BRIEFING:
→ The transmutation circle engraved into the blowgun’s handle is stereotypically the same one used for most water based alchemic reactions. In Teimo’s case, the boy uses his blowgun to condense air into a liquid state and vaporize it again, forcing it at high velocity toward his target. Teimo uses this both for a concussive attack and to super accelerate a blowdart. The force of the blow is roughly equivalent to higher caliber fire arms and is considerably less audible.
