The circle she uses on the twin tonfa is the Seal of the Imploding Drac Lotus. By swinging her blades through the air she is able to accurately manipulate the air pressure around her blades and on a person's flesh. By sending a current through her blades she can change the air pressure and temperature 'at a minute level' enough to effectively freeze the effected area around her swing. This change in temperature can affect someone at the Molecular level, freezing them down to their very core, however her control over this ability as new as it is, can only be used in a six inch radius of the swing.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
→ As the Frozen Phoenix Alchemist, Alize has the ability to cause an opponents body to freeze her opponent in a 6 inch radius of where she makes a cut with Heavenly her Right Tonfa. Using her Left Tonfa 'aka' Discord. She can expand the ice a further 3 inches. So far thats the only abilities she has been able to coax out of her weapons.
