      DESCRIPTION:
→ Standing at about an average height for a woman, Feona has always heard that she is a beauty, ever since she was a child. She is of an average weight for someone who is 5'5" and of her particular age. Like most Drachman women, her hair is a delicate blonde in color, almost the shade of straw except for a bit lighter. When it hangs free, it extends about midway between her shoulder blades. She keeps two locks of hair on either side of her face free while she ties the rest of her bangs up and off of her forehead. She never has all of her hair completely off of her face if she can help it. It is often tied up in the back, however, in a ponytail thats tail flips up. It is held up by a red scrunchy.

One of the most captivating things about her, are the violet eyes that she was born with. Her mother told her that it is the rarest natural eye color possible in the world, and so Feona is very proud to have them. They can stare at you with this come-hither gleam, cool calm composure, indifference, or maybe even joy. Her eyes are extremely expressive as she needs them to be. But then…. there is the other thing right by her beautiful eyes. The scars. The ugly scars that mar her pretty face. They form a sort of T over her left eye with the vertical line extending down her cheek almost as long as her nose. The horizontal line is about in the middle of her forehead, going from the center of her forehead to her hairline. You can see where the surgeon must have placed stitches or staples for the scars still remain, like tick marks on a graph.

She holds herself much as a woman filled with confidence. Her back is straight, maybe slouched back a little bit to be comfortable. She always has her pipe on her and is often seen smoking it. While Aerugo is not her native country by birth, she is most often seen wearing kimono's now or other paraphernalia of the country that she has called home since she moved there as a child. There are two kunai pins that she keeps in her hair to pull her front bangs back, the ribbons on the end always sticking out a bit as a shock of color amidst her blonde hair. She usually is wearing a rather interesting adjustment to the kimono that has one full sleeve that you would expect to see, though then on the other side there is no sleeve at all. Instead she wears a long, form fitting arm band that goes from a bit beneath her shoulder down to her wrist. Aerugese maple leaves decorate the black kimono, the only other color aside from her red and purple obi about her waist. You can always see a hint of fishnets beneath her kimono as the one side opens up in a slit that goes almost all the way up to her hip. Black boots always decorate her feet, the heels nothing too crazy. She also always has a pouch at her waist to carry various things in, its small size betraying nothing of how much is actually stuffed in there.

        PERSONALITY:
→ "I am only worth what someone will pay for me." Those are the words that Feona has grown up with her entire life. Or at least as far back as she can remember (which is approximately seven years old). She is a woman who is driven to ensure that she earns money no matter what the job is, ignoring whatever her own personal feelings might be. It doesn't matter what she might feel or think, whats important is bringing in money to her household. She wouldn't deny that she probably has rather loose morals compared to the general populace, but she does have certain opinions that she does not give up on. She just might not share them widely or loudly. In all honesty, her thoughts are things that she keeps primarily to herself. The only other person she's let in would be Abel.

Having been a courtesan since she was 18, Feona has learned to love love, not any man. For if you fall in love with the man, then you fall into his power. And power is something that she doesn't readily give away. After all, the world has held such great power over her and her family ever since she was born. Being the eldest out of three children, she feels the most responsible for them and she has always wanted to alleviate the burden that her parents have suffered over the years. They tried their best to provide for their children, but they understood the necessity of their children from just being children. They knew that if they could, they should use them to get money. Feona was the first to recognize this, and so she worked even harder to ensure that her little brother and sister would never have to do such things. She is very protective of them. Her family is one of the most important things to her.

She is not someone who easily trusts or gets close to people. In fact, it is usually rather difficult to. She can act and pretend like things are alright between her and someone else, but in reality? They will most likely never know what her true thoughts are. She has seen the dark underbelly of society, what steps they will take in order to survive, and she does not shrink from it. You can't. If you do, then it will eat you up and destroy you. In this sense, this does distance her from most people, but in order for her to survive in this world, she can't rely on that many people. She has to be strong enough in order to take care of six people. Some have called her stand-offish for it, but she has no other choice. But she would also not have it any other way.

In reality though? She is an extremely compassionate woman whom does feel a lot of empathy for people that is unfortunately overshadowed by a very realist point of view. In this sense, she doesn't actually want to fight people. However, she has had to in the past for whatever reason it was, and she has no problem completely decimating a person for the right reasons. She would much prefer to go about her life in peace than have to show people that she isn't some weak little flower. She has always been so much more mature for her age ever since she was a teenager, but then again she never really had a chance to be a child ever. Not in a poor household like hers. Despite her household, however, she has always had a passion for the arts. She has loved the origami figures that were introduced to her when she moved to Aerugo that was so different from her home country of Drachma. She loves the delicate paint strokes that they have in their works. Thanks to a certain someone, she is now actually pursuing her passion with some success surprisingly.

What she cannot tolerate is when people think only of themselves in a given situation. She can understand if thats just how the person is raised, but if they have no such reasons like this, then she has little to no respect for them. Actually, its really when peoples negative emotions take complete hold of them is when she can get the most disappointed. Such as when a customer of hers while she was a courtesan would get angry at her for being with other men when they knew that they were buying her to make them believe whatever it was they wanted to believe. She cannot stand this jealousy for they should know better. So whenever someone asks her to change who she is for them, they are dead to her. She can only be what she was raised to be, where life has taken her throughout the years.

        HISTORY:
→ It was a rusted household on the edge of the street, its walls crumbling in upon itself amidst the cold snow covered streets of Moscow that the cry of a baby was heard many years ago. A fire burned in the fireplace, the bed placed beside it in order to keep them warm as a mother finally breathed a sigh of relief that the strain was over. A baby girl held in the friend of the families all bloody and covered in embryonic fluid. They cleaned her up, cut the chord, went through the motions after a successful birth. There was no doctor, no linoleum floors and machines that beeped. There was just the father, the mother, and that friend of the family there with the new life that had been born into the world.

"She's beautiful… "
"What should we name her?"
"Feona… Her name should be Feona…"

Her father picked her up as she squirmed and mewled softly in his arms, wrapped up so completely in one of the few blankets that they possessed. "Feona Alexandrovich Bielski… Welcome." Tears stung in his eyes as he stared at his first child, the joy felt between the three people in that room something completely special to them. That was the day that Feona was brought into a world that was a battlefield.

When she first saw the snow falling outside, she thought how beautiful it was. But she also thought it was incredibly lonely. The usual line that "No two snow-flake is alike" didn't comfort her. She firmly believed as she stared out of that cracked window that each little snowflake was extremely lonely. That they were like the people of the city. That she was one of them. People floated right next to each other, but they didn't interact. They didn't talk to each other. They didn't care about anyone but themselves. As she watched her parents struggle to provide for her, she learned that the world did not contain the heroes that were in the stories her parents read to her. If something was to be done, they had to do it themselves.

They sent her to school where she worked as hard as she could to make them proud, to try to alleviate their burden somehow. She was just a child, what could she do to help them? "I wanna get a job so mama and papa don't have to work so hard!" She told them without hesitation when she turned six years old, her hands clenched tightly at her sides. Her father laughed and smiled sadly as he patted her on the head, rustling her hair, walking away to go to work. She got so mad that they dismissed her so! She didn't understand that there was nothing she could really do to help them aside from what she was doing already. And that was do well in school. If she did well in school, she could hopefully find an amazing job and help lead them out of poverty. She didn't care that there were kids who teased her for wearing such "raggedy clothes" or for being in "that poor house." She would just stare at them cooly and walk away. When she had asked her parents about it, her mother told her to not react. That those people weren't worth their time. For a child, she understood that rather well, and so she did not give them the satisfaction of seeing her get down.

When she was ten years old, her younger brother was born, his cries filling the house much as hers had that snowy day years before. She…. adored him. It was true that then they were even harder pressed for money, but they managed. They always managed. She would help take the burden off of her parents by taking care of him as much as she could without it affecting her studies. But… things changed a bit when she got in her first fight at school. They crossed a line when they threatened to start harassing her little brother. She had no idea of her own strength as she punched and punched that kid as she pinned him to the ground, her legs on either side of him. The look on her parents face when they came and got her from the principles office… She could never forget those looks. So she decided not to fight anymore.

Things began to look up after that as her mother was offered a promotion in her work. The only catch? They had to leave Drachma, the land that she had grown up in. Her mother had seemed so nervous to tell her that as she stared at her children biting her lip. Feona did not mind. She told her mother not to worry, that she wanted her to be happy. So the small family moved to that country so far away. Feona was excited. Who knew how their lives might improve now? Maybe her brother would be able to live more comfortably….

When they first arrived to Kyoto, she had no idea what to think. Everything was so different! Snow didn't line the streets, covering every single surface with those flakes that she regarded so sadly. The sky was not a constant grey that muted out everything. The people… were more complicated. When she got to school, she came to realize that they did not exactly like foreigners… Or at least her. Some were entranced with her exotic features and wanted to hear about the distant country. Others thought that their hair would begin to turn blonde if they touched her or interacted with her. The bullying was something that was not new to her. It was just in a new place. Many still teased her about being poorer, but she did not care. Making sure her brother was happy was her priority, and helping out her family. That was it. Those other kids were not worth the energy.

Their lives did improve though. They had a small, but comfortably apartment that was MUCH nicer than the small house they used to live in in that cold land. She even managed to make a few friends. This was where she first learned to fold origami and where she first got ahold of an alchemy book. Apparently one of her friends had them, and she asked if she could study them. The boy said sure. So she learned the basics of alchemy. They learned together, became excellent at folding varieties of things together as they went through school life together. One of the girls family owned a bakery and she offered to see if her parents would think about hiring them. Feona was utterly committed to getting a job now that she was 17. Efrim was 7 now, and she didn't want him to worry about such things as their money situation. She would bear that burden along with her parents. She didn't mind. Her conviction took the bakery owners by surprise, but they did hire her part time. When she got her first paycheck, she was so excited. But she should have known that when things get better, they will get worse.

Her parents were killed one day in her 18th year without any warning in a car accident. Feona got the call when she was at school. She picked up Efrim and went without a word to the morgue to identify the bodies. She felt… nothing. Friends of her parents came and apologized for their loss, offering to help them, but Feona knew… it was just based on ceremony. How many would actually help? They were snowflakes drifting beside each other… away from each other. She did not cry. She did not cry once even as she stood before those two coffins with Efrim sobbing beside her. She could not cry. She had to take care of her and Efrim. It was like this wasn't real, like this was happening to someone else and she was just watching through a looking glass. But this was real, and this was her reality.

A month or so later, a woman came by the bakery in a beautiful flowing kimono with her hair tied back perfectly. She immediately drew Feona's attention as she stood there behind the counter. The woman considered her for a few moments before striding over and smirking at her. "Do you want to become something more than this?" Maybe it was her desperation for money, maybe it was the aura this woman had, but Feona merely answered, "Yes." And so…. she began to learn to be a courtesan. She quit her job at the bakery, begrudgingly, but she did it. The woman, named Anri, took in the pair, letting them live with her in her home. Feona did the cooking and cleaning, managing to talk Anri into that in order to allow her to repay her. Efrim asked her what was going on once, but she merely smiled sadly like her father had to her years ago and rustled his hair. "I'm taking care of us both." She wasn't a high schooler anymore. And she would make sure that he could go to college once he was old enough. He would never have to worry about their living situation.

She trained for a whole year beneath Anri, taking careful notes and working her hardest to make sure she learned everything that was shown to her. She even went to some fighting classes just in case a client decided to make things ugly. She couldn't allow anymore scars on her body for it may turn men away. She would not be a weak flower. "You aren't like a geisha. You do not sing and dance pretty for the entertainment of men. You do not need to be a pretty little doll. Some may call us whores, call us dirty. But there is something that men cannot deny that they are drawn to, and that is the temptress. They long for her. You have learned well Mika-chan." Those were the words that she told her before sending her off with a rather handsome well-to-do man. She was dressed up in a beautiful evening gown the likes that the oligarchs would have worn in Drachma, her hair pulled back in a very Aerugese style though her scars did peek out on her flesh. He did not seem to mind them though as they floated about that party, her charm completely winning him over. They talked, danced, laughed, until they came to the one part that Feona was most nervous about. He led her into a dark apartment, gently kissing her cheek and neck while removing his blazer. He gestured towards the bedroom, and she nodded even as her hands trembled at her side. This was not wrong. This was what she could do in order to survive. So that she and Efrim could keep on living. Once they were in the room he took her hands and kissed her lips softly, pulling back to look at her with the gentlest gaze that she had ever seen. "Are you nervous?" He asked her quietly as he just stood there, holding her hands in his. She remembered how big them felt about hers. "…Yes." She would not lie to this man that she had spent the evening with. "Thats alright… I am too." And with that, she could feel her fears ebb away slowly as they kissed again, backing up towards the bed.

The next morning, she awoke to Anri sitting on her bed with a soft smile on her lips. "Congratulations." This… was amazing. She could not believe that this sort of life-style was possible. Her confidence bolstered with the success of her first job, she could not believe how much she had earned when Anri told her. So this began her career that would get her recognized by some of the most powerful people in the country. Over the course of the next seven years, she became well known and well loved by many. They moved into their own apartment once they had enough money, Feona still sending Anri some more out of a sense of obligation to everything that she had done for them. Her brother grew into a perfect, compassionate gentleman with an understanding of the world. She was so very proud of him. He did not try to convince his sister to change her profession, he could see that she actually really enjoyed it. She had become the woman that she had admired so greatly when she was that sad, lonely girl working in a bakery.

She does not regret the choices she made for her life. She did show those kids what she had, what she was capable of. Her client base rivals that of Anri, not that the two could ever be "rivals." To this day Feona still works as a courtesan, however she has also joined a particular branch of the military as an informant and, for lack of a better word, ninja. She often leaves her notes in the form of these intricate origami animals that she makes using her alchemy for her contacts.
