and that she should just take it easy. Although the mention of a date was accompanied by a friendly wink and laugh. He obviously didn't really care that he was flirting with the fuhrer herself and that he was fairly charming in a rogue and gentleman sort of way. He spoke again holding up his hand to forstall any future thanks, " Now before you thank me for me fighting the last fuhrer or anything. I was just doing it for a challenge and personal reasons which were not fulfilled. So please instead of thanking me, how about we just take a walk and talk. Maybe get something to eat." The last was a afterthought as if it was just to comfort her.

First... date? There was only one person she'd let take her out on a date! She sighed softly, and shook her head with a small laugh.
"Fine. I can be normal. I suppose." She sighed again, and looked at him carefully. Was he trying to be charming? It wouldn't work~

She giggled lightly into her hand, before tilting her head to the side.
"Now, now, you can't just ask the Fuhrer to go out and eat something with you..." She laughed and tilted her head back, before winking - well, what looked like winking.
"Fine, I think I can oblige you to a meal."

He chuckled lightly, he guessed he put it out as if he was asking her for a date. To him it was just for a pleasant conversation, but he guessed if she thought of it as a date he could play it along as such for fun of course. He replied as she giggled, replied, and gave a kind of unique wink. " What just because your the Fuhrer I can't just spend some time with you? " His tone brooked at teasing and joking with her.
It was like he was a natural conversationalist although more of the old school gentleman sort rather than just some jerk trying to feel up a girl while drinking massive amounts of alcohol to impress random people. He replied to her statement of obliging him to food by motioning for her to follow him. He was going to hit up a Xingese resturant of which he knew the owners were fairly decent cooks and everything was fresh. He also knew they would tease the both of them.
Unless of course she chose the resturant rather than him, then that was fine with him. He had been in worse establishments and situations. He spoke up asking her a curious question," So are you a alchemist, little lady?" Considering he didn't know the fuhrers names due to expecting to never meet them he forgot something. Oh, ah. He held his hand out to her as if for a handshake, his hands of course had their alchemical symbols on them which pointed out the reason for asking his prior question." I'm guessing I should introduce myself, call me Murazar." He figured first name basis would be best for the current situation.

"What just because your the Fuhrer I can't just spend some time with you?" She giggled and smirked at him.
"It's nothing to do with my position~ But Aurel kinda takes a protective reign over me." She laughed at him, and then spun around on her feet, looking at him carefully.
"So are you a alchemist, little lady?" She blinked a couple of times, and laughed at this question - quite loudly.
"No, no. Just a normal person. What about you? Are you an Alchemist?" Her question rang out, and then she turned away once more, walking along, waiting for him to follow on.
"I'm guessing I should introduce myself, call me Murazar." Ne? Oh...
"Hild. That's my name. Most people just call me Madam Fuhrer, or Lady Hild. I prefer Hild, thank you Murazar." She smiled and tilted her head to the side, before walking faster, and slowing back down to a pace that matched his. She was quite energetic for someone in her position, that was for sure...

He grinned to her as they walked along the street. He raised a eyebrow and asked curiously, " I'm guessing Aurel would like it that your out here essentially alone? Except for me of course, although I dont know whether he'd think it was safe or not." He didn't want to really risk the wrath of the other partner fuhrer, however he also wanted to spend some time with the fuhrer girl. After all, friends everywhere helped. Although he was starting to lose all of his one by one due to crazy circumstances.
He chuckled lightly before holding out his hands and creating a small lively fireball that simply held its form in one hand and a small near-invisible ball of wind that swirled around. The fire created a crackling noise like a log being split in half after being put on a bonfire. The wind gave a slight gushing and swishing sound that sounded like a ocean breeze passing by. He meshed his hands together to combine them and it created like a small ball and mini-tornado of extreme heat and seemed to suck in the surrounding oxygen and heat to make it hotter and more furious. He simply replied with a smile, " One of the best and most dangerous in most countrys. " It was stated like a simple fact, as if it was tested and true. He didn't put forth arrogance or too much pride in the statement. It was just the way things were.
The were soon reaching the fairly nice resturant that was one of those good ones you had to really look for in most towns. He smiled and held out a hand gently, the alchemical symbol on the hand very visible and intimidating. He replied friendly, " A pleasure to meet you Hild." He seemed to savor the taste of her name as if tasting a strange and yet wonderous new fruit.

"I'm guessing Aurel would like it that your out here essentially alone? Except for me of course, although I dont know whether he'd think it was safe or not." The girl giggled at him and smiled brightly.
"hehe~ He has no idea that I'm out here, and I'd rather that be the same. He gets... iffy about where I go and who I meet, so I have to keep it secret~ I love his protectiveness sometimes, though." She laughed again, a small 'kufufu' leaving the girl's slightly pursed lips. A Briggs Alchemist. She could use that... A sharp turn of her head later, and she was watching the man's Alchemy take form. Cool~
The girl slipped a pair of guns out of the holster on her thighs, showing them, and the large "X" marks on their sides.
"I'm... trying. To learn Alchemy, that is. Aurel's giving me lessons, so I'm going to develop my own." She replaced the guns and raised a hand to her mouth with a small smile and a tilt of her head.
They were approaching the restaurant that Murazar had picked, and he held out his hand to shake hers.
"A pleasure to meet you Hild." She giggled and took it, her small hand slotting well into his.
"A pleasure to meet you too, Murazar." She giggled, and motioned towards the restaurant with her head.
"So. This is where we're eating?"

He smiled politely and with a little cheer thrown into it as she showed him the pistols and had talked a bit about Aurel. A little mischevious eh? At least she's careful and not even close to naive, although a bit trusting of me apparently. At least enough to not try anything stupid. He nodded slightly before replying to her small statement and throwing a small question to spice the mix up.
" What kind of alchemy are you trying to get? I might be able to help a bit, although i'm a bit more...specialized than most alchemist. So how good of a shot are you?" He shook her hand lightly and gently, his hand enveloped hers like a fog did to a small town. After they let go he motioned for them to go inside, as he held the door open for her he stuck his face in and looked at the man at the counter smiling before saying politely and yet forcefully. As if they had better not wait long." Two for a table, preferably near the back. Got to make it east for the waiter right?"
He kept it somewhat charismatic and likeable, the man smiled and motioned to follow them right away. He closed the door after hild probably had made it inside, she was small so he might have held it open for a second or two too long and missed her while getting the waiter to move as soon as he let go he walked right up beside her. He looked naturally along his path, he made sure to make his direction of travel turn so he got a good look at the entire interior of the building. He already had escape routes planned out, defensive positions, possible threats analyzed. He did so all whilst appearing as natural as possible which was quite easy.

"What kind of alchemy are you trying to get? I might be able to help a bit, although i'm a bit more...specialized than most alchemist. So how good of a shot are you?" He was Briggs Alliance. She shouldn't be talking to him about this. She shouldn't be sharing these secrets... But hey. She was the Fuhrer, and if she could trust this man, then she could bring their country together. That was fair enough, right? With a slight cooing noise, she pursed her lips and smiled at Murazar.
"Oh, my shooting isn't that good... But with my Alchemy, I won't need to... It's meant to be a purely destructive force..." She shook her head slightly, the scent of lavender that hung around her flowing slightly into the air around her. She raised her hand up to her mouth, and placed a finger onto her lip, touching the tip with her tongue.
" Two for a table, preferably near the back. Got to make it east for the waiter right?" The man had charisma. Interesting. She smiled softly, and walked past as he let her in first, giving him a soft nod of acknowledgement, a sly smirk on her lips. She looked back slightly, and nodded at a waiter, who pressed a button on his pedestal, calling in a small security squad to establish a perimeter - Murazar had chosen a good place to go. This was one of the private eating establishments in Central - one of the ones that they'd paid off... She giggled and took her seat, before looking over at the waiter who was approaching them.
"What would you like?"

Murazar smiled as they seated and the security set themselves up, not quite that discreet but still effective. He spoke calmly and ordered a steak and told the waiter that she might need to see a menu since she wasn't familiar with the place. The waiter hurried into the back to prepare a menu for hild. Murazar replied to hild softly with a grin as he spoke in a completely different voice with every word. It was soft so only she could hear, everything from girls younger to her to old men that should have been in retirement homes.
" Well, I also have a third alchemy. Although, I think if I told you. You might be a bit scared or awed." He giggled like a small girl before he coughed and returned to normal. Next he spoke in his normal voice, " If we go to war, call me Soul Catcher." He was dead serious, then in a completely calm and cheerful voice with a smile on his face as the waiter appeared with the menu, Murazar said to her." Well, since i'm paying pick whatever you want."
He grinned and motioned for the waiter to give her the menu. He didn't bother explaining why he changed his voices in such a eerie way, the only hint was the new name to call him by.

"Well, I also have a third alchemy. Although, I think if I told you. You might be a bit scared or awed." Hm? She'd heard that a Briggs Soldier had a special type of Alchemy, but she was only aware of that, not of the exact Alchemy itself. She blinked a few times, before listening further. He wasn't actually planning on revealing a powerful Alchemy to a Central Alliance member, was he?
"If we go to war, call me Soul Catcher." Soul Catcher? That gave away a big hint, that was for sure. Then again... it wasn't exactly up to Hild what gave away Alchemy, or not.
"I see. If we go to battle... call me Flames of Rage. Or Lavender War-Goddess, as some people have strangely started to call me..." She moved her head slightly, and the scent of lavender that permeated the air around her hair wafted towards Murazar. Hild then turned back to Mura - completely unaware, and sighed softly, watching the waiter bring the menu to her.
She looked down at the menu, and blinked, seeing all of the... rather unusual items. She looked up and down the list for a few seconds, before pointing to one - a rather nice beef dish, it seemed. Braised in red wine. Sounded tasty. As the waiter took their orders and left, she placed her elbows onto the tablecloth, and her chin onto her intertwined fingers, before looking at Mura with a small smile.
"So, Murazar... What's a Briggs Officer doing around Central City?" She smiled softly, and tilted her head over to the side.

Re: Death or Salvation..for who? {Hild}
Murazar waited until the waiter left before replying with a small smile as he smelt the lavender. His smirk was obviously the hint he kenw something she did not, and wasn't going to reveal it. At least lightly. " Well, for starters i'm a mercenary. I dont know how everyone, but Lieutenant General Tsukino seems to remember that. " He paused before leaning forward to talk and spoke again in a whisper." Secondly, i'm one the most dangerous person there is that happens to reside in Amestris. Not just because of my personal power, but because of money, status, and connections. "
He paused as the waiter brought out his favorite drink of whiskey straight with a shotglass. He looked over to hild and asked her what drink she wanted. Murazar pour himself his two shotglasses and offered one to hild. " You old enough to drink little lady? I dont think they'd mind here. " He obviously wasn't going to poison her, if he was trying to kill her he wouldn't be discreet and would be blatant. After all if briggs and central were going to war he would've been here to make a declaration of war. Since she wasn't dead in the middle of public, then it was safe to presume he wasn't there to declare war.
After all he wasn't ordered or authorized that it was safe to neutralize or remove her. He wouldn't do it then, mostly because he didn't hold all the cards. Reila did, and even though he held most of them. Most decisions were hers to make, not his. Only in her absence or the event was strong enough he would disregard her direct orders.
