DESCRIPTION:
→ How in the world would one describe Edward Louis Miller? Well first, one must note his excellent choice in clothing. He's never at a loss without one of his signature jackets. The slick, black leather jacket is his personal favorite, however he's been seen to wear a variety of them. On a typical day, he'll wear either a v-neck tee or a popped collar sweater. However, there are those days where he just chooses just to wear a jacket. Edward typically wears skinner jeans, that exemplify his legs, along with thick black leather boots. His hair is a dirty blonde that lightens the longer he's out in the sun. His hair is often swayed away from his eyes and spiked up in the back. Primarily because of his forest green eyes, a unique trait from someone from Creta. Overall, his body is slim but defiantly toned. Edward knows he is fortunate for his good looks, so he has to do anything to keep the 'look'.
His mannerism might seem a bit off, mainly because he chooses to ignore them in certain circumstances. Around ladies and gentlemen he can fool the best of them, however around 'lower-status' men and women, he'll typically flaunt as if he's better than them.

PERSONALITY:
→ Personality. It’s a simple question on the outside, but once asked, it can open up a whole portal to someone’s genetic make-up. What makes them, who they are? What makes a person so different from another? Why is it people say ‘Oh, they have a good personality!’ As if they have a bad one? Can there really be a bad one? How about ‘Oh, their personality makes them tens times more attractive!” Really, so you’re calling someone ugly? One word… Shallow.

Anyways, things like this definitely cross Edwards mind frequently. He might not show it daily, but things do get to him. At first glance, one can assume two things about Edward Louis Miller. He’s either really arrogant, or he just doesn’t give a damn about life. Both are extremely wrong, and unfairly justified against him.

But nonetheless, let me explain a little about the personality of Edward L Miller.

He goes by L to those who don't know him well, mainly for the safety of his life and loved ones. Being a part of the underground organization in central defiantly can be a dangerous task. That basically means he needs to be as cautious as possible.

To some, he can seem a bit cold hearted, especially towards those in the military. This is probably due to the fact that he sees it as a joke. There has been many times in the past were Edward had to do some dirty work for them. Either kill someone they couldn't kill themselves, smuggle illegal substances to the soldiers, or a variations of different task. After a while, it begins to become a drag. Since then, the respect level towards higher officials has dropped tremendously.

Speaking of his heart, Edward has a hard time opening up to people. In the past, his heart was open to all. His greatest ability was his empathy, but in recent years it's become closed off. Mainly due to the fact that he now runs an underground business in the part of Central that no one visits.

Continuing on, Edward Louis Miller is a human, and with that comes certain desires in life. Greed, Lust, Envy, Gluttony, Sloth, Pride, Wrath, and Vanity are all apart of the average human cravings, so it shouldn't come to a surprise that he was cursed with these qualities.

L is a greedy man, because he desires wealth, people, and power. What person doesn't? To be a ruler has always been in the hearts of children, and that desire hasn't vanished in his mind. He doesn't care so much about ruling over the world, or even central, just his business and his life.
L is lustful, because he uses his body to tempt certain people into death. However, he also uses his body to lure those who he is attracted too.
L is envious, because he can't stand when people are so happy they forget about reality. This could come from the fact he isn't truly happy in life. Sure, he can get whatever he want, but being a lonely on a sunday night, the family night, hurts after a while. Jealousy is rooted in everyone, so that shouldn't be a shocker.
L is a glutton because he loves cookies. Chocolate Chip to be exact. However, gluttony isn't only with food, but with his career. He constantly needs the next kill, the next sexual encounter, the next chance to wipe someone away from this rotten and cruel world.
L is slothful, primarily because he hates working an official job. This is why he has chosen to be a hitman prostitute, because he can work his own hours, and the pay is well!
L is prideful due to the fact he loves to be right. Who admits to being wrong unselfishly? No one. When he accomplishes his rightful task of taking out a person, confident surges throughout his body. A job well done, but to L, it's his pride. He loathes to be in second, and must constantly stay in first.
L is wrathful, because he hates those that treat him wrong. He'll plot against them, and probably end up killing them without a second look. L can't stand military officials, this is where his angry is engraved from.
Lastly, vanity. Of course L is full of conceit! L cares immensely about his appearance. Wihtout it, he couldn't get the things he needed in life. The way a person sees you can be beneficial, and the social light isn't too bad after a while.

For now, the rest of the pages of his personality are kept secret, explaining more would reveal too much about him.

→ That he dreams of going to the moon. When he was a child, his mother always told him about the mysteries of the moon. She told him when she dies, she'll be waiting for him on the moon. This might seem childish now, but Edward is constantly battling his mind about going to the moon. What if she's not there? Then his mom, the one person that never did anything wrong against him, would have lied to him.

HISTORY:
“The names L, Edward Louis Miller to be exact. To some I’m a mystery; too others I’m an angel. It all depends on who you are, and what you want from me. “

Growing up, Edward was always the type of child to get along with most anyone. Kids followed him on the playground, teachers praised him for the grades, and his parents worshiped him. Everyone always told him his heart was in the right place, because he cared so deeply about helping those around him. The weak and the strong, anyone who needed help, Edward Miller helped. Edward’s parents were pleased with their son, because he was far brilliant than any other student his age. Edward got straight A’s all throughout his years of schooling.

However, life isn’t always fair. When Edward was a senior in high school, both his parents were struck sick from an unknown disease, causing both to die before he ended up graduating. Edward was heartbroken, but he knew that life continued to go on. At first, things we’re all right. He pushed back the memories he had, and finished high school.

After completing high school, Edward joined the Creta military and found himself becoming a lieutenant one of Creta’s great Colonel’s. Day after day, Lieutenant Miller found himself working hand by hand with this Colonel, to the point where some would say he was a Creta’s version of a Roy/Hawkeye combo. However, many men become jealous of the position Edward was in, and became envious. Those dreaded men came up with one plan: Kill Miller. Somehow the plan leaked, and Lieutenant Miller was sent into hiding until everything was worked out. During those times of secret, the Colonel would often visit Miller, his best friend, for advice and quality bonding time.

One fateful evening, the Colonel was on his way to visit the Lieutenant, when military officials following behind jumped him. The men beat the Colonel to death, thinking they’d be able to get him to rat out the Lieutenant. However, he didn’t and it cost him his life.

Soon after, Edward had enough of the military, and fled to Amestrias. There he found a small apartment and started life over near Central. Far away from Creta and the officials there. Stuck without a job, Edward began running his own service to gain money. One thing led to another and he found himself dabbling in with the black market. Making small deals here and there just to survive! Edward was an excellent shooter, almost comparable to the Great Hawkeye. So, it was only natural that he’d become a conman, killing people for others. Especially when he could kill military men and women. With his new job, he needed a new identity. He ditched his formal name, and came up with an alias known as ‘L’.

L is a noteworthy criminal in Central, along with most of Amestris. He's been apart of the underground scene for about a year now, and has defiantly made a name for himself.

[L is out for blood, but comes only with a price. He’s a thief in the night that will get whatever it is he wishes.]
