Loki's hair color is black, and he usually brushes it upwards, from the area of his forehead, gathering his hair into a waist-long ponytail, lest it would cover his entire face. However a few strands of hair do fall onto his face. The color of his eyes is gray, in them people often see intelligence mixed with a playful spark of fire, which often shows itself not only in his eyes, but in actions as well. He also wears a pair of glasses, but it is mostly to look more mannered and sophisticated, so he says. Loki is often mistaken for a teenager boy or just a youth because he always looks fairly younger than he actually is, and most people view it as a good thing, while Loki has difficulties when he tries to earn some respect.
Loki prefers to always look his best and wears a formal attire that consists of a purple coat and pants, a brown vest, black shoes, and white gloves. He also wears a butterfly on his neck.
He is often seen smiling or looking around with a spark of joy in his eyes. When walking he tends to be kinda... glamorous and gracious. He seems to be more in touch with his feminine side that manly, and always emits that kind of atmosphere. He also often sparks when he walks, probably because he likes to wear a bit of jewelery.

PERSONALITY:
Loki is a an extrovert, thus making him a very talkative and free-spirited person. He likes to have fun, mostly any way he can - he loves to meet people, talk with them, tell jokes, play pranks on them. He also loves to shock people and watch their reaction with great curiosity. He often meets problems because of his character - people who get offended by his pranks and jokes never really take him seriously or can even dislike him. Loki tends to play a lot of pranks, and half of them can be dangerous for other people. But being childish or fun doesn't mean Loki is naive or foolish - behind that Trickster is a sharp mind, capable of many things most would never expect him to deal with. The alchemist considers himself a genius and rarely holds back when someone thinks otherwise.

But the main problem is - Loki never takes anything seriously. Be that a relationship, a flirt, a battle, a mission or a person. He sees things as a passing fancy and never likes to stay focused on one thing. He does not believe in lasting friendship or love, nor does he understand a lasting grudge. There comes a time when Loki becomes serious, but that has to be something colossal to him. Regrettably, even if Loki thinks of himself as a genius - he rarely puts his mind to real work, seeing it as a simple waste of time and energy for something unimportant. There are of course cases that he solves and jobs that he completes, but it is simply to earn money - another thing that doesn't stay in one hands for long. This is why Loki dislikes money very much, but alas he cannot ignore it's place in the world of humans.
Aside from that he tends to be very annoying, he often starts "poking" people about various things. He might even like annoying people on purpose, but he never said so himself seriously. There's also a habit of his - he tends to add "... desu ne?"(like - "isn't it?") at the end of his every sentence, which irritates people to no end.

DEEPEST SECRET:
Loki has only one deep secret. He actually wears glasses because his eyesight is deteriorating. The doctors said that in a few years - his sight would go down so badly he would most likely become blind. Loki is very afraid of that would tell this secret only to a person close enough to make him change his mind about them being a passing fancy.
Right now he is frantically searching for any way to regain his sight.


IDOL: Father. He had only heard of this miraculous being - a perfect alchemist in Loki's view.

HISTORY:
Loki was born a son to an ordinary family in Moscow, Drachma. His father was a store clerk and his mother was a nurse. Luckily his parents weren't having a hard time and made enough money so that Loki would have almost all he wanted. His early childhood passed without any important events on a large scale, his experiences were the same as every child's - he felt love and care from his parents, he understood friendship and trust, he had grudges and negative experiences.
By the time Loki turned 15 he had already delved into study of alchemy, and practiced arts of Sound Manipulation - a unique and powerful art. He had heard that someone in his family - an ancestor of Loki's did the same, and their notes made the boy's study easier. People grew distant from him, as they saw his abilities as dangerous and unpredictable - his growth in power was rapid and scared quite a few people, since it tended to be uncontrollable at times. His rivals, friends and teenage love alike - all abandoned him. Loki never showed any kind of great concern for these events, but it actually made him realize that all in this world was ever changing and nothing was permanent. It was around this time when his parents divorced - their love went out like a candle.

Loki began to see life in a more carefree manner, slowly changing even more. He began to observe people, studying their behavior and habits. He would never again make a lasting friendship or grudge - he saw them as meaningless and simply ran away, or brushed them off. He considered his present "family" the same, and after living with his mother for 2 more years - he left his home, as his mother plead fro him to stay, he simply answered: "You hold no more interest for me, it's time I move on, desu ne?". He smiled and left, never to return again.

Three more years he spent on traveling Drachma, and then crossed the Amestrian border. There he heard stories of the mythical Father - a perfect being that could preform the highest feats of Alchemy, without having to apply to it's rules. Loki began his research of this being, traveling through Amestris. He also did jobs for the Military or simple mercenary missions, earning a bit of reputation and money. He would take up almost any kind of job - so long as it did not involve killing innocents, or making the government of Amestris angry, although he earned a reputation of a very annoying guy - he especially liked to "torture" clerks and commanders he worked with. He rarely followed orders precisely, endangering everyone on the mission, but he could make his way out of sticky situations nevertheless.

After some time Loki spent in Amestris - he got recruited into the team of the Military in Central City - the Central Millitary Command, headed by a very unlikely man - Spade Aeries. There he also met a man named Josef Draper - who turned out to be as interested in ancient knowledge as Loki was. After some time they worked together before the operation they had to do at West City, Loki received a letter that contained a message of utmost importance for him. Loki was being summoned back home to Drachma to his family.
It was then that Loki's real past resurfaced. The people that some knew to be his mother and father were not really his real parents. They were simply tasked to raise the young man in secrecy - away from the royal court, when he was born. His real parents were the Tzar and Tzaritsa of Drachma. Loki was their second son, and that was why they decided to keep him away from politics and protect him, by covering all his life with one big lie.
Loki grew up without knowing this - that was so until he turned 17 of age. He accidentally discovered the truth. His emotions were mixed and hard to control - inside him grew hate for both his real and fake parents. He visited the Royal Palace after all this and spoke to his real family. It was there that Loki met his brother - the next Tzar - Danil Dragunoff.
There he swore to sever all the ties he had with his real family, except his brother, and decided to leave Dracham for good. He would abandon both his real and fake parents - it was then when he had changed so much. Later, some time after that, he had met Anastasiya Romanov. Though it was a small and irrelevant meeting Loki would remember it clearly for reasons unknown to him. After that - he left Drachma and started a long journey that would lead him to Amestris.

So - after receiving the letter Loki headed home to meet with the Royal Palace's Head Butler. It was there he learned of his brother's death, there he would embrace his true legacy and lead the country of Drachma. Tasked with such a burden, unwilling - only time would tell if he would be up to the task.

ALCHEMIC ABILITY:
Loki's special power is - Sound Manipulation. He can control sound in almost any manner - volume, intensity, frequency etc. Loki can control the sound's direction, so that in a group of 5 people only 1 may hear him, while others would have no idea what Loki said. Also Loki can use sound as a weapon, increasing it's volume so much that his opponent's eardrums would break.

Well actually I listed the powers, cuz I wanted them to be better organized, so that there wouldn't be any misunderstandings.... I still failed. -_-
What I mean is - Ultrasound and Infrasound are the same ability. It's just sound manipulation and the difference is simply frequency, which Loki can control with his basic ability. I simply used numbers to explain the range of his power.
