BRIEFING:
-The Barrett M107 is a .50 caliber, shoulder fired, semi-automatic sniper rifle. Like its predecessors the rifle is said to have manageable recoil for a weapon of its size owing to the barrel assembly that itself absorbs force, moving inward toward the receiver against large springs with every shot. Additionally the weapon's weight and large muzzle brake also assist in recoil reduction.
- The P90 is a selective fire, straight blow back-operated weapon with a cyclic rate of fire of 900 RPM (rounds per minute). The weapon is chambered for FN's 5.7×28mm ammunition. Its unusual shape is based on extensive ergonomic research. The weapon is grasped by means of a thumb hole in the frame that acts as a pistol grip, as well as an over sized trigger guard that acts as a fore grip for the shooter's support hand.] The P90 fires from a closed bolt for maximum accuracy, and its design makes extensive use of polymers for reduced weight and cost. Overall, the weapon is relatively lightweight, weighing 2.5 kg (5.6 lb) empty, or 3 kg (6.6 lb) with a loaded 50-round magazine.
-The bow is a modern military tactical bow painted black, that can be detached at will. It’s light weight and can be used to fire multiple arrows at once. Otto is an expert marks man and can use it as both a long distance assassination tool as well as an up close quick draw weapon. Otto carries several common hunting arrows.
- The syringe and needles are used to inject pain killers, poison, and other desired drugs inside of a target or himself.
- Otto uses several different poisons depending on the situation. He also has been known to use snake venom then stylize the wound so that it looks like he died from bad luck.
- Otto’s first aid kit contains, pain killers, needles, gauze, stitching tools, a lighter, a scalpel, and medical pliers

Re: The tornado's Assassination tools
{REVISE}
Alright, a few things to get underway and out of the way, the equipment makes no sense for an agent of Shisui-Ken meant for recon, clandestine operations, black ops and assassination, not outright mass warfare on a huge unprecedented scale. Aerugo does not provide the Shisu-Ken with these destructive weapons when their roles is not to actually gain attention on their activities and slip out unnoticed.
- BMW Bike: How is the BMW exactly specialized? Specify that aspect. Also if it has additional platings, then it should be slower, not retain the default RPM of 14,200. Also if it was rebuilt, it implies it was deconstructed and reconstructed when the parts could've been replaced or modified. Now what sort of specifications gave it the capacity to actually go off road? What sort of improvement do the additional plating even give out?
- Remove the rocket launcher, if it is "provided" by the boss, then the boss which would be the head of the Shisu-Ken wouldn't give it to an operative, it is more suited towards infantry, and is too high profile to smuggle and use in assassinations.
- Stealth Bomber: Remove that completely, no stealth airplanes, and especially no NUKES to use in such airplanes. Your character doesn't have a piloting license and has been made to seem more like a foot man than an airman. Besides, the Shisu-Ken is not an air force. Your boss wouldn't provide such a thing.
- Cell phone: There is no such thing as an untraceable phone line of that sort if you're using that commercial model with texting messages, it is especially true if you're in the country being infiltrated, and it has a reputation for wiretapping and surveillance, then odds are you can't hide it, especially if you're using their network. Also getting texted isn't a smart idea on the "normal phone", military radios and equipment are more reliable given the encryptions, and specialized telecommunication devices are used to maintain a degree of anonymity, but odds are if those are tapped into, it would be recognized as Aerugese if discretion wasn't undertaken. Explain where exactly the signal from, it's even WORSE if it has a direct line to your mission coordinator. Text messages are so much easier to tap into because they aren't encrypted, and logs are present via the cell phone company that provides you the service or otherwise.
Anyways, just do a research on the matter, here are a few things to keep aware of.
Here are the three ways traces take place.
"Live Trace" - Or while in a call, authorities attempt to "back-link" the connections. This can take a matter of seconds.
"After Trace" - This is when the call has been completed and forensics teams attempt to see where a call came from after the fact.
"GPS Trace" - The most effective trace and takes Milliseconds.
- Bow: Erm... what use is a scope in a bow when the arrows don't exactly travel in a consistently linear fashion as a bullet? It would be more useful on a crossbow rather than a bow where you would need to span the bow away from your figure as you pull back the string before unleashing an arrow, whereas a crossbow is already primed to be unleashed and doesn't have the inconvenience of you having to keep yourself from keeping on pulling the string constantly. Describe the speed of the arrows, and what sort of bow it is.
- Syringe: What's so instantaneous about the injection? It looks more like you have to pull the "trigger" to inject it rather than the fact it injects automatically.
- Poisons: If poison has been used to kill a person, it would be known given forensics would analyze the wound. The chemicals don't exactly expunge themselves, and the way the person died can't be believed to be an accident if it was usage of poison. It has obvious modus operandi of assassinations, especially because there is a prick mark in the person, and it'd take a while before they die, which includes the fact they would struggle.
- Arrows: Remove the arrows that are primed upon being 3 feet away from the bows and arrows, if you have the stealth capacity to shoot arrows across which can explode someone, then get rid of that feature where it is activated from specifically farther away from the arrow, if it was primed by twisting it, then it wouldn't work that way. Also, get rid of the flash arrow since that requires specialized making which is often found in Flash grenades, whereas the explosive and gas ones... describe them far more than making it absolutely vague in that regard.
- Beretta 92: 9mm Parabellum is always used with the 92 series of Beretta, you'd have to get an entirely different gun to use different ammunition in those lines.

Re: The tornado's Assassination tools
I Think I explained everything suitably.
as for poison it's all in how the poison is used (you can frame his wife, or make it look like an accident)
The rocket launcher is not often used but can be used in an appropriate situation(anti-vehicle or to frame terrorists).
The scope is mostly to look at an area and figure out what's going.
To do an overview every tool is used for a different situation as an assassin he has to be prepared for anything
The plane was cool and i threw it in there so I removed it.

Re: The tornado's Assassination tools
1) Not likely the application of it, if someone is wanted dead by Shisu-Ken, it most likely won't be someone with some marital problems, but someone political. Whenever someone political is killed, there are many angles being weighed in to consider rather than "Wife did that!" or the like.
2) A rocket launcher like that doesn't look like the cheap sorts terrorists would use, and usually Shisu-Ken tend to use stealth to eliminate targets, such as if they really needed to use explosives, they would've used car bombs which are far more reliable. Anyways, I also mentioned Shisu-Ken doesn't provide them to the person if that's the explanation you're going for as to why he has it.
3) The fact infrared scope is mentioned to be "detached" at will implies that the bow is used in that manner which would be awkward in pull positions, and would more likely be used separately. List it SPECIFICALLY apart from the bow, because the application of the scope doesn't make sense to be mounted on the bow.
4) The assassin is not meant to be prepared for all situations that'll happen to him with cutting edge weapons as a defensive person, but are meant to actually blend in, pre-mediate on a murder like a hitman, get the job done preferably without the deed being known till later, and get out. They keep hold out weapons to be stealthy about it, get out and have the job done without much of a hitch on their part as the ideal. Not go in with weapons rife like Rambo and kill the crap out of a person. Such high scale destruction makes you a HUGE target to follow around tenaciously, especially considering Aerugo wouldn't target people of lowly note they don't care about, but targets that have some sway to warrant a hit on their heads.
Also on a side note...
- That sniper rifle has a name, it's called M107 Barrett. Give adequate description of it appropriately from the information given out and do a quick research about it.
- Rocket Launcher: Your boss doesn't provide rocket launchers, as I say again. Shisu-Ken does not have hard to smuggle weapons like those in their arsenal to use for assassinations, especially considering that this is apparently disposable would lead straight back to Shisu-Ken if there is a string of murders with Otto using that as a weapon of choice. Like I said, remove it.
- Bike: You DIDN'T have to make your BMW lined with heavy plating, you could've just gotten an offroad dirt bike and settled for that, it's much simpler than having something rebuild from scratch to ride on the off roads. Anyways, stick an RPM for it, and know that the BMW wouldn't be provided to operatives, they don't want anything to trace back to Shisu-Ken basically which is meant to be stealthy and untraceable, especially as an operative of theirs.
- Phone: Why does your commercial phone have the handicap of not receiving calls from anyone but the mission coordinator? If such specialized phones like those are made, and as a "disposable" tool, would lead to a sort of modus operandi among Shisu-Ken operatives that were unfortunately caught. Shisu-Ken does not issue out such phones, and you could use a military encrypted telecommunication devices rather than a commercial phone whose inherent design can be intercepted and tapped into, especially since the texts aren't exactly encrypted, and there are logs about those too.
- Bow: You do know that using a bow as a quick draw weapon won't work effectively, right and will ruin it? Also special ability for bow should be to shoot with multiple arrows if that were the case since it isn't a normal ability. Also there is no such thing as a "modern military tactical bow", the proper term would be Compound Bow. Also refer to the earlier points above I made.
As an addendum to the arrows, describe the power of the explosion, AND the toxicity of the poison gas as well as what effects that follow it. Do your research on those things and specify, vagueness leaves room for spongy abilities easy to abuse.
Take care of those aspects so that you are closer to approval, handle them appropriately and I'll take another gander. Also look at my above points, those apply towards debunking your points thus making it necessary to go through with my earlier revision as well.
