DESCRIPTION:
→ Basically, Shukan wears furs, and LOTS of it in the modern age. Having been adamant in adopting just robes and modern boots, he has a traditional flair to himself. Wearing clothing that makes him resemble the olden warriors of Ruqinzhe. Even wearing a spiked helmet with fur brim to match the image, and some black boots, and gloves. If anything, it'd be more fitting to be in the cold Drachma or Briggs rather than the heat of Ishbal or the tropical Xing. BUT somehow Shukan doesn't sweat as much as he should, which might say that his clothing is breezy just as it is insulate of heat. His face shares many characteristics with Drachmans and Xingese, being a part of the steppe people, he has a height that is above his brethren from the Ruqinzhe. Having the black hair and brown eyes from the Xingese, and the Drachman ability to grow pretty rough stubbles or beards. Making him definitely look like a Steppe person. Having founded himself wearing a cape with fur on top, a Ruqinzhe robe tunic, some pants of wool and boots of black leather. Also some short gloves, definitely resembling the Ruqinzhe shaman of old due to his insistence on looking old fashioned, BUT really, he just wants to rub it in any other Shaman's faces that he is better than them because he is more true to their ways. The only piece of armor he wears is his helmet, the rest are just traditional clothing, thus leasing any heavy weight and is more lean to being light. Heck, he even has lots of big pockets in the form of four around his pants and his tunic, and a sized sheath he can tighten or lease, and a holster too. So he can holster or sheath lots of stuff, except for rocket launchers, those are often awfully too big. It is quite unusual that he is tall for a Riqunzhe, and doesn't have small legs like most of them, but that's natural for his job, as they are trained on foot, not on horses like all other regular warriors.

PERSONALITY:
→ Shukan in terms of negativity, which embodies most of his personality, is liar just for the heck of it, a sociopath, lacking empathy over murder, and also a culturally alien man, as most of what he does are foreign to the Westerners, but not the Xing, as some of his customs makes sense to his enemy, the Xing. Anyways, despite some of his negativity as a cold and pretty crazy sociopath (not to be confused for psychopath), Shukan is pretty much resourceful, and cunning. Finding himself to be creative in his ways to achieve whatever goal he has, to achieve the ultimate goal.

So far he also happens to be an obnoxious person, finding himself to assert his points bluntly no matter how terrible they sound, it's his choice of speaking, a lifestyle so to say. Finding great pride in his prowess to assert himself, but when concerning other affairs, his responses may vary, because he is well... a person. Therefore he isn't locked into one mantra or one narrowed persona but many, whichever suits him most, whether he knows it or not. One consistency in his persona is masochism, finding pleasure in ritually scarring himself at times whenever the full moon occurs.

Also when viewing others, he hates a lot of races, except for the Ishbalans. At least in his eyes, they had the guts to fight Amestrians and kick their asses outright, until the Amestrians called their 'magicians' to fight them back, is how powerful the Ishbalans were. Making him see that those who can kill others more, are superior, as for Amestris, he thinks they have weakened lately and as a result, doesn't view them highly. So far they are getting beaten from others, and have lost their original power, and the Xing and Drachma, naturally he dislikes them just as they would dislike him, he is a part of a group that had gone to war before in the olden times, and old hates die hard. Aerugese is just too similar to Xing, and he doesn't like them because of their 'wimpy' language along with the fact they had raided some of their border towns before, and got bombed by air planes before they can run off.

So pretty much this is Shukan, the obnoxious, resourceful, creative, cunning, assertive and racist man that views superiority by who is manlier than the other, naturally seeing himself manly as a result of his stubble, manner of clothing, AND the fact he is a part of a very warlike people.

LOVE:
→ Alcohol, women, carrots, lemonade, pillaging, conquering, dancing his Ruqinzhe dances, and also being a survivalist.

HATE:
→ Drachmans, Auregese, Xingese people, Cretans, and Amestrians, he thinks those people are sissies and as such, treats them like pansies with a stereotypical view.

HISTORY:
→ Shukan's childhood or teenagehood is pretty much unknown relatively, as most people from Riqunzhe refuse to tell tales of Shukan, its impolite if you aren't a Riqunzhe. BUT the more common stories goes back to how Shukan was groomed in the manner of a Shaman, he happens to be the Witch Doctor sort. His people having Alchemistry derived from the White Sage of the South. Therefore their Alchemistry is quite similar to the Amestrian, rejecting any adoption from the Xingese because they simply dislike them. Anyways, they were a people renowned for marauding the worst of all nomads, having exploits rather than conquest, that goes from destroying the great wall of the Xing PLENTY of times to piss the Emperor of Xing off by having blown a hole in their finances, and also to loot Xingese cities. And all the way from attacks on Drachma to wars with Aerugo, all of them are reduced to marauding as their armies are meant to be swift. Renowned for being horse archers, meant to ride on horses WAY before they walk on their own two feet.

As raiders, they were beaten back most of the times, but not before leaving a swathe of destruction... that was not until modern weaponries came into play and reduced the Riqunzhe people to nothing more than bandits who prey on those traveling around the steppes or the deserts. Even then, they are not ones to be slow with time, lots of them modernized to put a front against the modern military, trading bows and horses for rifles and jeeps. Which means they had changed from horse archery to jeep rifling, yep, firing at your face from a long distance on a high speed moving jeep despite the bumps along, which speaks for their quick marksmanship, something Shukan would inherit.

And so, comes the modern Riqunzhe, a nomadic group of bandits united by a Great Takzo. A tribal chief. All of them having adopted modern technology and intermixed it with their own traditional customs, and even having become 'tamed' as a result in fear of being attacked, and centralized. Shukan comes in as a dissatisfied warrior-shaman. Them becoming weak in account of more wealth, even abandoning the tradition of their father's father's father of destroying the Great wall of Xing. Pissed off, the tales of Shukan says that he left Riqunzhe and disappeared Eastwards.

It was where Shukan had partaken with bandits to mount raids on villages, but much to his dissatisfaction still, they HADN'T attacked the historical preservation site, the Great Wall. Even then, he STILL did attack a couple of clans of Xing and pissed them off a great deal. BUT eventually Shukan would be overwhelmed and the bandit party he is a part of, before being seized and slanted for a traditional execution as a show of irony to Shukan. To be left in the middle of the desert with nothing to eat but only some few ounces of water to drink, as to die death by malnutrition. A slow and agonizing death far south from Ruqinzhe, away from his tribe and far from any other civilization.

Nobody knows how Shukan survived as he was left with with the water in his hand and the clothes on his back, BUT his next reappearance was in Creta, far far away from his homeland. Circumstances of his survival left obscure as he would spend a couple of years in Creta surviving, trying to gather enough money AND also avoid authorities as to go back to Xing to achieve his BIGGEST goal so far, which is to destroy the Great Wall of Xing once and for all. Then again, he has nothing to do after that.

So far having made his employment in the form of herbalism, robbing stores of Xingese-Cretans, making bets over chickens and also sell animal parts that somehow bring 'good luck' just to make a few cash. Though most of the times he has to spend his cash on Riqunzhe exports, which are expensive due to how rare they are, and how they aren't useful to the Cretans but as antiques. Mostly Riqunzhe made ammunition for Riqunzhe rifles, AND also maps of all sorts, especially detailed one about Xing's great wall.

Being wanted in Amestris for charges of assault, murder, committing murder with a weapon, committing murder with a weapon that nobody could've THOUGHT it'd be harmless but somehow is, AND possession of underwears stolen off of hampers and chutes (which by the way is how he made his make-shift tents with). He is also notorious in Creta for burning an orphanage down, and exhuming the orphan inhabitants, also for stealing food out of police officer's fridges, and SPECIFICALLY police officers, along with throwing out superstitious curses at noblemen in Creta, which greatly disturbed them. In Xing, he is wanted MOST for insulting the Emperor, insulting the Emperor's family, killing clans in the Emperor's family, insulting the Emperor's favorite pet panda, charging at a Xingese fortress whilst drunk, singlehandedly taking it over whilst also in the nude, having scared the garrison off with his foul warcries, AND calling the Emperor's wife names so foul, it made her head swell and her face to redden before fainting fatally, and having had to be hospitalized.

Therefore, Shukan is a pretty wanted man, AND a con artist of sorts, wanted for plenty of things, which kinda makes his goal of destroying the Great Wall of Xing pretty hard.

ALCHEMIC/ALKAHESTRIC ABILITY:
→ Pretty simply put, Shukan is well versed in one form of alchemy called organic alchemy, relating them to his medicine. Henceforth Shukan's effectiveness as a surgeon and a medic. Being able to re-arrange the body in many ways, but having to follow the laws of equivalent exchange as a result, therefore he cannot simply increase a mass without using some very illegal methods of doing so by integrating muscles of others unto a being. His skills best applied unto human flesh but may also be used on other organic matters. He specializes in combining two similar beings (say two of them are humans), well, parts of them, into one, skipping the whole chimeric concept but going for a similar idea and enhancing the person and may also downgrade them for their safety. Being adept at giving transplants as a result very easily. But due to this practice, Timur goes very very close to the forbidden arts of certain human transmutation techniques. Still, he may only use his alchemy through the form of touch. He must make contact with the object to be transformed or a person to skillfully re-arrange them, which is his forté (so if he wants to insert a heart into someone and eject the old one, he has to make sure the heart is on the person on any part of the flesh to be able to skillfully put it in). He may deconstruct though since his forté lies in re-arranging, therefore he may skip re-arrangement and stop at the second stage of his alchemy. Though it is by no means that effective but as means of destroying diseases within a body. He is also very well capable of using this general ability to lessen the toxicity in muscles and allow someone to have a much faster stamina and even tune in perception of things. Henceforth his skills being better off as a supporter and a medic rather than an all offensive alchemist. He orchestrates his abilities through his hands, having two similar alchemical patterned tattoos on both his forearms so he may execute the ability with quickened ease. This making him very effective especially with his knowledge of human anatomy, and those not human, he simply needs weight to measure them lest he doesn't show as much effect. (Meaning he isn't effective against chimeric opponents as much as humans or humanoids.) He may also use this alchemy upon himself if he wishes.

TRIVIA:
→ Despite knowing a different language called Riqunzhese, Shukan can communicate with a Xingese speaker as the two languages are surprisingly similar in some form (think a Portuguese speaker to a Spanish speaker).
→ Shukan's Cretan is often spoken in 'Cletan', a term used to those who often speak it with an R instead of an L, and makes it very obvious he is a foreigner.
→ Having been trained in taking up the role as a Witch Doctor, basically an acupuncturist and a herbalist, he happens to know some olden medicine, some may be very effective and others are pretty much fatal, depending on the ailment.
→ Shukan happens to be quite agile on his feet, not fast but having a very superior reaction and reflexes, all thanks to a lifetime training of Shamanism (just a fancy way for Riqunzhese people to say that they have magicians when really they are alchemists, deriving their traditions from the white great sage of the South.) A breed of warriors meant for battles, to turn the differences and to win with their 'magic' and also terrifying fashion of attacks that puts emphasis on extreme power, which naturally means Shukan is quite strong (yep, his kick or punch can dent metal on cars easily and break bricks, but that would hurt A LOT, and yeah, he packs power behind his hits thanks to his martial discipline.)
→ Shukan pretty much knows how to use weaponry despite going at high speed, and is pretty accurate with them too, all thanks to being a member of the Riqunzhe, a horde that relied on horse archery of the past with a pretty great accuracy whilst moving at high speeds.
→ Shukan is fluent in Riqunzhi (variant of Xingese) and read any Xingese but with some trouble as it goes in the form of location-action-person rather than location-verb-person and is semi-fluent in Cretan, he can read Cretan but speaks it VERY horribly.

→ I was going to put down that I had an epic battle in the toilet trying to use it, but it won't flush, but meh. I'll just say that I am me, and that's all to know about me.
