DESCRIPTION:
→ For an agent Axel stands out with his bright red hair. Pushed back by a pair of goggles that generally sit on his forehead. Precious to him as they were given to him by his mentor Spade for his birthday. Leaving longer strands of red falling in front of large blue energetic eyes and the rest spiked before falling into a long ponytail that reaches his waist. His left ear is pierced with a single small hoop earring. Red flicks are tattooed under his eyes. A handsome face with bright eyes and a charming smile.
His frame is tall and slightly lanky he often wears a men in black style suit but more casual or scruffy when working rarely with a tie and always having the top few buttons undone. Though lanky he is well toned and very agile with a strong arm. Normally he finished his look with a black zip up jacket worn open and black jeans.

PERSONALITY:
→ Axel is immature and generally cocky. Coming across as a rookie who’s still wet behind the ears even though he is one of the best. Sometimes seen s lazy as times he been seen lounging around playing angry birds on his Iphone then do his actual assigned work while smoking and enjoying a beer it’s not surprising people don’t take him seriously. He seems to enjoy sidetracking from his jobs to find fun in the oddest adventures. So his name is often followed by sighs and rolled eyes from the uppers as it generally takes him twice as long to do a simple task due to his side tracking.
He’s a party animal too. Often spending his evenings in clubs and bars getting drunk before stumbling home and face planting on the sofa. Somehow never having a hangover and able to work in the morning as if he never went out. Though a notorious flirt Axel never takes a girl home with him. Even after leading them on all night giving him a reputation of a heart breaker more so a player. But Axel a child of a broken home is unsure how to approach relationships and women so generally stays out of that kind of that kind of thing.
He is a good friend and general fool who would make every smile with his odd ways and his contagious grin. He’s also extremely protective of those he cares about to the point he wouldn’t care how hurt he would get to defend them. He hates seeing people being bullied or degraded relating to his broken home.
His ocd gives him some strange vocal ticks with his compulsive hand washing. Often ending his sentences with ‘Yo’ and ‘oro’. He often will also punctuate sentences with a wink and click of his tongue, often it coming across as flirting which he doesn’t care. He generally has no care for what people think of him unless there a select few.

HISTORY:
→ Axel was born on the 5th of November 1989 in Malos Ciudad to his Esparian father Carlos and his Amestrian mother Isold. They were not the richest family as Carlos had the habit of drinking in bars and not returning till late. Often leaving Isold with the minimal amount of food to feed herself and Axel. Carlos held little care for his family taking his misfortune in life out with aggressive arguments with his wife not caring if they kept his son up or were in front damaging the child. Carlos was a resentful man being trapped in a loveless marriage with a son and a dead beat job that paid shit money. He cheated shamelessly on his wife in drunken one night affairs and after a year he was caught and kicked out after a massive argument. His parting words with his son were to never settle. After that Charlos walked out of his eight year old son’s life and never returned.

Isold did the best she could to keep the house hold running while raising her son but her broken heart could never heal after all she truly loved Carlos and she felt she had failed as a wife that she couldn’t keep her husband’s love and happiness. It was harder that Axel looked like a clone of his father with her eyes. She tried to love the boy but when she looked to him she would feel her heart clench. Soon keeping the house was too hard on her own so she made the choice to sell up and head back to Amestris to live with her sister. Axel uprooted from his home life acted out becoming aggressive and often getting in trouble. But a local police officer stepped forward to be the boy’s father figure after having to deal with the troublesome young teen.
Soon Axel graduated high school and headed to college planning to be a detective when he graduated college. He was popular due to his exotic accent and good looks many girls wanted to be with him and sure he enjoyed flirting with them and receiving soft affections back but he always fled when it became to suffocating. People starting calling him a heart breaker and a flirt, which was only half true. Axel was scared...scared of being like his father. Stuck in a loveless romance that only hurt people. But with college came parties and there would be times he found himself in tangle of limbs and booze but that’s what he kept them at. An alcoholic mistake.
Soon he graduated and on his path to being a detective. The training he went through was tough and made harder by his partying and lazy attitude. But he passed and soon put under the watchful eye of a man named Spade to help show him the ropes and whip him into shape. The two were like peas in pod. Both fun loving party animals. Axel was glad he made a true friend at last and even when his time working with Spade came to an end he still kept the man who he couldn’t help but idolize. He soon became an agent for the military part of his work was also spying as well as general investigating. Though sometimes a sour name amongst the uppers he remains the happy go lucky cheeky chap who stays up till 4 am partying hard.
