BRIEFING:
→ Oxygen manipulation is Noman's alchemical calling, and surprisingly, it's relatively straightforward. When he taps the transmutation circle placed on the metal plating over his temple, it causes the oxygen concentration in an area he's staring at - targeting with the eye, hence why the circle is on the lens - to raise in the shape of a cylinder.

This oxygen cylinder created is anywhere from six inches to six feet long depending on how long Noman holds his fingers to the transmutation circle for and how much time, ultimately, he has to prepare it. Staring at it for a split-second will cause a standard six-inch oxygen cylinder to prepare, but after around twenty seconds, a refined, well-shaped, high-concentration six-foot cylinder will be readied.

This oxygen is pure, and the importance of this seems negligible currently, but becomes apparent when the application is explained.

In order to perform this, Noman needs to know the average percentage of oxygen in air at any one time (which is 19% usually), and the basic formula of calculating the surface area of a cylinder, the vague timings, and various other mathematical shenanigans to ensure the dimensions are correct.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:

→ The Dragon's Breath - This ability is very simple. Once the cylinder is prepared around the muzzle of the gun, pulling the trigger causes combustion. The muzzle flash of a gun is only momentary, but it is very hot. The amount of heat passing through ignites the oxygen cylinder prepared by the alchemy, and acting as a flame bayonet of sorts (or an awesome pyrotechnic show) launches a giant flaming lance forwards anywhere from six inches to six feet from the muzzle of the gun.
