DESCRIPTION:
→ Finnick looks more like a thug then a militant. With his refusal to wear the uniform in preferance for a more skater boy get up he often turns head when he attends important militant events and meetings for many mistake him from a kid from the streets.

His shoulder length ginger hair is un-styled and messy. Often shoved under a beanie when it's removed he often has rather adorable hat hair. His eyes are golden and almost hawk like, yet filled with warmth and mirth. His small frame is still slim and streamline with maybe a bit of baby fat round his face still.

He chooses to wear more comfortable skater clothes then the uniform. Generally a wife beater with a long sleeved shirt on top. Often a sweater is tied round his waist and a pair of cargo shorts cover his lower half. When at Briggs to snow board he wears sheep skin hat with ear flaps and fur lined hoodies and boots. He always keeps a pair of headphones round his neck sometimes they blare music.

PERSONALITY:
→ He's the kind of person that leaves you wondering how on earth he isn't dead yet. With his habit of day dreaming and then doing the craziest of stunts for an adrenalin rush people are generally betting on when it will happen. He finds no greater joy in life then when he's on his skateboard speeding down a slope into on coming traffic, or snowboarding up at Briggs.

As a person Finnick is a rather outgoing friendly person. Though a little brash and childish he is truly a person who is hard to not get along with. He can be a bit of a brat with a slight temper but it's rarely malicious. He can be spacey to with randomly drifting off into day dreams in mid conversations finishing with an crazy idea that should kill him. He can get overly excited and loud but is extremely loverble type.

There's a rare side to Finnick that is rarely seen by people. The Finnick that only his younger sister's generally sees. His bond with Amelia is very strong. He will protect her no matter what even if it causes his death. He spends all his money from his pay on her treatments to try and make her better. Even finding a way for them to be able to talk to each other so Amelia dosn't feel so cut off from the world. When at home he sleeps in the same bed as her so she can cling to him if she has a nightmare and be able to wake him for she can not scream. But only Amelia can give Finnick a true feeling of hopelessness for her illness is something he can't save her from, and it's slowly breaking him. But he refuses to cry in front of her. He's spent most of her life protecting her from bullies, scary monsters and being her strong older brother. He never wants to shatter that image for her by showing weakness in front of her.

HISTORY:
→ Finnick was the second son born to his parents. Younger then his brother by two years. His parents planned to have no more children after Finnick. He and his brother were close. His brother taught Finnick everything and was the younger's idol for many years. Though while Mark was more artistic and enjoyed things like photography and painting. Finnick was the more athletic and outgoing. Much to his parents horror when he got a taste for extreme sports.

At the age of 13 his parents where surprised to find out they had another child on the way and soon enough they gave birth to a small girl. Naming her Amelia. The girl became Finnick's entire world. Instantly falling in love with her he become a protective hawk guarding her when he could. But as the girl grew they were horrified to find out she was not only mute but very sick. At this young age Finnick couldn't understand why his parents were always so sad around Amelia. Why they treated her like glass. Sure she couldn't talk but as she got a bit older there were other ways for her to communicate. At the age of 3 and 16 Finnick and Amelia had there own way of speaking to each other where Amelia would place her lips against a part of his skin and speak. Feeling the movements and vibrations Finnick could understand what she said.

As he got older he ended up confronting his parents about Amelia. Learning the girl had an extremely weak heart and lungs he felt heart broken. Being told more details on how the doctors doubted she would live very long. He had to hide from his sister while he shed tears. He couldn't bear the taught of loosing her. He swore to himself that day he find a way to cure her.

From then on Finnick found himself running with the wrong crowd for a while. Join thug gangs to earn a bit of money to put to Amelia's fund. His skills of skateboarding a great asset. Every night he would return home bruised and battered and it would be Amelia sat there with the first aid kit to place hello kitty plasters on her beloved brother. This carried on for a few years till one day after a nasty knife wound was patched up Amelia placed her lips on his chest above his heart and whispered a hiccuped. 'Please stop....please don't die...' With that the girl fell into muted sobs. Finnick knew he had to find a better path to help her.

Using the odd Alchemy he had picked up from his life in the gangs Finnick managed to impress some big shot in the military to give him a chance. He was even given the chance to travel frequently to Briggs to snow board much to his enjoyment. His art of alchemy was guided to a perfected art and he moved to the capital taking Amelia with him to get her the best doctors he could. Every night now he found himself content as he lay in bed with Amelia curled to his side that he could save her.
