DESCRIPTION:
→ Gekko is a very strange looking fellow, though people who get the first look of him have their on options. He has solid black hair, Gekko doesn't use jell or anything like that. He doesn't want to get his hands sticky. Gekko appears somewhat muscle in his upper chest but his hands and legs are skinny like a teenager. He has brown lectured eyes which he thinks that they are very rare, but inside his eyes are Cold from a deep and dark chain of events from his past. Gekko usually has a fashion for wearing black with his black sleeve shirt and his black coat. He tends to blend in a phew times into the darkness. With the fashion of black he wears black shoes, black socks, and black gloves even some times. Aside from wearing his militant uniform. Aside from that Gekko has a pale skin tone, aside from that his skin usually looks shadowy when wearing a black coat.

Gekko usually takes walks around his city, he walks up straight usually seen with his hands in his pockets. Gekko has a very obnoxious voice due to his manner of manipulating people. Gekko also wants to suck the truth out of different people, he also tends to have a mischievous smile.

PERSONALITY:
→ Gekko is a bright and smart person who was raised with being bossed around. This built his though of leadership and his dream to be leading people himself. Gekko is a very obnoxious person who tends to want things done his way, with that being said he hates being proved wrong. He is seen stubborn whenever proved wrong. Gekko seems to have harsh acts and builds up on what one person does from the past and maybe even predicting what will happen in the future. He likes making people doubt themselves, he has a very trick-ish mouth and even he finds lying a good source of decency. Gekko is a Flame Alchemist, with that being said he tends to be deeply depressed on rainy days. After a short moment of depression he feels the need to get the hopes up. On sunny days he tends to get out more with his slick black clothes. Gekko loves using his Alchemy, but he knows the risks of being a Flame Alchemist from his 'master'. Gekko doesn't mind travelers from different countries in fact he was willing to cross the borders, yet he is interested most in Xing.

Gekko feels as if he is a superior person then other's around him, but whether or not it is true he feels that he is extraordinarily smart. But he doesn't see himself as a "Genius". Gekko doesn't care to wander off into strange places, he knows what could happen and seems to ignore them. It's not that he's scarred, it's that he's unwillingly to take the risk. Aside from that Gekko likes to take his ways into two easy ways. "His Way" or "The Other Way". Which he usually is seen giving the option to people he counters. In battle Gekko is known to dodge easily due to his fast legs, Gekko doesn't mind this but he wouldn't be pleased if his legs were on fire.

HISTORY:
→Gekko was born into the central city into a poor family. The family had a certain amount of gold but not to pay a gang to stop terrorizing. The family gave up Gekko handing him over, taken from his family into the arms of a tyrant he was raised as a slave. At the age of 5 day after day he would clean the house. Vacuum and wash, the tyrant bossed him around. Gekko nailed the power of leadership into his head as he was a kid. He learned to lie from the other slaves there, he attended a poor school but had a few education lessons. Gekko would always listen and take personal notes to himself, never liking his classmates he depended on himself and never thought of what it would be like to be wandering the world before a day came for him to be freed from the cold child labor.

It was a day when central city was notified of his tyrant. Them taking action when a Flame Alchemist followed by his apprentices burned down the tyrant, thanks to the apprentices though. Gekko was pleased as all the children were released from the prison. Gekko was most pleased in fact he followed the Flame Alchemist into the Great Desert. Gekko was put through challenges as he would approach with the Flame Alchemist to a hidden base in the sand. Gekko was then kidnapped from him and forced to work as a Slave again. But the Flame Alchemist was generous as Gekko grew to the age of 10, he was taught about Alchemy. It had appeared that the Flame Alchemist was some part in his blood from Xing. He told Gekko about the wonders of Xing, Gekko learned about it but he was mostly thought about being a Flame Alchemist.

It had appeared that both of them went back to visit Amestris, Gekko was at the age of 17 where he attempted to join the military. He was accepted, to where he visited the Flame Alchemist again. This time he was not a slave, but simply his apprentice. The Flame Alchemist was 95 at this time, he showed Gekko how to use Alchemy with symbols. Gekko began to study for a year about this, through the Flame Alchemist's books and document reports. The Flame Alchemist handed over his old Alchemy Gloves to Gekko. Gekko would be able to channel Flame Alchemy through those. Through the lessons and books he had read he knew that water would be his only weakness. The Flame Alchemist slowly died one day, Gekko taking the Alchemy Gloves pocketed them at the age of 18 as he would serve full time as a militant. He was well known for being a Alchemist where other's developed the name for him called Fureimuhāto which specifically stands for Flame Heart.

Having that nickname he would await for missions and such, he wouldn't be invited on most missions but still he got enough pay to live in a apartment. Gekko's apartment had a flat screen TV, a couch, a few colorful pictures, a old phone on the furniture followed by a bowl of fruit in the kitchen. Gekko would get home early on most days but come back to work. He wasn't found much friendly with others yet he had no idols or anymore dreams. He was a alchemist, usually he accepted 'spars' with other's at the military. Whether he lost or won he kept fighting, he liked to fight even more. Gekko inherited the will to keep on going, with his trickish mouth from slavery he would easily manipulate a few minor ranked soldiers.

On one day it was hot as sunny outside, Gekko and a Challenger were standing on a dusty field. There were no spectators, it was a private duel. Gekko snapped his fingers easily causing a flame to extinguish to him. The challenger had drawn alchemist symbols everywhere given the circumstances he had created a digital wall to block the fire. "Haha, got you there!" he would shout to Gekko. Gekko easily ran to the other side of the wall but moving his hand to the left side flicking it. The Challenger thought he could outsmart Gekko but was dazzled with flames. Gekko came to him knowing that he had just won the battle. Gekko had held back so the damages weren't so brute.

Weeks later to the age of 20 Gekko heard about State Alchemists, he would wish to meet one soon, but not sure really what he would do. Gekko then went around the city in his normal clothes not visiting work for a phew days due to a slight accident. Gekko's time off expired and he was sent back into work. He had enough money to still rent his apartment. Gekko didn't have a lot of people to talk to so he usually went outside more.

Uhmm a person normally retires in their 60s, a 90 year old man would not sill be in the military, I'm pretty sure he'd be retired by then. He could probably teach alchemy, but I don't think a man of his age would be able to run around and burn down houses. He could still have the title, but he wouldn't be actively fighting.

You have to be 17 to join the military. Sorry :/

Sorry for all the trouble about the military I noticed I was one year off, how silly of me. I'm not sure what to say about the gloves though, I don't see any other way for my character to channel Fire Alchemy.

1. First of all, I'd like to ask you to drop 'the flame alchemist' spiel entirely (I emphasize the the) . Of course, you can have the ability, but it's been like 103 years since the anime ended. In all that time, Roy's alchemy has become generic, so learning from 'the flame alchemist' is not possible, seeing as in this day and age there are many. I suggest inserting a name instead. I stress originality, and you are almost there; you've got the story. So his 'master' 'a flame alchemist' should have a name. Call him a renowned specialist in a specific sect of flame alchemy or something. The gloves are fine, but remember you can put transmutation circles on anything. Hell, it could even be like an engraved Quarter that you twist into the story by way of Gekko always wondering why he never spends it or--I don't know--a cellphone with it engraved. You can do anything and expand on what you have here.
