DESCRIPTION:
→ Well she’s not short, nor tall, nor really anything. For a half Drachman, she’s a little on the short side but she appears to be of average height when in Creta. Her body compliments her height, as she’s kind of skinny looking but still has strength. Her eyes are a dark shade of purple, depending on the light. At times they can appear to be a soft lavender color in the light. She’s generally seen wearing revealing clothes, though she’s not really trying to be flirtatious; it’s just what she feels most comfortable in. (Though she doesn’t mind the attention she may receive.) Her hair, a strange shade of red that appears to be almost pink, is normally tied up in something resembling a pony tail. Her hair is quite long, reaching nearly past her waist, and straight. Her bangs fall just above her eyes and she doesn’t really ever do much to control them.

PERSONALITY:
→ Zhanna is such a friendly soul. She ends up liking nearly everyone she meets because that’s just how she is. She tries to be nice to everyone though this may cause her to come across as being annoying – but of course, it’s not as if she really cares at all what people think of her. Zhanna is always happy and it’s quite obvious when she is feeling good…except when she’s sad or angry but that’s a given. That being said, Zhanna doesn’t really get sad very often. Sometimes she pouts but that’s only a jest so that she can get her way. Even though she’s very friendly to everyone she meets, she does find those that truly irritate her. Zhanna will try hard to steer away from these people and just ignore them because why bother letting the anger get to her?
Zhanna was taught by her father that life is too precious to waste it away being grumpy for trivial reasons. At first Zhanna only believed this to be one of those stupid cliché things a parent tells their kid but as the time went on, Zhanna realized that he was right. Life became so much more fun when she stopped caring about the tiny things in life that irritated her. Once she let go of her worries, Zhanna started to have a lot more fun and became much friendlier than she originally was. On occasion, Zhanna does become infuriated but not really at people. Things that people do may cause her to explode into a rant about ethics and morals and all that stuff. Events that may cause these sorts of outbursts mostly include verbal or physical abuse on people or animals as Zhanna has no respect for people like that. There are many other things that may set Zhanna off, but she tries not to let anything get to her. She’ll only really ever step up if another person’s actions are hurting someone else; whether it be physically or mentally.
LOVE:
→ Any type of wine, caffeine, swords, swimming, basking in the sun, dogs, cuddles, candy, rain when it’s hot, sugar, sweet foods, music
HATE:
→ Heights, alcohol that isn’t wine, drinking water, winter, cold days, rain when it’s cold, lots of other things yet to be discovered
DEEPEST SECRET:
→ Is absolutely terrified of spiders - though no other type of big scares her at all. Also has extreme, irrational fear of an even number of baby turtles walking in a single file line.

HISTORY:
→ Zhanna’s parents met each other in Creta. Her mother, a Drachman, met up with her father, a Cretan. The common language between the two of them was Cretan, though her mother knew hardly any Cretan. The two of them found a connection regardless of the fact that they barely understood each other. Each day they would teach each other words in their own language. As time went on, they began to understand each other more and realized how much they enjoyed the company of the other. They soon began to realize it was more than just friendship, that they both looked forward to each day when they could once again meet the other.
Soon after, they both were able to understand each other relatively well, Zhanna’s mother (Sofia) suggested to Zhanna’s father (Zack) that they move to Drachma. A little weary at first, Zack thought the offer over and realized there would be nothing better than to go to Drachma with her. Once back in Moscow, they…well you all know that story. Mommy and Daddy love each other very much so a stork blesses them! Needless to say, this is where little Zhanna comes into the picture.
Growing up with parents of different races was interesting. Her father wanted her to learn Cretan and her mother wanted her baby girl to know Drachman for her life there. Learning one language is hard enough, but Zhanna had to learn two at once. She took to it as best she could and quickly caught on, though she often accidentally mixed Drachman words into her Cretan and vice versa. Her mother and father taught her gently, encouraging her without pushing her. This act of kind reinforcement stuck with Zhanna and made her the patient woman she is today.
It wasn’t long before Zhanna had the hang of both languages and could speak them fluently. Given her training in the two languages, Zhanna didn’t develop a strong accent though when she speaks Cretan people from Creta could probably tell she was from Drachma. It wasn’t long before her father wanted to return to Creta for a family visit and to catch up with old friends in person. Thus, when Zhanna was about seven years old, they moved back to Creta.
Creta, to Zhanna, was so much better than Drachma. The ice cold temperatures of Drachma seemed only colder in her thoughts as she explored Creta. First and foremost, they HAD to visit the ocean. In Drachma, such ideas would be laughable but the warm air and gentle breeze of a Cretan summer were too much to pass up. Her father first took them to Florida, explaining that it was the best place to go if one wanted to vacation. (All thoughts of family and whatnots had been postponed as the idea of spending a hot day on the beach seemed all the more inviting.)
The stay in Creta was much longer than expected, another 10 years, until her parents decided it would be easier just to not move back to Drachma. At the age of 17, Zhanna began to realize how boring things were. Oh yes, sunbathing and swimming were always fun but she wanted to do something more, something worth doing. Intrigued by the idea of joining the military, Zhanna consulted her parents about it. They were a bit wary of their daughter signing up the military, but they understood and didn’t try to hold her back.
Zhanna then joined the Cretan Military. Infantry seemed alright, but she wanted to do something different that the average soldier. Air force would have been cool, had she had the slightest idea whatsoever how to fly an airplane. That left only one choice, Navy! But...she hadn’t the slightest idea about boat things. Zhanna wasn’t much of one for fighting anyway so she decided to become a doctor, to heal people. Her love of people helped her out a good deal. Since then, she’s been healing anyone she finds injured on the battlefield.
