BRIEFING:
→At the base the Titanium skeleton is colored a tan like color, this color is dyed into the metal making it impossible for it to wear away unlike painted versions. The fan webbing has a dual dragon design on one side that comes together with a yin yang symbol. The side that faces towards the wielder is a deep gold color. The gold has different types of wards etched all within it, it holds spiritual value and little else. There is a small clip that holds the fan closed, in order to open up the fan the clip must be switched away from the center of the titanium skeleton base. The dragons on the fan are white while the webbing is black.

Kevlar: The Dancing dragons webbing are made from Kevlar and can withstand standard small arms fire indefinitely. Standard arms rounds are generally made from .9MM, anything higher than this would shred the Dancing dragons.
