MISSION: Briggs Xmas Event

Reila was thoroughly exhausted seeing as she had spent the entire week preparing for her friends to come from all over the country to celebrate the best time of the year: Christmas. Dai had helped her...well, kind of. There were military things to do. Yeon and Houka had probably been up to their necks with the week's worth of work she had neglected in order to make this affair happen. Smiling to herself, she exited her empty, silent office and strode down the long hallway. For once, not a soul stopped her. They all new the mission the girl was on, and it was time for a break!

A childish smile stretched across her face as she unlocked the door to her room. Inside, her eyes immediately landed on the vacant bed that had belonged to Ilona at one time. Though her eyes filled with tears, the smile remained. Into the silence she whispered, "I wish you were here...but--but it's okay," she wiped her eyes, "I'll try to have fun for the both of us, okay?" Ilona, well, Ilona represented a future that never can to be. To Reila, that was more painful than anything else. Men died. All the time they died. But many of them died for what they believed it, fought for their country, fought for peace. But Ilona had died bringing new life into the world. And in the end, it didn't happen. Taking one last look at the bed, she said one final thing: "Merry Christmas."

A few tears slipped from her eyes like a cold river running over flakes of gold. She slipped off her skirt and unbuttoned her military uniform, unclipping her bra from behind and all that wonderful jazz the guys would like to read more about. She stepped out of her underwear and into a red and white bikini bottom of swirls and art nouveau design. Her top she found rather difficult to tie, but she managed to get it nice and tight so jumping into the hot tub wouldn't create any unnecessary...disturbances. Carefully, she whisked her long locks into a high, high pony tail, tying it around four times with two hair ties just in case the water dragged it down and it got loose. All done! Reila slipped on matching flip-flops and danced out the door, down the hallway, and then hopped up the stairs to the roof.

Houka had already messed with the temperature enough so it was perfectly comfortable. It didn't even feel like they were even outside. The ginormous hot tub was bursting with bubbles, steam, and all sorts of heat. The long white tables were aligned with various party food with a huge grill ready beside it. There were signs pointing to men and woman's showers which led down two separate flights of stairs, down into the cleaning quarters of Briggs. On the other side of the tables was a chocolate fountain Reila made Dai order for her specifically. What was a party without a fountain!? Sure, it could have been punch, but there was already punch in the large bowls. Chocolate was much more...awesome. Plus, you could dip anything in it! Behind the chocolate fountain, was a large stage set up for a band that was called forth to debut later that night. And beyond the tables further, was the drop off of the roof where a certain death would be met whether from freezing to death in the negative degree weather or falling to the jagged snow peaks below. That was what...the barbed wire was for...

Well, Reila was ready! She raised a speaker to her glazed lips. "LET'S GET THE DAMN PARTY GOING!!"

Houka emerged from the women's shower room wearing a black bikini that barely covered her feminine assets. She was not happy about this. However, Reila had said it was a party in which she had to wear a bikini and this was the only one Houka had. It was from when she was younger and less....curvy. She put a finger in her mouth and sucked on it before raising it into the air. The temperature was 37 degrees celsius...ideal body temperature. She glanced over at the barbed wire. That seemed to be ruining the affect, but there wasn't much she could do about that. She walked over to the hot tub and without waiting slid right in. At least below the water no-one would be able to see the numerous scars that covered her body. She was rather self-concious about them.

She laid in the pool her eyes closed and sighed deeply. Parties were really not her thing, but Reila felt that everyone needed a break and it was christmas. That was just so like Reila. Always looking out for everyone, trying to make everyone feel the best they could be. She truly had the spirit of christmas. Houka however merely saw it as just another day and this was because over the course of her life she never really had a chance to enjoy it so she never did. She glanced over at Reila.

"Hey Reila....rather then the barbed wire...why not make a wall of ice or something?" she suggested. "It would look nicer and probably do the job without injuring someone." Houka then glanced over at the bandstand. She nodded in approval as she saw the almost completely undetectable door in the side of it. She had plans to make this party....memorable.

[Dai]

The barbed wire... disturbed him. It was the only thing that reminded them that they were on the roof of a military base - and Dai meant ONLY. Everything else was different - he liked different. He smiled to himself secretly, and walked along the roof of Briggs, seeing familiar sights as he went, smiling at everyone near. He'd... gone for something a little different today. His hair was worn in the ponytail, yeah, but he wondered if anybody would notice the fact that there was now black streaked through it. From red to black and red, Dai's hair would certainly be noticed tonight...

Covering him up at the moment, there were a pair of green, blue, black and white boardies over his legs, and he carried a towel over the shoulder like a rope. Smiling brightly, the redhead looked more around the place, liking it more and more, he suddenly noticed Reila. He was about to go over towards her, when Houka also caught his eye. No, not in that way you pervs. She just looked... out of place here somehow. He walked over to the hot-tub, and knelt down next to his former second-in-command and smiled softly at her.

"Hey... Everything alright? You really don't seem... comfortable. But maybe it's just me." He closed his eyes and smiled properly at the girl - he was sure that Reila would understand. Hopefully. 'Cuz he wanted as many people at this party to have fun and be happy - even if he wasn't. With all the work he'd put into helping out with Reila's workload in the past week, and into getting that BLOODY chocolate fountain (That's a mission for another day), he really just wanted to see smiles... Even if they were just faked for image.

She smiled back as best as she could. "I'm just not really the party type." she said with a shrug. She stared upwards at the sky. "Plus i'm not overly comfortable with these." she said raising her arm to reveal numerous scars, most from her youth, but some such as the large crescent-moon shape on her shoulder quite recent. She sighed. "Nor with revealing so much of my body when there will likely be a lot of men about who will stare." She glanced over at the bandstand again. "Though I have got a few surprises lined up to divert their attention and a few others to give them other reasons to stop stare." She sunk down slightly lower in the water hiding her mischievous smirk and then rose out of it so she could speak again.

"Good job on the fountain by the way. I heard it was quite hard to obtain." Houka said. She kept her ear to the ground to know little details like that or more truthfully she had people to do it for her. Afterall, she was head of the North HQ. "Why don't you go enjoy yourself. I'll be fine. Besides Reila looks in need of your attention." She closed her eyes and tried to relax. It was easier in the water because the warmth and pressure of it was relaxing her muscles.

"PAAAAAAAAAAAARTEEEEEEYYY!!!!!!!!" - a huge, booming, echoing sound - no a phrase sounded through the roof. It was sudden and very loud, but not dangerous. One of the doors that led downstairs opened, as if it was blown away by a very strong wind... and a man jumped out onto the roof's floor. This person was already wearing nothing but knee-long swim trunks, which were done in a dual color. The upper half was blue and the lower half was yellow. On his legs he wore a pair of black&red bath slippers, on his neck was a silver chain - nothing much really. Four of his fingers - two on each hand, were with rings. They were all kinds of rings... expensive too. Two of them had precious stones in them. One had a ruby and the other had a sapphire.
The man himself was somewhere around the age of 20, and he was 24 in reality. He was a bit skinny, but not too much. Nor was he full.... he seemed to have the ultimate balance in looks and body proportions. His black hair was tied into a single, waist-long ponytail and he also wore a pair of glasses.
It was none other than Loki Dragunoff - the Tzar of Drachma, previously a simple mercenary, traveller and a military officer.

"Reeeiiilaaaaa-chan!!!!" - Loki ran a few steps and then jumped towards her, landing right near her and hugging her outta nowhere! He spun around in two circles and finally let her go. - "Hey - hey! Am I the first to arrive? Am I?" - the alchemist looked around, noticing only a few unknown people. They were probably part of Briggs, but who knew? The man smiled and turned back to Reila. - "So... when do the other guests arrive? And whooooaaa!!!" - Loki looked over at the chocolate fountain. - "Awesome!"
The next moment he jumped into the hot tub, without waiting for much of an answer... and ignoring the relaxed girl that was already in the hot tub:

"BOMBS AWAY!!!!" - he make a bomb drop into the hot water making it go into a wave-like motion all over the hot tub. After about 3 seconds he dove out of the water. - "God, that was - HOT!!!"

There she was, the little 19 year old directly under Reila. 2nd in command to Briggs, Yeon-hwa Shin. She stood covered in the splashes of hot water. Her thin white tank top revealing the baby blue bikini with black trims. These gave her curves a rather childish and gentle look. Her redish orange hair tied into a pony with partial bang covering her left eye.

Reila-san!! She cried out, wiping away water away from her face. People are out to wet me T^T
She was of course refering to the new Head of Defense who had barraged her first with cake then a douse of Soda water. Now? The New Tsar had announced his entrance with a brilliant cascading wave of heated water.

A few hours ago she had been working on the food for the Christmas pool party. Ironic as it was they were having a pool party in middle of winter.... in the coldest place on earth! The border line of Drachma and Northern Amestria. However despite the sub zero conditions the food Yeon-hwa had prepared with the Chefs of Briggs had turned out to be a feast.

Later during the night, a variety of Salads would be placed near the Punch table. Salads of greens, shoots and occasional fruit. Dressings of Ceaser, honey and mustard, blue cheese dressing, olive dressing and many other exotic yet familiar sauces. Side dishes of steamed long rice, potatoe chips, something she doesn't remember making or ordering, sushi of salmon, rockcod, squid, shrimp and caviar. Dumplings filled with either beef, pork or assorted seafood. Steamed vegetables to balance the diet seasoned only with the ripe juices they held. Pasta salad, spaghetti, ravioulle, lasagne for the italian food lovers. For the tradition, corn cobs with molten butter, grilled garlic bread and mince pies. For warm soup lovers, french onion, chicken and mushroom, corn soup, carrot and pumpkin and something that looked rather deadly.... Now came the Barbeque itself, A whole spit roasted boar "she will not say who caught it" assorted meats of chicken, fish, pork, beef and lamb. Deep fried onions and calamari, random Steaks and rumps grilling over the fire. Well that was for later when people asked for food.....

She stood there wondering about all the yummy foods she could eat...Today she would eat till her tummy looked like Santa Claus! But anywho for now it was to enjoy though something seemed to bother a few people. The barbed wire...
"reila san~ Can I turn those spiky coil things into something more suitable?

Houka blinked and shook her head. That had been....unexpected. She placed a hand against the left half of her chest and there was an immediate increase of heat on the water molecules upon her face making it evaporate. She never left herself unprepared and on the inside of each of the cups of her bikini were cleverly stitched her alchemic symbols. This was incase they were attacked and also for a few of her surprises later. She looked over at the new second-in-command. An interesting person to say the least and cute or at least according to Houka, though she would not say that to anyone. She glared at Loki in annoyance. Hot? Of course, it was hot. it was a fricking hot tub. If it was cold or merely warm it wouldn't be a hot tub. She did not say this though. She did not want to cause any disharmony.

She sat quietly in the pool awaiting the arrival of other guests. She was thinking of a way to appropriately congratulate the winter alchemist on the food. Of course, she knew that Yeon was not the only one responsible, but she had been in charge and that did matter quite a lot. She was also interested to see that she was planning to make the barbed wire into something. That would be interesting to see. She wondered what Yeon had planned.

So much was happening all at once that it took the girl a moment to catch up. One moment she was taking Houka's words to heart, and staring at the menacing barbed wire, plotting how to freeze a wall of ice around it...and then in the next a gorgeous man was flying at her. "Ah!" She managed out before she was swung around by the guy in trunks. Finally when the world stopped spinning, she determined who it was. Grinning like a kindergartner she returned his excitement right back at him. "Lokiiiiiiii~~ You are the fir--" He was gone. She blinked at the huge splash that engulfed poor Yeon. Of course sympathy was in store...well, after Reila stopped laughing her ass off.

She covered her mouth as she laughed at the scene unfolding and at Yeon's joke. "I know right! You've got back luck following you!!" She walked over and patted the girl on the shoulder, smiling sincerely. "But I have to thank you for that time you saved me from Nero's water! I still owe you for that. Hm... maybe revenge is in store! You take care of the barbed wire in any way you see fit and I'll exact revenge~" She winked a gold eye and then plunged herself into the hot tub right next to Loki so as to drench him with her splash. But it wasn't just any splash! The water around her turned into freezing water that was not yet ice and fell atop the Tzar's head. She stopped her alchemy halfway to the freezing point so that it remained a liquid.

Reila resurfaced, grinning. She wrapped her arms around Loki's neck and pretended to laugh evilly. "Cold enough?!" She giggled and then let go and held onto the edge for she couldn't exactly touch the bottom; the tips of her toes could, but it took too much effort. Reila's eyes wandered about the area and she caught sight of Dai standing right above her some distance away. That was Dai right!? "Ahhh!!" She pointed at him, blinking. "What did you do to your head?!" She laughed and pulled herself out of the water, padding over to him and leaving a trail of wet footprints on the cement. "Do you know it takes forever to get black to wash out??" She reached out and touched it, staring at the duet of hues. "Woww... I do like it though~~" The girl dropped the strands and grinned up at him.

Her hair felt like a million pounds behind her, dripping a gallon of water down her back, thighs, and ankles, pooling around her. She reached for the pony tail and wrung it out like a towel. When she did so, a huge scar on her shoulder was revealed from when South City was destroyed...

Houka had to laugh as Reila drenched Loki in near-freezing water. Laughter was rare from the serious north hq leader, but she did have a beautiful laugh. However, she became deadly serious when she saw the scar. With another quick bit of alchemy she dried off Reila. It was like a quick surge of heat targeting the water molecules. That allowed her, if she wanted to that is, to hide the scar again underneath her beautiful hair. Houka sighed and turned her gaze back to the work that Yeon was about to perform. An ice wall? Something..pretty? If Houka's alchemy allowed it she would of turned it into an ice wall covered in statues. However, maintaining the temperature for that would be rather annoying. It had taken her a while to get the temperature maintained in here. She had spent over a day non-stop changing the temperature here to get it just right. For a short time it was easy to change the temperature of an area...at least it was for her...but to change the temperature for any length of time...say about ten hours...took a while. She hoped everyone appreciated it. She was sure Reila and Dai would and probably Yeon and other Briggs members, but she wasn't sure about people like Loki.

After Loki had resurfaced and yelled out that the water was hot, Reila, as Loki understood afterwards, jumped into the water near him. But the water splashes she made turned cold, as they fell on Loki's head and shoulders. The sudden change of temperature made the light in his eyes go dark, and perhaps if Reila had not wrapped her arms from behind him and held him by the neck - he'd go down to the bottom of the hot tub.
After he regained both his sight and his senses, Loki turned around and smiled weakly, observing as Reila spoke to a man named Dai, while holding to the edge and then pulling herself out from the tub. Yeah - such contradicting temperatures weren't a good thing for one's health, were they? It was then when Loki saw Reila's scar, as he still continued to watch her. It seemed like everyone had one these days.

Loki always had a habit of touching his own scar when he saw other people's scars. He lifted his right hand and touched the edge of his lips. The stitches were still there, of course they were nearly unseen, but they remained. As a memory...
Loki shook his head and smiled. Today wasn't the time to be depressed - it was time to have fun. And Loki lived to have fun. Aha! The young Tzar noticed a girl, the one that was still in the bathtub, opposite of him. She remained silent for a while, and that was unacceptable - people were having fun, so no sulking around! At least that was what Loki thought, and besides - he never like serious people. And he didn't see or hear her laugh, because he was almost "out cold".
The sound alchemist turned his joyful gaze towards Houka:

"Hey! Nice party we're having, desu ne?" - Loki smiled as he grabbed the edge of the bath tub and lifted himself up, so that now he sat on the edge, with his legs still in the water. - "I'm amazed at how you people did this! Reila told me it was something very unusual and cool, but I never expected this!" - Loki smiled to Houka and continued. - "I'm Loki, but you probably already know that.... and you are?"

Yeon-hwa squeezed the water out her hair and wiggled her ankles. Christmas eh? Barbed wire, wrought iron in composition with other cheap metal. Wire itself doped for it's spring like rebound when cut forcefully with incorrect tools. Tempreture conditions would have to be noted for.
This will be tricky, but let's see now

She spaced her legs out to be shoulder length and slightly leaned forward. And with her arms she waved them in the air much like a conductor. Right first she would need to deal with the Barbed wire itself. With a slide of her right foot and a tap with her left. The Barbed wire seemed to change it's appearance, taking the form of copper wires covered over with a doped metal. The spiked themselves changed each into two pronged forks bridged together by a thin wire.

Right now for the ice wall!

From one side of the roof to the other she gracefully swept her hands. Almost like a maiden would do when making her bed. A light graceful flutter. Her frosted blue eyes dwelled into concentration; thinking of chemical formula's. Tempreture... yes good. Firstly... Instantly a smoking liquid randomly appeared midair around the edges of the rooftops. This was followed by floating water. Whoop.... H 2 O joined as a molecule, split rings. unsaturate... done move, freeze.

Soon enough, the roof top walls were lined with brilliant ice sculptures. There was santa claus riding through the night with all his reindeers. There was Julius Ceasar leading his army into Egypt then finding Cleopatra so that he may....

Yeon-hwa seemed to karate chop the 'gladius' of the Ceasar... well.... yeah....
There were many other great statues, a griffon clad in armor striking a snake like creature. A dragon coiling around area. Sticking to tradition a frozen swan by the punch. For the more childish approach was a snowman holding hands with his creators, two children of around 8. A puppy chasing after a frozen ball. There were many ice sculptures big and small, detailed and simple. However there was still something more.
Flourine, argon, neon. Incase around here, here and here. Glass bulb, heated composition of lime and other. This would be the hardest part, re-creating glass. It would drain her energy quite a bit but they weren't expecting an attack.

If you have any electronics on you please take it off your personel. Shut down all speaker systems and please cover your ears!

She warned them. Her hands slid over a bar of metal railings, blue statics of energy escaping from it's outer energy levels. Her feet were planted on the floor and would earth the great power she was about to unleash.

Release!
A deafening shock and a brilliant flash of white that covered every corner of the party. The electronic devices on the roof tops went hay wire and the speakers seemed to vibrate without sound. From Yeon-hwa finger tops blasted a thick rod if pure lightning that instantly jumped to the transmuted barbed wires. The lightning had gone and soon as it had come but it had left a gift.

Around the ice sculptures and places where barbed wire had existed, christmas lights of red, blue, green and gold illuminated the figures. Giving them a warm sense of life and reality. The raw lightning would probably last for near 18 hours but it came with a price...
"ana! T^T And I did my hair all pretty today "
Yeon-hwa hair was floating around her, as if all the party guests had rubbed ballons on her head. It would go away as soon as she touched someone....
hehehe... oh Loki-san~ She skipped over to the Tsar leaving behind her creation. Heh anyfool who tried to scale the wall thinking the barbed wire was gone would be electrocuted by raw electrical energy.

[Dai]

Dai laughed softly at Houka's comment about her not really being the party type. There were a few people like that - it didn't take a genius to tell which was which. But when she showed the scars on her arm? His face went slightly sombre, before smiling once more.

"Everyone has scars they don't want others to see." He knelt down and showed her his right shoulder, the multitude of scars that came from his automail surgery. They wouldn't heal, and it made that shoulder look a mess. He smiled once more, before suddenly noticing a shadow to his side. Loki was... Oh god no. The man jumped in the pool, and drenched the red-and-black-headed man with hot water. He groaned slightly, before shouting at the man - more for comedic effect than anything.

"If I wanna get wet, I'll get wet on my OWN terms!" He sighed, and stood up, clicking the fingers on his gloved hand (yes, he was wearing his Alchemic glove right now - y'know, just in case), and creating his magnetic field. He hadn't manipulated water before, so this was all new to him. But it worked! Dai was surrounded by a field of water from his body. All it took for him now was to drop the field, and the water landed and splashed on the ground around him, leaving all but his bare feet dry.

"Good job on the fountain by the way. I hear it was quite hard to obtain." Dai laughed.

"Was it ever! I had to spend a good portion of two days searching through Central... And then getting it to Briggs? Gods." He smiled at Houka again, before hearing Reila's voice cut through the noise. He blinked and turned to the girl, a large grin on his face. As she came up to him, she started to play with his hair, something about... it being hard to wash out. Heh... she wasn't wrong.

"Not planning on washing it out for a while! At least, not until after my 21st~" He grinned - just as excited about his birthday coming up as he was about Christmas. His gaze then turned to Yeon's Alchemy... and he just couldn't help but stare. What she'd done... was amazing. There was not one word he could use to describe it, and that was something - for Dai could ALWAYS find the words to describe things.

He walked up to Yeon and smiled.

"A good wall. Very good. I can't describe how good it is, mate. Ka Pai." He grinned, and turned around, back over to Reila - more Maori. He walked back to the woman he loved, and grinned.

"So - any entertainment planned for tonight?" He had little to no idea of the goings-on planned for this party. But he was ready for anything. Save strip poker.

"FROSTY!" Reila, disregarding everything else, pointed at the large ice sculpture of frosty the snowman. Oh how she loved the story!! She really wished she could hold hands with her creations. 'Course reality was a major issue and used every means to prevent that from happening...unfortunately. Well, at least she could pretty much create anything with ice! It was like being a sorceress, but with science! She loved the freedom. Hell, Yeon could summon lightning from the sky and she had god's thumb. It was insanity...that these things were even able to exist. When she was a little girl... nothing so mystical seemed like it would ever be possible.

Reila was kindly dried by Houka, feeling the soft heat of the evaporation still on her skin. She smiled happily at the redheaded girl and responded to the conversation about scars. "Right! Everyone has scars. Whether painful or not, they represent who you are today. And...I personally think they're beautiful. I wouldn't want you guys to be anyone else. I mean, we're all here for a reason I think." She winked and then yanked on a piece of Dai's hair. "Right so! You're going to be an old man, and if you keep complaining about a little water...then!!" she pushed him into the hot tub, "you'll get gray hair early!!"

Houka remained silent merely nodding though she had to laugh when Dai was pushed into the water. She observed the ice sculptures and smiled.

"Beautiful." she said looking at Yeon and nodding. "Truly magnificent alchemy." She rose out of the pool drying herself via alchemy and walked over to Yeon giving her a pat on the shoulder. "Let me help you with your hair." She tapped the other cup of her bikini and the air began to move at her command pushing down the hair and tidying it up. It wasn't something she normally did, though she did use it to dry her hair sometimes, and so it wasn't perfect, but it at least removed the electrocuted look. After that she walked over to the food and stared at the magnificent spread. "Another good job here." She was trying to ignore the fact that all her scars were on show. Some of them included a few burn marks, but those weren't too obvious. She had a rough youth. She looked around the area before walking over to Reila and appearing to about to give her a sisterly hug, but instead pushed her into the hot tub and jumped in herself.

"WHERE IS THAT IDIOT!?!?!"

A booming voice shouted, before the body arrived to the scene. Suddenly a tall slim man came running into the area, panting. He had an aura that screamed pissed off, which wasn't really the right aura for a hot tube party. To be fair to Ike, he had a good reason. He'd tricked him, again! Ike clasped his hair lightly, Spade Aeries had tricked him into dying his hair, Neon Bloody BLUE! Yesterday Ike went out with Spade to some god damn shopping center, and after about half an hour they got wasted on alcohol. The next thing he knew, it was morning and he had Blue hair. He turned to the hot tub and saw the few people that were there, and he recognized one of them. Another seemed familiar, but he was pretty certain they hadn't met.

"Sorry, name's Ike. Ike Harvard. Mate of that idiot Spade Aeries, you haven't seen him have you? I would really love throw him head first into that hot tub and then proceed to drown him and his blasted natural colored hair!." That last part was a joke, but it seemed that his voice was adamant that no one else would know that.

At least Ike was dressed for the occasion. He wore his swimming trunks, which were polka dot. A Pink background with white spots dotted around them. They were his lucky swimming shorts, along with his only pair of swimming shorts. He looked over at the others here. Like mentioned before he kinda knew one person there, but he wouldn't be surprised if he'd forgotten Ike's name. He strached the back of his now blue hair and gave a weak smile

"I guess he's not here. Now i feel kinda awkward, seeing as i'm at a party and...there's no one...that I know." He tailed off, realized how bad a situation he was in. He might be some party crasher for all they knew. Great...

Nero walked into the area, a little late to the party. He paid little to the time, though he was a little embarressed on being late to the party. He chuckled to himself. He wondered if too many people had noticed that he was a little late, though he had hoped they didn't mind. He looked around and only saw a few people he knew there. He only knew Reila and Yeon that were there. "Yeon! Reila! Sorry I'm late, but I lost track of time. I was helping people. Anyway, How are you two? Thanks for inviting me, Reila." He said, chuckling a little to himself. He looked at everyone, and waved a little while smiling. he wondered if there was anyone there who he would like to meet besides Reila and Yeon. He continued to smile, but after looking around, he walked over to Yeon and Reila, seeing as they were the only ones he knew and wanted to see if there was anything new with either of them.

Houka decided to do something about his awkwardness. She looked over at him. "You're Ike Havard, born in east city, tendency to smoke and drink and you have a cat called Celty." she said calmly with a slight grin. "I'm the head of North HQ Houka Yochi and it pays to know a bit about a lot of people...especially ones who hang around with other important military officials like Spade..." She explained. "So backward alchemist...welcome to the party."

She glanced over at Nero who didn't seem to have recognised her. Interesting. Houka was the second highest ranking member at Briggs and technically outranked Yeon and Dai though she would never think to give them orders unless necessary. She preffered to merely advise them and ordered about her own people....those of the North Hq, which was technically part of Briggs, but still had separate protocol.

Ike laughed at all of this information about himself that was coming Houka. Some one obviously does there research, and obviously she has some reliable sources since off of that was true.That information was also trivial so it wasn't that much of a big deal. What was more important now was trying to find Spade, so he can find out how long it'll be until his hair changes back from blue to blonde. He walked over to her and patted her on the shoulder.

"Head of North HQ, then you must be important, unlike myself. You said it pays to know people, but Houka you shouldn't be wasting precious time and effort researching about me. Anyway this isn't the time for such boring conversation, its a time for enjoying ones self. Merry Christmas, five golden rings..."

Ike proceeded to reach into a pocket in his pink polka dot shorts and pulled out a small bottle of whiskey, which had obviously already been opened. He downed the rest of the bottle and sang

"And a bottle of Whiskey!" Ike sang it as if he was finishing the 12 days of Christmas, replacing 'partridge in a pear tree', with a 'bottle of whiskey'.
"I love that song!"

"It is indeed precious time and effort." she said with a shrug of her muscular shoulders. "But it is not wasted. It gives my spies practise for more...dangerous assignments." That was truthful, but also she liked to keep an eye on those close to the big power-players and Spade as head of Central was one of them. She shrugged non-chalantly again. "Knowledge is power." With that she went quiet again before pulling herself out of the pool and walking over to the food and grabbing a bunch of food before sitting at a bench and beginning to eat. After all, no sense in letting it go to waste. She glanced over at the bandstand. Was it time for her surprises? She shook her head. No, not quite yet. She would wait a while till more people hopefully turned up. Why plan a big surprise if there weren't going to be a big number of viewers for it? That was her view anyway. If your gonna do something big make sure your audience is big.

Anastasiya walked in with a white bikini, white fur coat made out of polar bear; even the paws, claws and head was still attached, and white high heels. She looked around the area and yawned, taking the nearest seat closest to her, drinking an apple cocktail.
Nero, Loki. what Loki?! Well, everyone was here and Anastasiya decided to make an effort to talk to someone at least, maybe some light flirting but that was it. She threw off her coat and dipped inside the hot tub, sighing at the warmth. Realising that Anastasiya still wore her heels, those came off too and now she finally relaxed. Anastasiya leaned against Loki and laughed seductively.
"Why hello, long time no see~" She said in Drachman, smiling sweetly yet gave it a seductive smile. Anastasiya swam alittle away from him, giving Loki some space. She finished the rest of her cocktail and caught sight of Nero. She waved at his direction and gestured to someone to bring her another cocktail...

Loki was ignored - he was ignored outright. Seemed like the party was starting, and some people came too, most of them were unknown to him, but oh! There was a familiar face - it was Anastasiya Romanov! Just as he was about to get out, Ana slipped inside the hot tub and came closer to him, greeting Loki in Drachman. It was weird that she would still remember him - he was just an acquaintance from 3 years back, and one for only 2 hours or so. It was weird, since Loki remembered her as well. Perhaps it was something he remembered due to a very specific period of time when he met her.
The new Tzar noticed her seductive smile and smiled back at her. He watched her swim away and motion that someone would bring her a cocktail. Why not Loki, since he had nothing to do anwyays?
The Alchemist climbed out of the tub and ran towards the bar, taking two similar cocktails from it. Then he returned to the tub and climbed in, without spilling the drinks. Next he gave one of the cocktails to Ana and left one for himself. He smiled at Ana again:

"Hello - it's really been a long time, Ana-san. It's a surprise to meet you here, but I'm very glad in fact. Cheers!" - Loki raised his glass and made a few sips from it.
He didn't really know what to say more, so he waited for the woman's answer.

"Oh thank you~!" She said, taking the cocktail off him. Anastasiya took a sip and smiled. Though the party could have a bit more..more to it, that would be entertaining. But she simply talked to the man beside her and gave him her most sweetest smile.
"Yes it is a surprise to meet you here but you know, wait you don't know~! Haha! I actually work in Briggs now. Lovely place." She said while laughing. This man was so much fun to talk to while having a drink, Anastasiya almost forgot how fun it was to drink. Maybe she can get drunk here...
She leaned on Loki and gave a small giggle. Her body on his, would it make him nervous? But then, she maybe enegaged so..But then he isn't here and he's not looking and he's not going to know and it is a party...Not like she is going to sleep with anyone..It is innocent.
"So may I ask..What are you doing here~?" Anastasiya asked in her low seductive tone..

Loki was glad he met someone he knew here, besides Reila. At least he wouldn't be ignored - and he hated to be ignored and all that. Then suddenly Ana leaned on his shoulder, taking a place beside him. Wow.... well, Loki wasn't fazed, but that felt kind nice... especially all the curvy parts and all that stuff. Yep.
Loki smiled and looked at Ana while she spoke, then he made a sip from his cocktail and spoke:

"Oh, I see. So you work at Briggs, huh? You must be a lot of help to Reila-chan. And yeah - it's a lovely place, desu ne?" - Loki smiled, looking at Ana sideways. His eyes slowly looked lower and lower.... until they darted upwards. No, no, no. He had to keep his cool. Had to keep the cool attitude, yeah.
He smiled again and spoke, looking forwards at all the other guests, after gulping somewhat loudly:

"And I'm here to relax and have a good time. As to why I'm on the list.... I AM the Tzar of Drachma after all, desu ne?" - Loki turned his face to Ana, showing her a wide satisfied smile. Oh she wasn't expecting THAT, he could bet his money on that. He was attracted to the woman, but right now his only thoughts were to see her surprised expression. Oh, so exciting!
Loki even thought of bringing Alexey with him, so that he could show off his royal butler, but decided not to. Alexey was not a party person. No - not a party person at all. On the contrary - he would turn the whole fun event into a gentleman's dinner, where everyone would sit and quietly eat at the table, trying to show as much manners and be as polite as they could. Alexey was like that, and it was... scary.

"Uwaaah!"

That was the only thing Dai could say, as he felt Reila push on his stomach, and throw him into the water. He fall backwards, and hit the hot liquid with a loud splash. He blinked and swam to the surface, preparing to grab Reila's leg and pull her into the water for that... But it didn't happen. A dark shadow went over him, and he was suddenly overcome by the feeling of Reila's body on top of his, pushing him further into the water. He blew bubbles out of his nose, and managed to push himself out of the water, after a few seconds of struggling. He gasped for breath, and then swam over to Reila, who had surfaced as well, before poking his tongue out at her.

"Nyeeeeh~ Looks like we both got what we deserved, ne?" He kissed her lightly on the cheek, before ducking back under the water and grabbing her legs, trying to pull her under with him. It wasn't working! He couldn't take it much longer... and came back up for breath.

"Guess I can't pull you down, huh?" He panted, and climbed out of the hot-tub, sitting on the edge, looking around for any newcomers. He saw Loki Dragunoff, the new Czar of Drachma, and Ike Harvard, one of Central's boys. He sighed softly, and lay on his back, staring at the stars.

"Time for some fun~"

Houka seemed to have vanished. However, anyone who had observed her would notice she had gone inside the bandstand itself. A few moments later a single chord on an guitar was played and then a band began to rise out of the bandstand. At its head dressed in a simple shirt and jeans was Houka holding the guitar. She looked over the group of people and smiled. "What's a party without a bit of music to sing a long or dance to?" she said and then began to play. It was a popular song - Living on a Prayer by Bon Jovi. However, she was not only playing it, but singing it as well and perhaps to everyone's surprise she actually had a good singing voice. When the song was over she rose to her feet. "I guess as I don't know what kind of music everyone likes I should ask for requests soo...." she indicated a man on the edge of the bandstand. "...give your requests to him and we'll play them as best as we can." With that she began to play a song with a big more beat to it so if people wanted to dance they could - Paperback Write by the Beatles.
