DESCRIPTION:
→He has dark brown hair, black eyes, and light skin. He is lean and muscular, and is short for his age. He likes wearing blue jeans because he wears them all the time. He is wearing a white T-shirt with blue stripes, blue jeans, red sneakers, and a black leather belt. He doesn't like to tuck in his shirt so his shirt tail is always hanging out, and his blue jeans are sometimes too long for him so he usually rolls up the pants legs. He hair looks like it is spiky hair that is pointing down.

PERSONALITY:
→ He is a confident young man that is not afraid to say what's on his mind. He is very loyal, and he is brave but not without fear. He is sometimes stubborn, and he can be hot-tempered. Although he is of Amestrian dissent, he has the behavior and mannerisms of a Cretan. He is very patriotic, and he would lay down his life for his country.

HISTORY:
→ Hando was born in Central City, Amestris to rich couple Leonard and Greta Richards. Leonard was an aspired young Alchemist who discovered it when studying science in college, and he has been practicing the art of Alchemy ever since. In the year of 1986, he moved to Central City from Philly, Creta because he wanted to become a State Alchemist. He had to take the State Alchemist test twice before he finally past. After six months, he met Greta and it was love at first sight. Greta is a intellectual girl who speaks Cretan as well as her native language because she studied in London, Creta. They dated for two years, then they got married in the year 1988. Two years later they had Hando. Because of the enormous salary the state alchemist get, their family is very well off. When Hando was old enough, they sent him to school for thorough training. He even became fluent in both Amestrian and Cretan. When Hando was thirteen, his father started to teach him about alchemy and how to perform transmutations. When he was eighteen, he joined the military, and though he was not a state alchemists he still used his alchemy to protect the country he loved. He is now twenty-two and has been in the military for four years now, and is doing well. He hopes to one day become a state alchemist, but right now he is happy were he is.

TRIVIA:
→When he was twenty years old, was in a terrible accident. He was rock climbing with friends, the cord broke free, and he fell. He wasn't high enough for it to kill him, but it was high enough to brake his back which made him lose the use of his legs. Even though he is in a wheelchair, he doesn't have problem using alchemy, and it doesn't keep him from doing anything unless it requires walking. Just to be safe, they gave him a desk job as the military liason.

REVISE

1. Put what kind of Militant you are at the top in the header please!
2. Fix your picture. You should host it on photobucket or something so you aren't hotlinking. Also, if you wanted to add more pictures of him, you can save them from here and then upload them on photobucket.
3. Description: At least 150 words. Maybe Describe his wheel chair or how he functions without the use of his legs?
4. Personality: At least 300 words. So for these maybe try just expanding on what you already have and use details. Like for personality, how does he take to new things, how does he react to certain things, how does he cope with certain things, etc.
5. History: At least 450 words. For history maybe go further back and time and tell us how he grew up and what he encountered to make him who he is today. Like maybe add little stories in here or there of his time in Creta and how hard it was to save money from a job or something to move to Amestris. How his parents feel about that, etc. Give us some psychological insight or some backstory (maybe about the rock climbing incident). It'll be easy to hit those word limits once you start digging into your character a bit more!
6. Trivia: Amestrian and Cretan can't be the same color green. I think you meant to make Cretan yellow?

All in all this character has a ton of potential I'm exciting to be able to rp with you! ^_^ Don't forget to make a transmutation app and to post in the Central Militant under classifieds. Fix those revisions and post here and I'll approve you!
