Description:
→ Teimo isn’t by any means a large boy. He is scrawny and left without a shred of developed muscles. However, how many fifteen year old boys have fully developed muscles? Weight lifting in general at that age isn’t exactly healthy. Teimo has still managed to avoid getting the toned look he should have from the regular activities that coincide with guardianship though. Even in his time as a fugitive he has failed develop.
Reddish-Brown bangs fall in Teimo's face, more outward than inward, something that is as natural as his equally maroon pupils. Flattened out towards the back, it remains remotely spiky at the bottom of his hair, of course in a downward motion instead of most people's spikes that shoot up.
Beneath the hair lies what faces usually have. It’s not uncommon to have a nose, a mouth, and a pair of eyes is it? Teimo's eyes hold a color very similar to his hair and lying below that is a neat, well kept nose. His mouth, a good subject, is shown exactly as it is above. The boy has a small grin plastered to his face at all possible times.
Teimo usually wears a silver jacket with blue stripes on the arms, shoulders, middle, and collar. Through the middle of the collar lies a red stripe. Why Teimo likes this particular article of clothing is unknown to him. Aside from the red stripe, it doesn't match his elements of choice at all.
Beneath his clothes however, are the numerous scars that come with being a warrior. He has numerous scars, burns, and the like littered about his torso. Not the prettiest picture in the world. Thankfully, clothing was invented and the general public rarely sees the result of the training.
Hanging at his waist are the weapons that Teimo employs. At his left hip is a small short sword of Xingese origin. Everyone in the boy’s previous line of work had some form of proficiency in the sword and Teimo is no exception. From his right hip rests his blowgun inscribed with a transmutation circle.

PERSONALITY:
→ Collected and calm yet rambunctious and impatient, Teimo is a very mature and immature person. He is hard-working and studious, these traits forming his mind into the picture perfect example of an intelligent individual. This intelligence blesses him with rational thought, understanding, and combat intelligence and ability. He is also, however very impulsive and tends to act without thinking about the mess he is about to get himself into. Being impulsive is typically not a good trait to have when your line of work involves espionage and stealth.
With that intelligence, Teimo has a tendency to use excessively complicated words, words a fifteen year old child shouldn’t comprehend, much less use fluently in passing speech. Whether it is to make him feel superior to others or simply because an asset that goes unused is worthless, even he does not know. Most likely it is a bit of both. The excessively excessive vocabulary is usually accompanied by a thinly veiled sense of sarcasm.
Despite his intelligence, Teimo does not act in an arrogant or demeaning way, at least not outwardly. Apart from his use of oversized words, Teimo does not openly boast about any extraordinary talents of his. He is quiet, calm, and analyzing. Inwardly however, he is far too overconfident. He believes himself, in all his intelligence, to be better than most, if not all of his peers. This tends to and ultimately did land him in a good deal of trouble.
Foreign language skills are the one thing his copious intellect has not quite grasped however. His Amestrian is spotty at best and he hasn’t even attempted to learn the other languages of the world. Unless speaking in his native tongue, Teimo has trouble communicating and often times will trip over his words and make substitutions that are easier for him to pronounce.
The smile that never leaves his face contributes to a very lively and energetic personality. It is never hard to elicit a friendly smile from the boy and his cheerful disposition tends to be rather infectious. Only a select few miserable people can maintain a stony facade around him and even fewer can stay angry with the small child. Actually, that’s not really true. Anyone who is particularly annoyed by energy would find him to be quite irritating. Of course, that isn’t going to dissuade the boy from believing everyone likes him.
Typically, while fighting, Teimo prefers to not be seen. His small stature tends not to suit well to close quarters fighting and is suited quite well to running away and hiding. Consequently, when a fight breaks out, Teimo is rather adept at vanishing. He also tends to approach non-violent situations the same way, by running and hiding.
Having been raised to defend his family’s assignment, the boy was raised to kill without an inkling of hesitation. Defending someone so important rarely left room for the grey area of morality. As such, he does not run into the same ethical qualms that most people encounter when holding the life of another at their mercy. Snuffing out someone’s life is as cavalier a task as eating toast in the morning. Perhaps very tough toast that isn’t all that pleasurable, but toast all the same.
Onto other, less dreadfully violent aspects of the boy; Teimo, despite his usually very mature appearance and nature, is a bumbling idiot when confronted with situations involving intimacy or anything akin to such relationships. He reacts awkwardly when confronted with the opposite sex and the end result is typically panic.

HISTORY:
→ Zihao Teimo was born into a family dedicated to guard the thirty-seventh princess of Xing. There is where the exciting story of a small guardian begins. Teimo didn’t choose his life, very few actually do, but he initially jumped right into his duty with little trepidation. From a young age the small boy was surrounded by swords, bows, and various other life-ending utensils as well as a wide array of martial art and stealth practices. He learned and progressed with the vigor that only a small child can.
Even at a young age Teimo was more inclined to stay in the shadows he was taught so well to hide in. Through that inclination he was initially drawn toward the bow. If he didn’t want to leave the shadow he would have to be able to fight from the shadow correct? Unfortunately, he soon discovered that the bow was far too cumbersome for his small body to use effectively while maintaining the ability to not be seen. He then switched to a less conventional weapon that saw very little to any use amongst his fellow guardians, the blowgun. The small weapon lacked the power of…everything else, but with precision it was still quite deadly. That’s what his profession was about right? Precision?
At the age of nine, Teimo was formally added to the squad designated to protect the head of the clan, his exemplary performance during the training earning him early placement at his little eight year old majesty’s side. This would prove to most likely be an error of judgment later in his life, but for now the young boy could not be more proud of himself.
The princess had taken an instant liking to him and Teimo was completely oblivious to it. Her other retainers were not however and also took an interest in the youngest addition to the guard. The princess gave him access to vast scientific information, most of which involved Rentanjutsu and her retainers began educating the boy in the art so that he may better protect her highness. For the next three years he studied and guarded simultaneously, an equally exciting and monotonous existence.
Over this time, Teimo began applying rentanjutsu to his newly found favorite weapon. The research was slowly beginning to improve upon the weakness of the weapon and young Teimo was quickly beginning to exert an awe inspiring amount of power out of the small weapon. As he matured, so did his alchemy. Unfortunately, so did his brain and so did the princess.
Around the age of fourteen, Teimo began noticing his responsibility’s strange attraction to him. He often felt that she forgot that it was his job to protect her and she began demanding that he be in her view at all times and that the other guards defend him as well. This not only annoyed Teimo, who definitely did not like being out in the open and so close to the princess and her attendants, but it also, drew the ire of his fellows. The free ride he was getting with the princess wasn’t viewed as fair when he was getting extra lessons; it was especially not fair now that he didn’t have to work either.
It was not long before a fight broke out and Teimo’s peers began to no longer view him as such. Continual scraps with his fellow guards and eventually the boy decided, against the princess’s wishes, to flee. She attempted to stop him, but the child was an expert at hiding himself. He escaped the royalty’s clutches and made his way across the desert toward the mighty nation to the west. He doubted he’d be welcome there either, but it was most likely more tolerant of an illegal alien than his country would be of a defector.

ALCHEMIC ABILITY:
→ Teimo uses his blowgun which bears a small transmutation circle to condense air into a liquid state and vaporize it again, forcing it at high velocity toward his target. Teimo uses this both for a concussive attack and to super accelerate a blowdart. He has a basic knowledge of simple rentanjutsu as well, but nothing particularly applicable to combat. Outside of fixing a small figurine he doesn’t have much at his disposal.
