DESCRIPTION:
→ Light brown hair, parted to the right, dark auburn/pale red hair clips, some waist-length long hair pieces separated in the front, tied with dark auburn/pale red ribbon (slanted as it goes down her hair, where then the tips of her hair will kind of puff out) , medium length hair in the back. Caramel brown eyes, peachy vanilla skin tone. Kind of small for her age, petite. Orange hooded shoulder jacket that stops below her chest, below-the-shoulder orange mid-sleeve, crossed in front with gray string, black below-the-shoulder long sleeved black undershirt, rolled up jean shorts, orange and black slip on sneakers. She has long, slender legs, so she walks quickly with large steps. She has good posture, so she doesn’t slouch at all. She talks somewhat proper, having a slight accent in her voice, which is hard to determine, since it sounds like a mix of Amestrian and Cretan, seeing as she has both heritages.

PERSONALITY:
→ An intelligent girl, Reina loves to learn as much as she can about alchemy, even if she can’t perform it. She’s very down to earth, and always aware of what’s going on around her. She’s understanding of others, and cool in heated situations. She never really freaks out about anything, she’s always been a calm person. Example, when her parents separated, she wasn’t depressed or thinking that the separation was all her fault. She just stood by her brother, letting her parents mind their own business. She’s not nosy, and lets people do their own thing. She actually rather dislikes people that are nosy. She knows it’s rude to intrude in people’s business. She’s pretty polite, too, especially to strangers.
She’s not one to be over emotional over anything. If anything, she’s under emotional. She’ll smile, laugh, but she doesn’t show off any other emotion other than happiness. The only other emotions she’ll show is worry, mainly over her brother, and stubbornness. She won’t cry, or get mad or frustrated, she won’t hold a grudge…she’s quiet about what she feels. Not to say that she’s monotone, she just doesn’t like to show her feelings often. Even when she was a child, she never did (except when she was one to four years old, but that’s a given). Hayden believes that she cut herself off emotionally because of Serena and Anton; because they had been fighting long before they divorced, and she somehow could tell, but no one’s really sure how she got that way.
Regardless of this emotional cut off from the world, she’s determined about learning the alchemy and history of Amestris, the very country that her father and brother grew up in. She strives to do what she can for her family, even if it is torn apart, and herself. She knew she could support herself on her own when her father left, seeing as it was just her and her mother, and she had to learn to support herself and another person. She’s strong-willed, and determined to a point where she can be a bit stubborn (but she still somehow manages to stay calm, even when she’s mad…).

HISTORY:
→ Reina was born and raised in Creta, to Serena and Anton Haze. She was such a sweet child, always helping her mother and father, studying hard, and playing with her older brother, Hayden. Her big brother was a big influence on her when she was little. By the time she was nine, he was nineteen and in the military as a State Alchemist. She tried alchemy, to see if she could perform it, however, it never worked for her, no matter how many times she tried. She kept asking her brother to teach her, and when she kept failing, she still kept on bugging her brother about it. Every time she asked, he just rubbed her hair, telling her she didn’t have the ability to do alchemy. Her father also had the ability to perform alchemy, but her mother didn’t. Not yet giving up on alchemy, she asked her brother where he learned it in the first place. She was told that he learned it while her family lived in Amestris before she was born. They moved to Creta seven months before Reina was born, so she’d never been to Amestris. Ever since she learned about it from her family, she dreamed of visiting the country her father and brother grew up in, to try and learn more alchemy, even if she can’t perform it.
A year later, when Reina was ten, she and her brother suffered through a harsh divorce between Serena and Anton. Hayden broke the news to her, but for some reason, she wasn’t affected at all by the separation between her parents. He just assumed that she was too young to really understand what was going on, but she understood. She heard her parents’ fights at night, when they thought she was asleep. She knew what was going on, she just didn’t cry about it. She didn’t cry once through the whole divorce process.
Her mother gained custody of her, therefore she stayed in Creta with Serena, while her brother and father left them to move to Amestris. Because of the high travel expenses, and because of the long way, Reina never was able to visit her father or brother, nor were they able to visit her. For the following years, she lived with her mother in complete peacefulness and happiness, even though that she and her mother were poor living on their own, seeing as Reina’s father didn’t leave anything for them. She finished high school, mastering in science and art. In her free time while she still lived in Creta, she drew. She drew scenery and people, mainly her mother. She also studied what she could about alchemy with the information she found at school and other places. She believed Amestris had wider range of information, and she was still dreaming to visit the country. The day came when she turned eighteen, when she could leave and do whatever she wanted. She decided to leave her home nation, and to finally visit Amestris. Saving up enough money, she bid her mother good-bye, leaving to do her arbitrary.

TRIVIA:
→ Her last name is Haze-Faye, because her original last name is Haze, but her mother’s maiden name is Faye, which is why she has both.
→ Though she is mainly non-emotional, she’ll sometimes have little bursts of emotions (example: if she’s truly frustrated over something) and when someone points it out to her, she’ll be all like, “I don’t recall that happening.”
→ She LOVES vanilla. She’s absolutely crazy for it, but, you know Reina, she’ll try to hide the excitement.
→ She speaks Cretan, and she’s learning Amestrian (being taught by her brother)
