DESCRIPTION:
→ Tall and sinewy, Vic is not what you would peg as 'the traditional' dark man. Seeing as his hair is as white as freshly laid snow. His eyes however reflect the dark intents within. Coal black and slender with suspicious gaze, Vic is known to not trust anyone; including his own 'friends'. His hair is long enough to reach past hi shoulders while pulled back in a pinned ponytail and almost glows against his cloths. On top of his head sits a black fedora that comes to match with his black suit top, black pants and the black silk vest beneath, however beneath this vest sits a long white shirt. His shoes are black and well shined, making him look incredibly well groomed and as if he is always out on a special occasion. He does not require the round glasses that sit upon his nose, however he wears them for his own sense of amusement as most suppose. His black gloves covers his automail hands. His face is stern and seems to hold a scowl and dark secrets that most wouldn't want to know.

His voice however seems to place you in a false sense of security, seductive and deep, almost lulling you into his hands like a puppet and his actions match. His walking style is very forward and shows dignity rather than slumping or any fear. His face lacks emotion which clouds his black eyes from any one's knowledge of his thoughts. His mind is an unpredictable fortress-like maze of conspiring plots. He also has two automail legs.

PERSONALITY:
→ He is sadistic and egotistic. He likes to play with people and their emotions simply to see their reactions and then get a good laugh from it. He will also toy with his opponents simply for the pleasure of watching them get angry or cry. He loves to torment almost all of those around him. I say almost as there have been the few rare instances that people have caught his attention as people to like and not kill. He finds that some have gone a little farther and won his admiration as or respect on some level. He has three loves, Blood, Science, and a special woman he has yet to find, in that order. His love of blood surpasses even the strongest of lusts for others. his love of science and experimenting on is only surpassed by his love of blood. He wants to change, tweak, poke , prod, and torture every living being(and some non-aka Hom.) there are. His next is the feint but still controlling want to win over one girl in his life so he is never alone. But until that time comes his only love is Blood first then science. He always seems to talk openly with his opponent what he will do to them when they finally give up. He favors the torture like part of things as well. He has a few mental problems as well. He finds any kind of pain arousing. If he is struck, cut, tortured, or even stabbed deeply through his stomach he will become aroused. The amount of pain determines the amount of arousal he will receive. Contrary to his name he speaks in his native tongue of Drachman. His constant lust for blood brings him closer to the philosopher stone almost every second. He doesn't hesitate to do anything that involves blood and the fact of the mater is, with out the want for blood he would sit all day and never get his philosopher stone. Indeed he is an interesting person but to really see him in person would set him apart form any words that could be said.

HISTORY:
→ They say Vicente was conceived as a lie himself. From the day he was born, he was destined to be a powerful and manipulative leader. Maybe one day he would succeed and complete his conquest of the world. However only time could tell the horrors set forth in his life and those around him. Having only a few siblings, only one known, Vicente was treated with special attention as the heir to his father's name; his father leading the Drachman mafia on 'the sly'. His mother, the only blood he actually shared with his known brother was in simple words: A whore. Every night the woman seemed to bring home a different man that in the end Vicente's father would probably kill later because he was bored. The man was heartless and the closest thing to love he ever knew was his mother's incestuous rages that led him to being forced to do things with her and eventually his brother.

Vic's ambitious attitude began at a young age and as soon as he could walk he was getting into things he shouldn't have. When he couldn't get what he wanted, he'd try again with different strategies, as well once starting school he excelled with ease in his academics. He focused purely on such until he was in the 4th grade where he got in his first fight. The bully of course picking on him and calling him a nerd, Vic snapped, no one truly sure why, but he ended up beating the boy to a bloody pulp. The boy ended up in the hospital and of course Vic was given his strikes on his record. It was about this time that Vic started tricking people and pulling at their strings.

Before he could even talk however, he showed that he was cold to everyone, including his family. Before the fight he kept his distance from people, their cliques, and their over all personal space. He didn't want anything to do with people until he started doing his manipulating. After, he would approach the person and play at their strings until they gave in and did what he asked. Even though this was his way, he still began to get people around him. By middle school he was a jock, nerd, geek, and teachers pet. He was everything as well as nothing. He was elected as a leader for almost every group there was.

After school he founded a small group turned gang. They ended up owning a large amount of Moscov, but still, he didn't stop there. This 'gang' even pubicaly spoke out against the Drachman Mafia. It was then that the big games started. Even with this however, he still wanted more. In the gang he met a girl named Mitsuki who did Automail mechanics. She was a prime target for Vic as he would soon need that talent. He disbanded the gang after his right hand man was killed by a hit made from the mafia. With that, he challenged the Mafia and killed his father,

It was this time that he heard of the philosopher stone. It was also this time that he met up with his brother. After several years from being parted, he finally got his only family that he knew about back to him and started to turn the Mafia into his personal group to gain what he wanted no matter what it was. He gave his arms to make a philosopher stone but instead, made a crimson stone. This was fine as he learned that there was a possibility to make a philosopher stone with just that and more souls by his brother.

From there he started his conquest to take over the a country at a time to make stones as well as do things like get a stone for himself. He now sets out to take over Aur., Xing, Drachma, Creta, and Amestris at least, before he even thinks about stopping. From there, he will attack the Homunculus where he will either take the place as Father and become the ultimate ruler or take the place as Wrath. With that, he, in an attempt to set his power to a bar, made a wolf Chimera girl where, after just a few years he dropped her off at the woods and left her there. He then heard about a man named Bones and tracked him to Briggs as well as set up a plan to meet with this man and convert her. With that, the rest is to be unfolded in the history to come, and that, is the true feeling of accomplishing where the lives that he touches, will surely be alerted drastically...
