→ Meili embedded two transmutation circles in the soles of her red
heels so that she can use them to change the air around her feet to
strengthen her kicks. She has two more transmutation circles on the
insides of her cuffs for easy access.

BRIEFING:
→ Meili's transmutation circle has runes running along the inside of the outer rim and along the top of an inner circle. Inside is an upwards pentagram with various symbols around it. It enables her to take water vapor in the air and transform it into a hot steam which she can direct towards her opponent by vibrating the water particles in the air, and heating them, making it into a steam. Because of the locations of her transmutation circles, Meili can take any water vapor around her, but she can easily loose a shoe, or one of her patches could get damaged during the battle. Also, because of the location of her cuff transmutation circles, she can accidentally burn her hands.

→ Meili gouged her transmutation circle into the soles of her shoes, thinking it would be the best way to keep it from rubbing off, but it gets troublesome when a pebble or something gets stuck in it which can lead to her having difficulties preforming her alchemy with them. As for the transmutation marks on the inside cuffs of her jacket, they are patches which she spends a lot of time sewing on, but they are embroidered patches, meaning that the threads can easily be cut off.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:

→ For an attack, Meili will transmute whatever water vapor around the sole of her shoe, when she thinks her opponent least expects it, and just before she kicks the person, she creates a blast of with hot steam, adding to the damage dealt to the other.

Pretty straightforward, save for the fact that the briefing section needs to outline what the circle actually DOES. Heating the water vapour before Meili shoots it at someone, etc.

Apart from that oversight, this all looks good and well-structured. ^_^
