DEscriptION:
→ Heian: Heian is taller than his sister, and also more well-built for his bodily strength. He wears stereotypically Asian clothing, coloured in blue and white, with a sleeveless shirt and long pants, ending with a pair of white slippers. He walks with a carefu gait, and tries to avoid tripping up, but that is a rarity, usually ending with Heian falling onto his face. He has shaggy, black hair that falls past his ears, and that rarely gets tidied up. His physical strength is far superior to that of his sister, but he is neither agile nor quick. He has the usual Ishavallan-coloured eyes.

→ Guang: Guang is shorter than Heian, and far slimmer. She wears clothing similar to that of her brother's, but themed with red, white and pink, and fashioned into a dress. She wears a pair of red-and-white stockings, and a pair of long gloves that reach from the tips of her fingers and up along her arm. Her hair reaches the small of her back, and is tied up in a pair of ponytails that reach over her front down to her chest. Her skin is paler than Heian's, and she shares his red eyes. She may not be as strong as Heian, but she is way more agile than her brother.

PERSONALITY:
→ Heian: Heian doesn't speak his own opinions often, preferring to keep them inside and not speaking them to anyone besides his sister. He prefers to use strong-arm tactics to try and resolve conflict, rather than trying to talk people out of their own problems. He is steadfast and quick to act, sometimes becoming quite rash in the decisions. He can be quite hot-headed at times, and has to be stopped by Guang often.

He is deeply devoted to his sister, and often makes jokes about his being 30 seconds older, just to annoy her. Everything he does is for her, and her honour. He gets offended easily, and will destroy anybody who offends his honour, or the honour of his family. He is very family-oriented.

→ Guang: Guang is far louder and more opinionated that her brother. She would rather talk her way out of a conflict, than resorting to violence. That said, if she has to, she will kick your ass if you annoy her. She'd rather take her time to act, and tries to find ways to get it done properly, not quickly. She is the glue that holds the two together, and is Heian's voice of reason. She can talk rings around anyone with her wit, but can trip herself up if left to it.

When together, Heian and Guang together are completely and totally annoying, but cancel each other's negative qualities out. They watch each others backs, and have a habit of finishing the other one's sentences. They also occasionally kiss with incest intents, usually just to creep people out.

Due to an experience in their histories, Heian has fallen in love with his 'sister', Yue. Guang, on the other hand, has fallen in love with Takegami, and uses this job as a reason to get closer to him.

HISTORY:
→ Born as a result of a one night stand between an Ishvallan and a Xingese concubine, these two babies were cast off as rejects, travesties from the Dragon's Pulse. They were sent away on horseback, where they could be found by other rejects of the tribes, and be raised in retardation, away from the people who deserved to live. This horse was, in fact, not found by one of the reject tribes, but in fact member's of the Emperor's family. They were adopted into his family, living under the man named Takegami Tejirou, with his daughter Yue. As time went on, they began to assimilate into the Family.

As they grew, they began to hear about this science known as Alchemy. They'd heard about Alkahestry long before that, but found that Alchemy seemed far more simple and useful. So they decided to begin studying that, instead of Alkahestry, like most people would've been taught. They started to learn the art, and discovered that they could use it as both a team and alone. Basically, they'd started to be a force to be reckoned with.

One point in their life, at about age 14, they were separated. Heian was taken away to become one of the workers in one of Xing's mines, mistakenly. Instead of sending a guard into the mine, they sent Guang in. She got in stealthily, undetected, and managed to get her brother out of there, destroying the mine in the process. Instead of rebuking them and sending them away, they were given a new job. They were to become Takegami's personal bodyguard, and began their new job right away.

It was about then that Heian began to see just how beautiful his adoptive sister was, and it was then that he fell in love with her. About a month later, Guang saw Takegami in his private quarters, and realised that he was one of the most attractive men that she knew, and her feelings for him began to blossom. But she didn't admit it, and she decided that she wouldn't, or at least, not just yet. Each of these twins have kept this idea secret from everybody but themselves.

About 6 months after they became Takegami's personal guards, Heian and Guang were seperated, again. But this time, it was a part of a plot to overthrow the emperor himself. They were each trapped by an Alkahestrist that was able to counteract their own personal Alchemy, but they hadn't accounted for the Twin's own physical attributes. The usurpers were stopped, and the Twins hailed as saviors, for a while at least. After their time as famous heroes had ended, they went back to trying to live life simply as bodyguards, and have stayed like that to this day.

ALCHEMIC ABILITY:
→ Heian: Heian is able to manipulate the structure of the earth around him, using basic Alchemy to build objects out of the rock, such as spears and the like.
→ Guang: Guang can convert both liquid water and water vapour into hydrogen, and ignite it, keeping the fire fuelled by converting more and more water.

XD I just can't take the alchemic Ability....
First, it really confuses me. Is this alchemy or alkahestry? Also, you can't pull the dragon pulse from the ground the way you described it... And don't say there's a layer of Chi around the rock that is flammable... that is extremely unfathomable even with alchemy, etc. So what you need to do is tell me what you are trying to get at and I can help you explain it.
Is the image you have in your head one of rock lighting on fire? In that case, you can have them use alchemy to bring up the rock and then alchemy to light the air around it on fire.
